Black Reaper Sailor Piece, How to Get One Eyed King Guide!

The Tokyo Ghoul update in Sailor Piece introduced many new weapons and fighting styles, but Black Reaper quickly became one of the most wanted melee abilities in the game. A lot of players are currently grinding for it because of its huge damage, strong AoE attacks, and usefulness during raids and boss fights.

Besides having flashy skill effects, Black Reaper is also considered one of the strongest PvE melee options available right now. However, unlocking it is not easy because players must complete quests, farm rare materials, collect Reaper Keys, and repeatedly defeat the Black Reaper Boss. If you are planning to unlock this melee, here is a complete guide covering every step from start to finish.

How to Unlock Black Reaper in Sailor Piece

Before you can start farming for Black Reaper, you must first complete the Blood Flower Quest. This quest unlocks Isolation Island in Sea 2, which is the main location for all Tokyo Ghoul update content. Once Isolation Island becomes accessible, you can begin collecting the materials needed for the Black Reaper melee.

Step 1: Farm Reaper Keys

The first thing you need is Reaper Keys. These items drop from Ghoul Master NPCs located around the wooden bridge and walkway areas near the arena on Isolation Island. Reaper Keys are required to summon the Black Reaper Boss, and the amount needed depends on the difficulty you choose.

Here are the boss difficulties and key requirements:

  • Normal Difficulty — 50 Billion HP — 1 Reaper Key
  • Medium Difficulty — 100 Billion HP — 2 Reaper Keys
  • Hard Difficulty — 300 Billion HP — 3 Reaper Keys
  • Extreme Difficulty — 800 Billion HP — 4 Reaper Keys

Since you will need many boss runs later, it is recommended to stockpile a large number of keys before starting the grind.

Step 2: Summon the Black Reaper Boss

After collecting enough Reaper Keys, head inside the main building on Isolation Island and go to the dome area in the center. There, you will find the Black Reaper Summoner NPC. Interact with the NPC and choose your preferred boss difficulty.

Higher difficulties have much larger HP pools and take longer to defeat, but the rewards and material drop chances are usually better. Players farming for endgame materials often choose Hard or Extreme difficulty to speed up the overall grind.

Step 3: Collect Black Reaper Materials

This is the longest part of the process because most materials only drop from the Black Reaper Boss. You will likely need to fight the boss many times before getting everything required.

To buy Black Reaper from the Black Reaper Seller NPC, you need the following materials:

  • One-Eyed King Title
  • 65,000 Gems
  • 20 Black Shards
  • 12 Reaper Remnants
  • 5 Rinkaku Cores
  • 2 Ghoul Essences

Since almost all materials come from the boss, faster boss clears will make the farming process much easier.

How to Buy Black Reaper With Robux

For players who do not want to spend hours farming, Sailor Piece also allows direct purchases through the in-game shop. Here are the available Robux prices:

  • Black Reaper + Ghoul Outfit Bundle — 1,399 Robux
  • Black Reaper Only — 1,599 Robux

Interestingly, the bundle version is cheaper than buying the melee alone, which is why many players choose the outfit package instead.

Black Reaper Skills in Sailor Piece

Black Reaper has several powerful skills with large AoE damage and high scaling. The later moves are especially strong for raids and boss fights. Here are all Black Reaper skills:

Z Skill

Launches the player into the air before attacking enemies multiple times in front.

  • Damage: 31 Billion

X Skill

Flies upward and slams the ground with a red attack effect.

  • Damage: 44 Billion

C Skill

Attacks enemies using tentacles before causing an explosion.

  • Damage: 84 Billion

V Skill

Creates a large red AoE zone around the player.

  • Damage: 202 Billion

F Skill

Creates a massive AoE attack with a longer duration.

  • Damage: 1 Trillion

The F Move is currently the strongest Black Reaper ability because of its huge range and extremely high damage output.

How to Unlock the F Move

Even after obtaining Black Reaper, players still need to complete a mastery questline to unlock the F Skill. Go back to Isolation Island and find the Reaper Master NPC located on top of the main dome building. This NPC gives three separate quests.

Quest 1: Defeat 25 Medium Black Reaper Bosses

The first quest requires defeating 25 Medium difficulty Black Reaper Bosses. Since every Medium summon costs 2 Reaper Keys, you will need around 50 keys total to finish this quest alone.

Quest 2: Obtain the Ghoul Bloodline

For the second quest, players must obtain the Ghoul Bloodline through rerolls. Open the settings menu and continue using Bloodline Stones until you successfully get the Ghoul Bloodline.

Quest 3: Reach Mastery 250

The final requirement is leveling Black Reaper mastery to 250. Many players farm Minotaur enemies because defeating one Minotaur counts as 100 kills toward mastery progress. This method is much faster compared to farming regular mobs. After completing all three quests, the F Move becomes unlocked and Black Reaper also receives a 30% damage buff.

Is Black Reaper Worth It?

Right now, Black Reaper is considered one of the best melee styles in Sailor Piece for PvE content, raids, and boss farming. The large AoE damage from the V and F skills makes grinding enemies much easier, especially during endgame content in Sea 2.

Even though the farming process is long and requires many materials, most players agree the reward is worth the effort. If you regularly do raids, boss hunts, or late-game grinding, Black Reaper is definitely one of the strongest melee options you can unlock in the current update.
