Legacy Piece Haki Guide – How to Unlock Armament Haki, Observation Haki, and Haki V2
Haki is one of the most important combat systems in Legacy Piece, giving players a huge advantage when fighting stronger enemies and bosses. Whether you’re just starting your adventure or preparing for the endgame, unlocking every Haki upgrade should be one of your top priorities. This guide covers every Haki currently available in Legacy Piece, including where to unlock it, the quests you need to complete, and the fastest way to finish each requirement.
How to Unlock Armament Haki
Your journey begins with Armament Haki, which can be obtained by visiting Ice Land. Once you arrive, speak with the Rayleigh NPC to start the questline. He will give you several objectives that must be completed before you can use Armament Haki.
Step 1: Defeat 20 Beggars
The first mission requires you to defeat 20 Beggars using only your Combat Style. To make this easier:
- Reset your stats if necessary.
- Put your available stat points into Style.
- Travel to A City.
- Defeat 20 Beggars using your combat attacks.
Using weapons or fruit abilities may not count toward the quest, so stick to your Combat Style until the objective is complete.
Step 2: Use Your Combat Skill 100 Times
After defeating the Beggars, you’ll receive another task that asks you to use your Combat Style skill 100 times. The easiest method is to enable the game’s Auto Z Skill option. Simply:
- Open the Settings menu.
- Turn on Auto Z Skill.
- Let your character repeatedly use the skill until the counter reaches 100.
This objective can be completed while you’re away from your keyboard, making it one of the easiest quests in the game.
How to Unlock Observation Haki
Once Armament Haki is unlocked, you can start working toward Observation Haki. First, locate the Enel NPC, who begins the Observation Haki questline.
Observation Haki V1
Travel to Hollow Land and defeat 20 Hollow enemies. After eliminating all 20 Hollows, return to continue the quest.
Observation Haki V2
The second stage takes place on the same island. This time, you’ll need to defeat the Shinigami boss five times. Since Shinigami is much stronger than normal enemies, bringing decent gear or a strong fruit can speed up the process considerably. After finishing this objective, you’ll unlock the upgraded version of Observation Haki.
How to Unlock Armament Haki V2
The final Armament upgrade becomes available at Legacy Island. Head there and speak with Rayleigh once again to begin the V2 upgrade quest.
Step 1: Use Combat Skill 500 Times
Your first objective is to activate your Combat Style skill 500 times. Just like before, the fastest strategy is enabling Auto Z Skill in the settings menu and letting the game register each use automatically. Although this takes longer than the previous quest, it requires very little manual effort.
Step 2: Defeat 2,000 NPCs
The final challenge is also the longest. You’ll need to eliminate a total of 2,000 NPCs. There are no specific enemies required, so you can farm any island with enemies that you can defeat quickly. Lower-level NPCs are usually the fastest option since you can eliminate them much more efficiently. Once you’ve reached 2,000 kills, you’ll unlock Armament Haki V2.
Is Haki Worth Unlocking?
Absolutely. Both Armament Haki and Observation Haki provide major combat advantages throughout Legacy Piece. As you progress into tougher islands and challenge stronger bosses, these upgrades become increasingly valuable.
While some objectives, especially the 2,000 NPC requirement, take time to complete, the rewards are well worth the effort. If you’re planning to tackle endgame content or farm powerful bosses, unlocking every Haki should be one of your main goals.
