Isolation Island Guide in Sailor Piece, How to Unlock It!
The latest Tokyo Ghoul update in Sailor Piece introduced Isolation Island, a brand-new area that many players are trying to unlock as quickly as possible. This island contains some of the biggest new content in the update, including Reaper Key farming, Black Reaper Boss battles, and the powerful Black Reaper Fighting Style.
Unlike normal islands, Isolation Island cannot be accessed immediately through teleportation. Players must first complete a special mission called the Blood Flower Quest before the island becomes available.
The quest works similarly to older progression missions like the Hogyoku Quest in Sea 1 or the Ancient Fragment Quest used to unlock Sea 2. You will need to travel across several islands and collect hidden Blood Flowers scattered throughout Sea 2. Even though it sounds time-consuming at first, the entire quest can actually be completed fairly quickly if you follow the correct route.

How to Start the Blood Flower Quest
To begin the quest, head to Starter Island in Sea 2.
After teleporting there, move behind the teleporter area and fly toward the mountains located near the edge of the map. On top of one of the mountains, you will find an NPC named Blood Flower.
Talk to the NPC and accept the quest. Once the mission becomes active, you can start collecting all the Blood Flowers hidden around Sea 2.
This step is important because flowers collected before accepting the quest will not count toward your progress.
All Blood Flower Locations in Sailor Piece
There are six Blood Flowers in total. Following the route below will help you finish the quest faster without wasting time revisiting islands repeatedly.
1. Starter Island Blood Flower

Since you already start at Starter Island, it is best to collect the first flower immediately.
From the teleport area, move toward the left side and walk behind the mountain near the spawn area. The first Blood Flower is located in a fairly open spot and is very easy to find.
Because it is close to the quest NPC, most players collect this one first before continuing to other islands.
2. Bizarre Island Blood Flower

Next, teleport to Bizarre Island.
From the spawn location, head toward the right side and continue walking behind the mountain near the colosseum area. The second Blood Flower is hidden between rocky gaps in the mountain.
The flower is slightly concealed by the terrain, so many players accidentally miss it while searching too quickly.
3. Punch Island Blood Flower

For the third flower, teleport to Punch Island and head behind the mountain near the teleporter.
The Blood Flower is positioned in a corner between a glass structure and several rocks. Although the area is close to spawn, the flower is tucked away enough that players often overlook it during their first search.
4. World Island Blood Flower

The fourth Blood Flower is one of the most confusing locations for many players because it is not located on the upper section of the island.
After teleporting to World Island, move down to the lower area where several NPCs are standing together. Look for the Power NPC, then check directly behind that NPC.
The Blood Flower is hidden there. Players who only search the upper area of World Island usually fail to find this flower.
5. Slayer Island Blood Flower

The fifth location is considered one of the hardest to find.
After arriving at Slayer Island, walk straight toward the Sun God Boss area. Before entering the boss gate, turn right instead.
You will see a small house along with two nearby trees. The Blood Flower is hidden near the second tree, making it easy to miss if you move too fast through the area.
6. Blue Planet Island Blood Flower

The final Blood Flower is located on Blue Planet Island.
After teleporting there, head toward the Spirit Warrior NPC. Near the left side of the NPC, you will see a small mountain.
The last Blood Flower is hidden behind that mountain. Once you collect it, the Blood Flower Quest will automatically complete.
Rewards for Unlocking Isolation Island
After collecting all six Blood Flowers, Isolation Island will permanently unlock in Sailor Piece and become accessible through teleportation. The island contains most of the new Tokyo Ghoul update content, including Black Reaper progression, Reaper Key farming, and boss battles tied to the new melee system.
If you follow the route correctly, the entire quest usually takes around 10 to 15 minutes to complete. Using flight abilities or fast movement skills can make traveling between islands much more efficient and help speed up the process even further. To save more time, avoid unnecessary fights against mobs while doing the quest and focus only on collecting the flowers as quickly as possible.
