Power Fruits are one of the biggest upgrades you can get in Slime RNG. A good fruit can massively increase your slime’s damage, help clear enemies faster, and speed up farming by a lot. Some fruits are useful early game, while others stay strong even in late game progression.

How Power Fruits Work in Slime RNG
Before fruits can start appearing, you first need to unlock the Power Fruit upgrade from the upgrade tree. Once unlocked, fruits can randomly fall from meteors while you are playing.
Fruit spawns are completely random and are not affected by your luck stat or the zone you are farming in. Every fruit has its own spawn chance every second, meaning you cannot really force a specific fruit to appear.
When a fruit drops, it will land somewhere inside your current zone. The important thing is that you must manually collect it. Auto collect does not pick up fruits for you, so always look around when you notice a meteor dropping nearby.
Fruits only stay on the map for around 2 to 3 minutes before disappearing. Because of this, it is always better to grab the fruit immediately before continuing your farming route.
Feeding Fruits to Slimes
After collecting a fruit, you can feed it to one of your slimes. Once attached, the slime gains the fruit’s special abilities and damage boosts. However, there are a few important things you should know before using rare fruits:
- A slime can only hold one fruit
- Slimes with fruits cannot be used in crafting
- Removing fruits requires a Robux item
- Rare fruits should only be used on strong slimes
Because removing fruits is not free, you should avoid putting rare fruits on weak or temporary slimes.
How to Upgrade Fruits
Getting the fruit is only the beginning. To make fruits stronger, you need:
- Duplicate copies of the same fruit
- Level points from leveling your slime
As your slime levels up, you earn more level points that can be used in the fruit upgrade tree. Upgrading fruits increases damage and unlocks additional abilities, making the fruit much stronger over time. This means even common fruits can become powerful when upgraded properly.
Lightning Fruit Guide
Lightning Fruit is the most common fruit in Slime RNG with a 1 in 1,800 spawn chance every second. Even though it is common, it is surprisingly one of the strongest fruits for progression. Its first ability, Chain Lightning, attacks multiple nearby enemies at once. This is extremely useful for farming groups because your slime is not limited to hitting one target.
Later, you unlock Lightning Blast, which adds another area attack around enemies. Lightning Fruit remains strong even in later stages because multi-target damage is always valuable. For most players, this is one of the best realistic fruits to use consistently.
Fire Fruit Guide
Fire Fruit has a 1 in 2,700 spawn chance every second. Its first ability, Fireball, launches a fire attack at a single enemy. Early on, the extra damage can help a lot, but compared to fruits with better area attacks, Fire Fruit falls behind during faster farming sessions.
Its second ability, Fire Blast, creates an explosion around enemies and improves the fruit significantly. Still, compared to higher tier fruits, Fire Fruit is mostly an early game option. If it is your first fruit, it can definitely help progression, but later you will probably want to replace it.
Ice Fruit Guide
Ice Fruit has a 1 in 4,800 spawn chance every second. The first skill, Frost Shard, fires an ice projectile that deals solid damage to a single enemy. The second ability, Frost Spike, damages nearby enemies with rising ice spikes. While it can hit groups, the attack range is not very large compared to other fruits.
Ice Fruit performs better than Fire Fruit in many situations because its damage feels stronger overall. However, it still struggles against stronger farming fruits like Lightning or Magician. It is a good mid-game fruit, but not usually a final choice for endgame slimes.
Sword Fruit Guide
Sword Fruit is much rarer with a 1 in 9,000 spawn chance every second. The first skill, Sword Slash, focuses on strong single-target damage. By itself, it is not amazing for clearing groups quickly, but once you unlock Sky Sword, the fruit becomes much more useful.
Sky Sword summons a giant sword attack that deals area damage, giving Sword Fruit much better farming potential. Overall, Sword Fruit is a solid balanced option with both boss damage and decent group clearing.
Magician Fruit Guide

The second skill, Bowling Hat, drops a bowling ball attack from above and deals additional area damage. Because both abilities are strong for crowd clearing, Magician Fruit is considered one of the best fruits in the game. It works well even before fully upgrading it, making it a great long-term investment for your best slimes.
Universe Fruit Guide
Universe Fruit is currently the rarest and strongest fruit in Slime RNG with a massive 1 in 36,000 spawn chance every second. Unlike other fruits that only have two abilities, Universe Fruit comes with three powerful skills.
The first ability, Black Hole, creates a damaging area zone that attacks enemies for several seconds. Even this starting skill is already stronger than many upgraded fruit abilities. The second skill, Meteor Strike, drops a meteor in a huge area and deals massive damage to groups of enemies.
The final skill, UFO Abduction, uses a tractor beam attack that continuously damages targets for several seconds. Universe Fruit completely dominates other fruits because of its huge area damage, high scaling, and extra ability slot. The only downside is how difficult it is to obtain and upgrade due to its extremely low spawn rate.
