The Alien’s Revenge update in 99 Nights in the Forest introduces three exclusive badges that can only be earned during the limited-time alien event. Each badge requires you to complete a different objective while progressing through the Mothership raid, and collecting all of them rewards extra Diamonds along with a unique cosmetic. If you’re aiming for 100% completion, here’s how to unlock every Alien’s Revenge badge.
1. Engineering Badge
The Engineering badge is the first one you’ll earn during the event. To unlock it, you must repair the crashed Command Ship by collecting and installing five Alien Batteries. Alien Batteries can be found in several locations around the map, including:
- Alien Sites
- Alien Outposts
- Alien Ponds
- Alien Drops
After collecting all five batteries, return to the crashed Command Ship near the campfire and place them into the open compartment. Once the ship powers up, the Engineering badge will be awarded.
2. Mutiny Badge
The Mutiny badge is earned after completing the entire Alien’s Revenge raid. Once you’ve repaired the Command Ship, board it through the green beam underneath the ship to enter the alien Mothership.
Fight through the different sections of the ship, unlock every required door, defeat the final wave of alien enemies, and open the reward chest. Finally, walk through the green Teleport to Earth portal to finish the raid. Completing the event grants the Mutiny badge.
3. Xenotech Badge
The Xenotech badge is the easiest one to miss. Instead of simply finishing the raid, you must enter every side room inside the Command Ship during a single run. As you progress through the Mothership, you’ll encounter several locked doors that require special alien corpses to unlock.
You’ll need to collect corpses from:
- Alien Commander
- Alien Scout
Carry the correct corpse to each face scanner to unlock every side room before heading to the final battle. If you skip even one room, you’ll need to repeat the raid to earn the Xenotech badge.
Tips for Unlocking Every Badge
If you want to collect all three badges in a single run, a little preparation can save you time.
- Collect all five Alien Batteries before repairing the Command Ship.
- Don’t rush through the Mothership without exploring every side room.
- Always pick up Alien Commander and Alien Scout corpses since they’re required to unlock progression doors.
- Open every locked room before defeating the final wave to avoid missing the Xenotech badge.
- Make sure to loot the final reward chest before using the Teleport to Earth portal.
The Alien’s Revenge badges are some of the best event collectibles in 99 Nights in the Forest. While the Engineering and Mutiny badges are earned naturally as you complete the event, the Xenotech badge requires extra attention because every side room must be explored during the same raid.
If you’re planning to farm the Mothership anyway, it’s worth unlocking all three badges before the event ends. Besides earning additional Diamonds, you’ll also receive the exclusive Alien Wolf Skin, giving you a permanent reminder that you completed one of the game’s biggest limited-time events.
