Fish It has received another major update, introducing a brand-new weather event, a Secret fish, several new collectibles, and a handful of quality-of-life improvements. Whether you’re hunting rare catches or simply checking out the latest features, this update offers plenty of new content to explore. Here’s everything included in the latest Fish It update.

Aurora Weather Event

The biggest feature in this update is the new Aurora Weather Event. Unlike other weather effects, Aurora cannot be spawned manually by purchasing weather items. Instead, it appears naturally on servers at random times. Once the Aurora event begins, players have a chance to catch several exclusive fish that only appear during this special weather.

If you don’t want to wait for Aurora to appear on your current server, you can use the server browser to search for active Aurora servers. Simply search for “Aurora”, and you’ll see servers where the event is currently active. This makes finding the event much easier instead of waiting for it to spawn naturally.

All New Aurora Fish

The Aurora update adds five brand-new fish to the Ocean Index. These include:

• Aurora Butterfly Fish
• Aurora Manatee
• Aurora Gooper
• Aurora Narwhal
• Aurora Starfish

Although these fish are listed in the Ocean Index, players have reported that they can also be caught outside the Ocean area during an active Aurora event. Each fish features a unique purple-and-blue color palette inspired by the northern lights, making them stand out from regular catches.

Aurora Mutation Explained

Alongside the new fish comes the Aurora Mutation. This mutation gives fish a glowing appearance with bright visual effects that resemble the Aurora sky. Even smaller fish look impressive with the mutation, while larger fish become even more eye-catching thanks to the colorful aura. The Aurora event also appears to provide:

• Increased mutation chances
• A Luck bonus

However, the exact Luck percentage has not been officially confirmed.

New Avatar Outfit System

The update also introduces a new Avatar Outfit System. Players can now quickly switch between saved Roblox avatars without leaving the game. By opening the Outfit menu, you can customize:

Trading Menu Improvements

Trading has also received a major interface update. nstead of using the old settings menu, all trading features have been moved into a dedicated Trade menu. The new menu lets players:
