The latest Ghoul update in Sailor Piece introduced Isolation Island, a new area filled with fresh content, enemies, and the powerful Black Reaper progression system. However, players cannot access the island immediately because they first need to complete the Blood Flower Quest.

This quest requires collecting six Blood Flowers scattered across several islands in Sea 2. While the objective sounds simple, many players struggle because some flowers are hidden behind mountains, trees, or small corners that are easy to miss during exploration. To help you finish the quest faster, here is a complete guide covering every Blood Flower location along with the easiest route for collecting them efficiently.

How to Start the Blood Flower Quest

Before searching for the flowers, you need to accept the quest from the Blood Flower NPC.

First, teleport to Starter Island in Sea 2. After arriving, head behind the teleport area and fly toward the mountains located near the edge of the island. On top of the mountain, you will find the Blood Flower NPC.

Interact with the NPC and accept the quest. This step is very important because Blood Flowers will not count toward your progress unless the quest is already active.

Once the quest is accepted, you can begin collecting all six flowers.

Blood Flower Location 1 – Starter Island

The first Blood Flower is the easiest one to obtain since it is still located on Starter Island.

From the teleport area, move toward the left side of the island and continue behind the mountain near the spawn area. The flower is placed in a fairly open spot and is not difficult to notice.

Since it is very close to the quest NPC, most players grab this flower immediately before traveling to other islands.

Blood Flower Location 2 – Bizarre Island

Next, teleport to Bizarre Island.

After spawning, head toward the right side and continue moving behind the mountain near the colosseum area. The second Blood Flower is hidden between rocky gaps in the mountain.

Because the flower blends in with the environment, many players accidentally walk past it without realizing it is there. Make sure to check the small spaces between the rocks carefully.

Blood Flower Location 3 – Punch Island

For the third Blood Flower, teleport to Punch Island and head directly toward the back of the mountain near the teleporter area.

The flower is located between a glass building and nearby rocks. Even though the location is not far from spawn, it sits deep inside a corner, making it slightly harder to spot at first glance.

Take your time checking the edges of the area so you do not miss it.

Blood Flower Location 4 – World Island

The fourth Blood Flower is one of the most confusing locations for many players.

After teleporting to World Island, do not stay in the upper section of the map. Instead, move down to the lower area where several NPCs are gathered together.

Find the Power NPC, then look directly behind that NPC. The Blood Flower is hidden there.

Many players fail to complete the quest because they only search the upper part of World Island and never check the lower section.

Blood Flower Location 5 – Slayer Island

The fifth Blood Flower can be found on Slayer Island and is considered one of the hardest flowers to locate.

From the island spawn point, walk straight toward the Sun God Boss area. Before entering the boss gate, turn right instead.

You should see a small house and two trees standing close together. The Blood Flower is hidden near the second tree.

Because the flower is partially covered by the environment, players often pass the location too quickly without noticing it.

Blood Flower Location 6 – Blue Planet Island

The final Blood Flower is located on Blue Planet Island.

After teleporting there, head toward the Spirit Warrior NPC. Near the left side of the NPC, you will see a small mountain.

The last Blood Flower is hidden behind that mountain. Once you collect it, the Blood Flower Quest will automatically complete.

Blood Flower Quest Rewards

After gathering all six Blood Flowers, Isolation Island will permanently unlock for your character in Sailor Piece. This island contains most of the new Ghoul update content, including Reaper Key farming, Black Reaper Boss fights, and the Black Reaper Fighting Style progression system.

If you follow the route correctly, the entire quest can usually be completed within 10 to 15 minutes. Using flight abilities or fast movement skills can make traveling between islands much quicker and help finish the quest more efficiently.
