The Mothership Raid is the final challenge of the Alien’s Revenge event in 99 Nights in the Forest. After repairing the crashed Command Ship, you’ll board the alien flagship and fight through multiple rooms filled with dangerous enemies before facing the final encounter.

The raid rewards some of the best alien weapons and crafting blueprints currently available, making it well worth completing. Here’s a step-by-step guide to finishing the Mothership Raid successfully.

How to Enter the Mothership

Before you can begin the raid, you’ll first need to repair the Command Ship. To do this, collect five Alien Batteries from around the map. Batteries can be obtained through several different activities, including:

  • Looting Alien Sites
  • Clearing Alien Outposts
  • Fishing at Alien Ponds
  • Completing Alien Drops

Once you’ve gathered all five batteries, return to the crashed Command Ship near the campfire.

Insert every battery into the ship’s open compartment. After the final battery is installed, the ship will power up and begin floating above the ground.

Walk into the glowing green beam underneath the ship to board the Mothership.

99 Nights in the Forest Alien's Revenge Guide – How to Complete the Mothership Event

After entering the Mothership, you’ll immediately encounter several hostile alien enemies. The most common enemies you’ll fight are:

  • Alien Engineers
  • Alien Troopers

Alien Engineers attack with melee weapons, while Alien Troopers deal ranged damage from a distance. Eliminate these enemies as you move deeper into the ship.

While clearing each room, keep an eye out for two special enemy types. These are:

  • Alien Commander
  • Alien Scout

Their corpses are required to unlock progression doors later in the raid.

Unlock Every Door

As you explore the Mothership, you’ll eventually reach locked doors equipped with alien face scanners. Unlike normal keys, these scanners require the corpses of specific enemies. Collect the bodies dropped by:

  • Alien Commander
  • Alien Scout

Carry the correct corpse to the matching scanner to unlock the next section of the ship.

You’ll repeat this process several times while progressing through the raid.

Clear the Three Side Rooms

Before reaching the final battle, you’ll need to complete all three side rooms inside the Mothership. Each room contains additional alien enemies that must be defeated before you can continue. Besides allowing progression, exploring every side room is also required if you’re trying to earn the Xenotech Badge during the Alien’s Revenge event. Be sure not to skip any rooms if you’re aiming to complete every event objective.

Defeat the Final Wave

After clearing the side rooms, you’ll arrive at the final chamber. Several more alien enemies will appear in one last battle. Defeat the entire group to unlock the large reward chest in the center of the room. Once the fight is over, you can open the chest to receive high-tier alien equipment. Possible rewards include:

  • Alien Shotgun
  • Dissolve Ray
  • Alien-tech Blueprints
  • Other valuable crafting materials

Return to Earth

After collecting your rewards, look for the green doorway labeled Teleport to Earth. Walking through this portal completes the Mothership Raid and safely returns you to the forest. You’ll also receive credit toward the Alien’s Revenge event along with any badge progress you’ve earned during the run.

Mothership Raid Rewards

Completing the Mothership Raid gives you access to several valuable rewards, including:

  • Alien Shotgun
  • Dissolve Ray
  • Alien-tech Blueprints
  • Crafting materials
  • Progress toward Alien’s Revenge event badges

If you’re working toward unlocking every event reward, completing the raid is also necessary for earning the Mutiny Badge and progressing toward the exclusive Alien Wolf Skin.

The Mothership Raid is the highlight of the Alien’s Revenge update in 99 Nights in the Forest. While you’ll need to repair the Command Ship first, the raid itself is a rewarding challenge that combines exploration, combat, and puzzle-solving through the corpse-activated doors. By defeating every enemy, exploring all three side rooms, and claiming the final reward chest before returning to Earth, you’ll earn some of the best alien gear in the game while making steady progress toward every limited-time event reward.
