Manasense is one of the most important late-game abilities in Clover Origins. It is not something you unlock early, and many players struggle to understand both the requirements and how to use it properly after unlocking it. If you are aiming to push your character further and deal more consistent damage, Manasense is something you should definitely work toward. Also check out our Sailor Piece Codes for more rewards!

What Is Manasense in Clover Origins?

Manasense is a special ability that enhances your combat awareness and gives you extra benefits during fights. While the initial unlock is useful, its true value comes after upgrading it to the second version. Once fully upgraded, it provides a permanent damage boost, making it a strong passive upgrade for any build. Before you can unlock Manasense, you need to meet two main requirements:

  • Reach Level 1000
  • Have at least 150,000 Yen

Without meeting both of these, you will not be able to access the training or interact with the NPC. Since this is a late-game feature, make sure you focus on leveling and saving currency before attempting it.

Manasense Location & How to Unlock

The Manasense NPC is located near the main spawn area. Once you meet the requirements, head there and interact with the NPC to begin the process. Even though the location is easy to reach, unlocking the ability itself requires passing a test. After talking to the NPC, you will enter a short timed challenge. Here is how it works:

  • You have 1 minute to complete the test
  • Circles will appear on your screen
  • You need to click them quickly before they disappear

This test is all about reaction speed and focus. If you fail, you can retry, but it may take a few attempts if you are not used to fast inputs. Once you complete the challenge, Manasense will be unlocked.

How to Use Manasense

After unlocking it, you can activate Manasense by pressing:

  • H key

When active, the ability enhances your gameplay, and you can keep it running while farming, fighting, or exploring. It is important to use it often, especially if you want to upgrade it.

How to Upgrade Manasense (Version 2)

Unlocking Manasense is only the first step. To make it truly useful, you need to upgrade it. Requirements for Version 2:

  • Keep Manasense active for a total of 8 hours

This time is cumulative, meaning:

  • You do not need to complete it in one session
  • You can progress slowly over multiple play sessions

As long as Manasense is active, the timer will keep increasing.

Manasense V2 Bonus

Once you reach Version 2, you unlock a permanent bonus:

  • +5% damage increase

At first glance, this might seem small, but it applies to every attack you make. Over time, this becomes a significant boost, especially in longer fights or grinding sessions.

Tips to Progress Faster

To make the process smoother:

  • Keep Manasense active while farming mobs
  • Use it during boss fights to build time faster
  • Do not turn it off unless needed
  • Play consistently to reach the 8-hour requirement quicker

Treat it as a passive grind while doing other activities in the game.

Manasense is a simple system on the surface, but it plays a big role in late-game progression. From unlocking it through a quick reaction test to upgrading it over time, the process rewards consistent play. If you are already in the late game, there is no reason to ignore it. Keep it active, build up the hours, and secure the extra damage bonus to make your character stronger in every fight.
