Where to Start the G-X Glove Quest
To begin the quest, join a normal Slap Battles server and head toward the Hatch area. Near the hatch, you will notice the Opera GX section connected to the update. Walk over to it and interact with the quest entrance.
Once you enter, you will see the quest called “Fix My Dank Computer.” After talking to the NPC, accept the request to start the mission. The NPC explains that their computer is broken and needs to be fixed before they can use it properly. After accepting the quest, you will be teleported into a special computer-themed area where the real challenge begins.
Complete the Puzzle Area
The first part of the quest includes a puzzle section. In this area, you will get a switch tool in your inventory that changes colors whenever you click. The goal is to move through the puzzle while matching the correct colors.
Thankfully, this section is actually easier than it looks. Many players can finish it quickly after understanding how the switch works. There is also a shortcut that lets you skip large parts of the puzzle by carefully jumping around certain obstacles.
Using the shortcut saves a lot of time, especially if you only want the glove as fast as possible. However, there is always a chance the developers may patch this shortcut in a future update.
Finish the Obby Challenge
After getting past the puzzle section, you will reach the obby part of the quest. This is the hardest section for many players because it depends heavily on timing.
The obstacles move quickly, so you need to stay patient and focus on your jumps. Thankfully, the obby is fairly short, and most players will get used to the timing after a few tries.
Take your time and avoid rushing through the moving platforms. Once you complete the obby, you can move into the final room.
Unlocking the G-X Glove
After finishing all sections of the quest, head into the last area to officially unlock the G-X Glove. Once completed, you will receive the “Fix My Dank Computer” badge, and the glove will become available in your inventory. The G-X Glove is now permanently unlocked on your account, so you can equip it anytime inside Slap Battles.

The G-X Glove is definitely worth unlocking if you enjoy collecting limited or event-style gloves in Slap Battles.
