The world of Bridger Western is filled with NPCs that help players buy gear, customize their character, store items, and even fight other players. Knowing where these NPCs are and what services they provide can make your progress much easier. Some NPCs are located in the main town, while others are hidden in places like swamps, camps, or small settlements.

Each one offers a different function, so learning their roles is important if you want to survive and grow stronger in the game. Below is a complete guide explaining the main NPCs in Bridger Western, including what they do and why they are useful.

Gun Store NPC

The Gun Store is where players can buy most of the firearms currently available in the game. The shop is located in the main town, and you will need to speak with Chia to purchase weapons. Available primary weapons include:

  • Taurus .357
  • Schofield 6
  • Whitney Dragoon
  • Dual Derringers
  • Mauser
  • Bow

This shop is one of the first places new players visit since weapons are essential for combat and survival.

General Store NPC

The General Store sells various utility items and cosmetic gear. These items are useful for exploration and basic gameplay. Items available in the store include:

  • Knives – 8 Moola
  • Cowboy Hat – 125 Moola
  • Poncho – 250 Moola
  • Lasso – 150 Moola
  • Coin – 125 Moola
  • Lantern – 80 Moola

Players often visit this store to buy tools they might need while traveling around the map.

Tailor NPC

The Tailor allows players to customize their clothing. If you want a different outfit appearance, this NPC is where you need to go. Customization options include:

  • Reroll Shirt – 15 Moola
  • Reroll Pants – 15 Moola
  • Reroll Accessory – 30 Moola

Currently, the accessory reroll has a limit of one item.

Barbershop NPC

The Barbershop is where players can change their character’s hairstyle and hair color. Available services:

  • Reroll Hairstyle – 25 Moola
  • Reroll Hair Color – 15 Moola

This is purely cosmetic but useful if you want your character to look different.

Mud Witch’s Hut

The Mud Witch can be found in the swamp area. She provides several special services if you bring the correct items. You can give her a Dogbane Herb and choose one of the following rewards:

  • Wipe your Path (reset your Stand)
  • Reduce your character’s age by 20 years
  • Receive 2500 Moola

She can also read your fortune if you bring Cards.

Horse Stables

The Horse Stable NPC allows players to replace their current horse with a new one. Every player starts the game with a mule, which can be summoned by pressing H. Key horse system details:

  • Horse prices range from 150 to 1500 Moola
  • Rerolling the horse selection costs 20 Moola
  • Horses have stats such as Speed, Stamina, Jump, Damage, Scale, and Turn

Stats normally range from 0.85 to 1.25.

There are also special horses:

  • LEGENDARY horses – receive one stat boost
  • MYTHICAL horses – receive two stat boosts

Higher prices usually mean better horses, with 800 Moola or more often considered a strong option.

Outlaw Camp Dealer

The Outlaw Camp Dealer sells additional weapons and throwables. This NPC is mainly used by players who spend time around the Outlaw Camp area. If you are playing as an outlaw or operating near the camp, this NPC becomes very useful.

Red Corner Fight Club

The Red Corner Fight Club allows players to participate in fist fights against other players.

How it works:

  1. Step on one of the mats in front of the NPC.
  2. When two players register, they are teleported into the arena.
  3. The fight continues until one player reaches 0 HP.

Important rules:

  • Guns and utilities are disabled inside the arena.
  • Losing a fight costs 300 Moola.

The mats glow green when empty and red when someone is registered.

Banker NPC

The Banker allows players to store items such as guns, tools, and utilities in a bank storage system. This feature is useful because players can only carry a limited amount of equipment. However, there is an important rule: Items stored in the bank do not remain after a wipe, so make sure you use or manage your gear carefully.

Flint (Blacksmith)

Flint, the blacksmith, can be found near Ridge B. County, specifically close to the bridge near the train stop. He is also connected to the Can Questline. One of his main services is repairing the Rusted Mares Leg weapon. Repairing the weapon costs 1500 Moola.

Spawn Point NPCs

There are also Spawn Point NPCs located in different areas of the map. These NPCs allow players to spawn in certain locations depending on their alignment. Some common spawn areas include:

  • Grand Hotel
  • Outlaw Hills

These NPCs help players control where they appear when entering the game.

NPCs play a major role in Bridger Western, providing important services such as weapon purchases, item storage, character customization, and even combat arenas. Some NPCs are easy to find in the main town, while others require exploration to discover.

Learning where each NPC is located and what they offer will help you progress faster and make better decisions while exploring the world. Whether you need a new gun, a faster horse, or a place to store your gear, these NPCs will be essential during your adventure.
