How to Get Gear 4 Luffy (Bounceman)

Getting Gear 4 Luffy is slightly different since it involves completing a questline instead of farming a boss directly.

You’ll need to find the NPC responsible for the Rubber V2 or Bounceman questline on Cake Island. This NPC gives you a set of requirements that must be completed before unlocking the transformation. While the exact tasks vary, they generally include:
