April has started with some surprising news for players in Bee Swarm Simulator. The Beesmas event has officially been extended, giving players more time to finish quests, collect rewards, and enjoy the seasonal content. Instead of ending soon, the event will now continue for another 30 days. Because of this change, many players immediately started asking the same question: where is the new update that was supposed to come with it?
Beesmas Extended Until the End of April
The developer confirmed that Beesmas has been extended by another month. This means the event will now end on April 31, and the Robux bundles related to the event are also staying available for the same period.
For many players, this extension is actually good news. It gives more time to finish remaining quests and collect rewards that might have been difficult to complete earlier. However, some players expected new content to arrive immediately when the extension was announced.
Developer Still Working on Remaining Quests
According to the developer, the remaining quests are still being worked on. Before going offline for the night, the developer rebooted the servers and added a few temporary events so players would have something fun to experience in the meantime.
Even though the quests are not fully finished yet, there has already been significant progress behind the scenes. The game reportedly received over 200 internal updates recently, which suggests the remaining content is close to completion. The upcoming update is expected to include:
- Five new Bee Bear quests
- A brand new Cub Buddy
- A new Crowned Hive Skin
There is also a chance that additional quests could appear later, such as Dapper Bear missions, but those might not arrive immediately.
April Fool’s Chaos in the Server
During the server reboot, players witnessed a lot of unusual events happening across the map. It was part of a fun April Fool’s moment where the developer spawned multiple special events at once. Players reported seeing things like:
- Festive Sprouts appearing all over the map
- Sticker Sprouts spawning in the main game
- Mythic Meteor Showers
- Gummy Sprouts planted in different areas
- Multiple Legendary Sprouts
- Robo Parties starting suddenly
- Snowstorms appearing unexpectedly
- Groups of Windy Bees flying around the map
Because this happened late at night for many players, a lot of people actually missed the event entirely.
New Content Expected Soon
Even though the full update was not released yet, it looks like the remaining content should arrive soon. The most likely additions players can expect are the five new quests and the new Cub Buddy. There is currently no exact release time for the next update. When it does arrive, it will probably happen during a server reboot.
The Beesmas extension gives everyone more time to finish their progress, and the upcoming quests should make the event even more interesting. While players wait for the next update, the unexpected April Fool’s server events already made the start of April memorable. Now the community is mainly waiting for the remaining quests and the new Cub Buddy to finally appear in Bee Swarm Simulator.
