Weapon Summoning in Paradox is one of the main ways to customize your character’s look while also getting special weapon effects. If you’re aiming to stand out or chase rare enchants, this system is something you’ll be using a lot. The system may look simple at first, but there are a few important details that can affect your results. This guide breaks everything down, from how summoning works to all available weapon skins. Also check out our Paradox Codes for more rewards!

What Is Weapon Summoning?

Weapon Summoning is a feature that lets you unlock custom weapon skins for your Shikai. These skins change the appearance of your weapon and, in some cases, give you special effects through enchants. Right now, this system only works for Shinigami weapons. It does not support:

  • Resurrección (Arrancar)
  • Schrift (Quincy)

You can summon different weapon types, including:

  • Greatswords
  • Scythes
  • Daggers
  • Dual Swords
  • Rapiers

Once you unlock a weapon skin, it stays in your inventory permanently unless you decide to trade it.

Summoning Cutscenes and Enchants

Every time you summon, you’ll see one of two cutscenes:

  • Ichigo defeated by Ulquiorra
  • Ichigo transforming into Vasto Lorde

If you get the Vasto Lorde cutscene, it means you’ve pulled an Enchant.

What Are Enchants?

Enchants are upgraded versions of weapon skins that come with unique effects. These are usually more valuable and harder to get compared to normal skins.
