The Tokyo Ghoul update in Roblox Sailor Piece added many new items and bosses, but one item that players are farming the most right now is the Reaper Key. This item is extremely important because it is required to summon the Black Reaper Boss, which players need for unlocking the new Black Reaper Fighting Style.

A lot of players are currently struggling to get the key because the drop rate feels much lower compared to older boss summon items from previous updates. Some players spend a long time farming without seeing a single drop, making the grind much harder than expected.

How to Get Reaper Key in Sailor Piece

Right now, the only way to obtain Reaper Key is by defeating enemies called Ghoul Masters. These NPCs can be found on Isolation Island, which is one of the newest areas added in Sea 2.

Before you can access Isolation Island, you must first complete the Blood Flower Quest. Without finishing that questline, the island will remain locked and you will not be able to farm the required mobs.

Once the island becomes available, head toward the bridge and walkway areas near the main arena. Ghoul Masters usually spawn around that location, making it the best farming spot for Reaper Key at the moment.

Since the key only drops from these enemies, players currently have no alternative farming method besides repeatedly defeating Ghoul Masters.

Reaper Key Drop Rate Feels Very Low

One of the biggest complaints from the community is the extremely low drop chance of Reaper Key. Compared to older updates in Sailor Piece, boss summon items used to be much easier to farm within a short amount of time.

However, Reaper Key appears to have a much lower drop rate. Some players even believe the item may be bugged because of how rare it feels during long farming sessions.

Since the drop chance is very small, many players are now using luck-based builds while farming Ghoul Masters. If you own accessories, equipment, or buffs that increase your luck stat, it is highly recommended to equip them before starting the grind.

Even though luck does not guarantee a drop, increasing your luck stat may still improve your overall chances during long farming sessions.

Another useful method is farming in low-population servers. Empty servers usually make farming easier because you do not need to compete with other players for Ghoul Master spawns. This allows faster mob clearing and more efficient farming overall.

Fast mobility and strong area damage skills can also help clear enemies quicker, especially if you plan to farm Reaper Keys for several hours.

How to Use Reaper Key in Sailor Piece

After obtaining a Reaper Key, return to the Black Reaper Boss summon area located on Isolation Island.

Talk to the Black Reaper Summon NPC while the key is inside your inventory. The boss cannot be summoned without the required amount of Reaper Keys.

The number of keys needed depends on the difficulty you choose:

• Normal Difficulty: 1 Reaper Key
• Medium Difficulty: 2 Reaper Keys
• Hard Difficulty: 3 Reaper Keys
• Extreme Difficulty: 4 Reaper Keys

Higher difficulties make the boss significantly stronger, with increased HP and damage output. However, harder modes usually provide better rewards and materials needed for progression.

The main purpose of Reaper Key is to summon the Black Reaper Boss. This boss drops important materials required for unlocking the Black Reaper Fighting Style in Sailor Piece.

Because every summon consumes keys, players will need to repeatedly farm Reaper Keys throughout the entire material grind process. This is one reason why the Tokyo Ghoul update currently feels very grind-heavy, especially for players trying to unlock every Black Reaper skill and mastery upgrade as quickly as possible.
