Slime RNG Crafting Recipe Locations Guide (All Zones & Requirements)

Tracking down crafting recipes in Slime RNG is one of the most important steps if you want stronger slimes and faster progression. Crafting unlocks exclusive units you simply can’t get through normal rolling, and many of them come with solid stats even at level 1. This guide walks you through every known recipe location, how to unlock them, and what materials you’ll need. If you’re aiming to complete your index or just want stronger slimes, this is something you shouldn’t skip.

Get the Teleporter First (Highly Recommended)

Before you start hunting recipes, make sure you unlock the Teleporter from the upgrade menu.

Go to:

  • Upgrade → Player → Buy Teleporter (Cost: 1,000,000 Coins)

If you don’t see it yet, you’ll need to unlock earlier player upgrades first.

The teleporter lets you move instantly between zones you’ve already unlocked. Without it, farming recipes will take much longer since you’ll be running back and forth constantly.

Cave (6th Zone) – Crafty Slime Recipe

In the Cave area, head to the right side near the entrance where a thick green vine is growing from the ground. Look behind that vine, close to the rocky arch of the cave entrance. You’ll find a glowing scroll hidden there.

This recipe unlocks Crafty Slime, which has decent early-game stats and is a solid upgrade if you’re just starting crafting.

Crafty Slime Stats (Level 1):

  • 228 HP
  • 76 Damage

Requirements:

  • Lucky Slime (1 in 21.5k)
  • Rocky Slime (1 in 13.9k)
  • Mushy Slime (1 in 7.77k)

This is one of the easier recipes to complete, making it a good starting point for new players.

Jungle (8th Zone) – Thorn Slime Recipe

In the Jungle zone, search for a palm tree with three trunks near a cluster of rocks and a green pillar embedded in the wall. Behind that tree, tucked into a small gap, you’ll find the next recipe.

This unlocks Thorn Slime, which is a noticeable step up in power compared to earlier crafted slimes.

Thorn Slime Stats (Level 1):

  • 420 HP
  • 140 Damage

Requirements:

  • Orbit Slime (1 in 126k)
  • Icy Slime (1 in 86.1k)
  • Stump Slime (1 in 35.9k)

This recipe may take longer to complete due to rarer materials, but it’s worth the effort.

Mushroom Forest (10th Zone) – Geode Slime Recipe

Head to the left side of the zone and find a large red mushroom near the border leading to the Moon area. Walk underneath the mushroom cap and look upward to spot the hidden recipe.

This unlocks Geode Slime, a powerful mid-game option with strong base stats.

Geode Slime Stats (Level 1):

  • 813 HP
  • 271 Damage

Requirements:

  • Ninja Slime (1 in 1.26M)
  • Guest Slime (1 in 861k)
  • Aegis Slime (1 in 215k)

This is where crafting starts to become more challenging, requiring higher rarity slimes.

Redwood Forest (12th Zone) – Slime Slime Slime Recipe

Travel to the far right side of the Redwood Forest near the Meteor Zone border. Look inside a large fallen tree log to find the hidden recipe.

This unlocks Slime Slime Slime, a late-game crafting option with very high rarity.

Requirements:

  • 3x Slime Slime (1 in 10.7M each)

This recipe is grind-heavy and mainly aimed at players already deep into the game.

Candyland (14th Zone) – Secret Slime Recipe

At the beginning of Candyland, locate the area with an Oreo, a candy bar, and a yellow gumdrop. Check behind the candy bar to find the recipe.

This unlocks a mystery slime (??? Slime) with extremely high rarity.

Requirements:

  • Unicorn Slime (1 in 17.9M)
  • Petal Slime (1 in 39.1M)
  • Derpy Slime (1 in 89.7M)

This is one of the harder recipes to complete due to the rarity of required slimes.

Crystal Cavern (16th Zone) – High-Tier Recipe

At the start of the Crystal Cavern, climb onto the rocky archway. At the top of the ridge, you’ll find another hidden recipe.

This unlocks another ??? Slime, one of the rarest crafted slimes currently available.

Requirements:

  • UFO Slime (1 in 478M)
  • Unknown Slime (1 in 1.07B)
  • Bomber Slime (1 in 307M)

This is clearly endgame content, meant for players with very high luck and strong farming setups.

Atlantis (Unknown Zone) – Upcoming Recipe

The Atlantis area is not fully accessible for everyone yet, but the recipe is rumored to be located behind a building in that zone.

Details about the required slimes are still unknown. Expect this to be another high-tier crafting recipe once more players unlock the area.

Crafting in Slime RNG is more than just a side feature—it’s a core part of progression once you reach mid to late game. Recipes become harder to find and complete, but the rewards are worth it, especially if you’re aiming for stronger slimes or completing your index. Make sure you unlock the teleporter first, take your time exploring each zone carefully, and don’t ignore crafting materials along the way. Once you start collecting these recipes, your overall progress will feel much faster and more consistent.
