Where to Find the Yin-Yang Pickaxe

Players must first craft a special material known as Yin Yang Ore before the purchase option becomes available.

Because of this extra requirement, obtaining the Yin-Yang Pickaxe takes significantly longer but rewards players with one of the best mining tools currently available.

How to Get Yin Yang Ore

To unlock the Yin-Yang Pickaxe, you’ll need to create Yin Yang Ore using the Ore Crafter.

Once you have collected all the required materials, visit the Ore Crafter NPC and combine them into a single Yin Yang Ore.

After crafting the ore, you can return to the Spirit Cave and purchase the pickaxe.

How to Get Yin Ore

Yin Ore is dropped by the Pale Oni enemy found within the Spirit Cave region.

Because the drop rate is relatively low, you may need to defeat multiple Pale Oni enemies before obtaining the ore.

How to Get Yang Ore

Yang Ore comes from a different enemy inside the Spirit Cave.

Like Yin Ore, this material requires some grinding. Keep farming Spirit Golems until the ore drops, then bring it to the Ore Crafter.

Should You Use the Goblin Race?

If you have access to the Goblin race, it is highly recommended to equip it before buying any expensive pickaxe. The Goblin race provides purchase discounts, reducing the amount of gold required.
