Steal a Brainrot Futbol Update Guide – All New Brainrots, Country Traits, and Trade Plaza Changes
The latest Futbol Update has arrived in Steal a Brainrot, bringing a limited-time event inspired by the Football World Cup. This update introduces three exclusive Brainrots, a brand-new Country Trait system, and several improvements to the Trading Plaza that make collecting and trading much easier. If you’re looking to earn more cash or complete your limited collection before the event ends, here’s everything you need to know about the Futbol Update.
How to Get Country Traits in Steal a Brainrot
One of the biggest additions in this update is the Country Trait. Unlike regular traits, these are directly connected to live Football World Cup matches. Whenever a national team scores a goal during an official World Cup match, the game starts a 30-second celebration event. During this short period, any Brainrot that appears on the conveyor belt has a chance to receive the flag of the country that just scored.
These special Country Traits are highly valuable because they provide a 5x cash multiplier, allowing the Brainrot to generate five times more income than its normal version. Since the celebration window is very short, you’ll need to be ready whenever goals happen.
To help players keep track of matches, the developers have added a Live Match Board in the center of the map near the Shop and Brainrot conveyor. This board displays ongoing World Cup matches, scheduled games, and live scores so you know exactly when a celebration event could happen.
Keep in mind that only countries participating in the World Cup can receive these traits. However, the developers have also confirmed that teams that rarely score goals may still receive random celebration events, giving collectors another chance to obtain every country’s trait.
How to Get the New Futbol Brainrots

The Futbol Update adds three limited-time Brainrots that only appear during live World Cup events.
Hippo Golazo
Hippo Golazo appears after any World Cup goal is scored. It earns $1.2 million per second, making it a strong option for newer players looking to boost their income.
Esok Goala
Esok Goala also spawns whenever a goal is scored during a World Cup match. It is easily the most valuable Brainrot in this update, producing an impressive $32.5 million every second, making it one of the best limited Brainrots currently available.
Ref Ref Ref Sahur
Unlike the other two, Ref Ref Ref Sahur only appears when a red card is shown during a live World Cup match. If you see a player sent off in a match listed on the Live Match Board, be ready because this Brainrot will become available. It generates $2.7 million per second.
Since all three Brainrots are tied to live football events, checking the Live Match Board regularly is the easiest way to know when they’ll appear.
Alternative Ways to Get Limited Brainrots
If you miss the live event, you still have several ways to obtain these limited Brainrots before the World Cup event ends.
One option is to steal them from other players. Join different servers until you find someone who already owns the Brainrot you’re looking for. Once their base becomes unlocked, quickly enter, grab the Brainrot, and escape before the owner can stop you.
Setting traps around your own base beforehand can make it much easier to protect your newly stolen Brainrots from players trying to take them back.
Players who prefer a safer experience can use private servers, where the event Brainrots still spawn but without the constant threat of other players stealing them.
Finally, if your friends already own one of the limited Brainrots, you can always trade for it using the in-game trading machine.
Trading Plaza Improvements
The Futbol Update also refreshes the Trading Plaza with several quality-of-life improvements.
The biggest addition is the ability to equip your favorite Brainrots. Simply open the Brainrot menu while inside the Trading Plaza and choose one from your collection. A miniature version of that Brainrot will follow your character, allowing you to show off your rarest collectibles while trading.
Communication has also become easier thanks to the new sign system. Press the 1 key on your keyboard to display signs, making it much simpler to negotiate trades or advertise what you’re looking for without relying entirely on chat.
Collectors will also appreciate the new Glossary feature located in the middle of the Trading Plaza. It allows you to search specific combinations of traits and mutations, making it easier to check rarity and compare different Brainrot variations before making a trade.
Is the Futbol Update Worth Playing?
The Futbol Update is one of the best limited-time events released for Steal a Brainrot so far. The new Country Traits offer a valuable 5x income bonus, while the three exclusive Brainrots provide some of the highest cash generation rates currently available. Combined with the Trading Plaza upgrades and live World Cup events, there’s plenty of new content for both collectors and players focused on building wealth.
Since these Brainrots are only available during the World Cup event, it’s worth checking the Live Match Board regularly and participating whenever goals or red cards happen. Once the event ends, your best chance of obtaining them will likely be through trading or stealing them from other players, making them much harder to collect later.
