- Take the key given by Ratthew.
- Visit Room Number 5.
- Remove the cat poster hanging on the wall.
- Reveal the hidden lock behind the poster.
- Use the key to open the secret compartment.
Inside, you’ll discover a photograph of Rattina along with another important clue connected to the hospital’s experiments.
The Hidden Experiment Note
The secret room also contains a note that reads: “The experiment was a success. The shadow now sees everything.”
