Bite by Night Skins Guide: All Killer and Survivor Cosmetics!
Cosmetics are an important part of customization in Bite by Night, allowing players to personalize their characters while playing matches. These skins are purchased using Scrap, a currency earned simply by participating in games.
While these cosmetic items change how characters look, they do not provide any gameplay advantages. Whether you play as a Killer or a Survivor, skins will not increase damage, abilities, or stats. Their only purpose is visual customization. Below is a complete overview of every skin currently available in Bite by Night and the amount of Scrap required to unlock them.
How Skins Work in Bite by Night
In Bite by Night, skins are divided into two main groups:
- Killer skins tied to specific Animatronic characters
- Survivor skins tied to playable classes
Killers currently have a larger variety of skins compared to Survivors. Players can unlock these cosmetics by collecting Scrap through regular gameplay and purchasing them from the skin menu.
All Killer Skins in Bite by Night
Killer skins are organized by their Animatronic character. Each Animatronic has its own set of visual variations that can be unlocked with Scrap.
The Rotten Skins
The Rotten features three cosmetic options for players who prefer this Animatronic.
Available skins:
- Toon — 3,500 Scrap
- Spartan — 3,500 Scrap
- Hoax — 5,500 Scrap
Both Toon and Spartan fall into the mid-price range for Killer skins. Hoax is the most expensive Rotten skin and one of the pricier cosmetics in the game.
The Project Skins
The Project has fewer customization options but includes one of the more affordable skins available.
Available skins:
- Aftermath — 2,500 Scrap
- Ruined — 3,500 Scrap
Aftermath is one of the cheaper Killer skins overall, making it a good early purchase for players looking to customize their character quickly.
The Doppelganger Skins
The Doppelganger has the largest collection of skins in the game so far.
Available skins:
- Mime — 2,000 Scrap
- Spaghetti — 4,000 Scrap
- Molten — 4,250 Scrap
- Anomaly — 4,500 Scrap
The Mime skin is notable because it is the cheapest Killer skin currently available. On the other hand, Anomaly is the most expensive option in the Doppelganger set.
All Survivor Skins in Bite by Night
Survivor cosmetics are much more limited compared to Killer skins. At the moment, only one survivor class has access to a skin.
Fighter Skin
The Fighter class currently has a single cosmetic option.
Available skin:
- Crowbar — 650 Scrap
This skin replaces the Fighter’s default axe with a crowbar. However, it is strictly a visual change and does not affect damage, attack speed, or abilities.
Unlike Killers, Survivors tend to receive additional emotes rather than multiple skin variations.
Total Skins Available
At the moment, Bite by Night includes a small but growing cosmetic collection.
Current totals include:
- 9 Killer skins
- 3 Animatronic characters
- 1 Survivor skin
Killer skins range in price from 2,000 Scrap to 5,500 Scrap, while the only Survivor cosmetic costs 650 Scrap. As more updates arrive, it is likely that additional skins and customization options will be added for both Killers and Survivors.
Skins in Bite by Night give players a simple way to personalize their characters without affecting balance or gameplay. Killers currently receive the majority of cosmetic options, with several Animatronic skins available across different price ranges.
Even though Survivors have fewer skins right now, players can still unlock cosmetics over time by earning Scrap through regular matches. As the game continues to grow, more skins and customization choices will likely expand the cosmetic system further.
