Exploring the ocean is one of the biggest parts of Haze Seas. Besides leveling up, collecting Devil Fruits, and farming bosses, you’ll also spend a lot of time participating in Sea Events. These events reward players with Gems, levels, rare crafting materials, titles, and even powerful fruits that are needed for late-game progression.

Some Sea Events happen automatically on a timer, while others require players to complete special objectives before a boss appears. If you’re aiming for Race V2, Race V3, weapon upgrades, or endgame crafting, learning every Sea Event is extremely important. Here’s a complete guide covering every Sea Event currently available and those planned for future updates.

1. Treasure Shrine Raid

The Treasure Shrine Raid is one of the most rewarding events in Sea 2. The shrine appears once every 1 hour and 45 minutes after the previous raid ends. It can spawn at one of three different locations in Sea 2, so players should pay attention to server announcements before searching.

Server Messages

Before the event starts, you’ll receive:

  • “The treasure shrine has been spotted in the sea…”

Thirty seconds later, the raid officially begins.

  • “WARNING: The shrine has surfaced. You have 5 minutes to destroy the central vault!”

If players fail:

  • “WARNING: The vault was not destroyed in time and the shrine is now sinking.”

If players succeed:

  • “Success. The vault has been destroyed in time!”

How to Complete the Treasure Shrine

Inside the shrine is a massive treasure chest with around 2 to 3 million HP. Players have only five minutes to destroy it. If the timer expires:

  • The vault doors close.
  • Water fills the room.
  • Every player inside instantly dies.

Because of this, bringing multiple players greatly increases your chances of clearing the event.

Treasure Shrine Rewards

Players dealing at least 10% of the total damage receive:

  • 30,000–80,000 Money
  • 1 Level
  • 25 Gems
  • 100% Shrine Relic (Legendary Material)

The player who deals the highest damage also receives:

  • One random Rare or higher Devil Fruit

The fruit uses odds similar to the Robux Fruit Spin.

Treasure Shrine Titles

Available titles include:

  • The MVP — Deal the most damage and receive the fruit reward
  • Shrine Plunderer — Clear 1 Shrine Raid
  • Shrine Conqueror — Clear 20 Shrine Raids
  • Relic Raider — Clear 100 Shrine Raids
  • Drowned — Die after the shrine floods

2. Storm Event

Storms are another important world event. They occur every 2 hours and 35 minutes in both Sea 2 and Sea 3 and remain active for 10 minutes. Several exclusive bosses and activities are only available while the storm is active. During storms you can access:

  • Zenith Boss
  • Ghost Ship
  • Cthulhu Boss
  • Various endgame quests

Always pay attention whenever a storm begins.

Zenith Boss

During the Storm Event, the Zenith Boss appears underground on Shadow Island. This boss is required for:

  • Zenith Sword
  • Three Sword Style progression
  • Race V2 Quest

If you’re working toward late-game weapons, you’ll eventually need to defeat Zenith several times.

3. Ghost Ship Event

The Ghost Ship is an unreleased Sea 3 event tied to the Storm system. During every storm, a Green Ghost Altar appears near the starter area. Players must sacrifice fruits worth 20 points to summon the ship. Fruit values include:

  • Common = 1 Point
  • Uncommon = 3 Points
  • Rare = 5 Points
  • Legendary = 15 Points
  • Mythic = 20 Points (instant summon)

Once completed, the server announces:

“A phantom ship rises from the abyss…”

  • Blade Fragment (10%)

  • 50 Gems
  • 50,000 Money

Players only have 20 seconds to open their personal chest before it disappears.

  • Reaper of Lost Souls
  • Ghastly Aura

4. Cthulhu Boss

  • All Sea Events in Haze Seas Guide (Treasure Shrine, Storm, Ghost Ship, Cthulhu & More)!

The Cthulhu Boss is planned as one of the hardest encounters in Haze Seas. It is a Level 10,000 boss featuring two separate health bars. Unlike other bosses, Cthulhu never despawns until players defeat it.

How to Spawn Cthulhu

Players must first craft a Prismatic Shard using:

  • Phantom Lantern
  • Dragon Heart
  • Sea Beast Heart
  • Raijin Core
  • Saturn’s Ring

After crafting it:

  1. Wait for a Storm.
  2. Find the whirlpool.
  3. Feed the Prismatic Shard into the whirlpool.

The server announces:

“Something ancient has awakened beneath the sea…”

The entire ocean becomes almost black while permanent nighttime begins.

Cthulhu Rewards

Possible rewards include:

  • Abyssal Eye (100%)
  • Guaranteed Legendary+ Fruit for top damage dealer
  • Abyssal Haki Color (10%)
  • 5 Levels
  • 250 Gems
  • 500,000 Money

Cthulhu Titles

You can earn:

  • Slayer of the Abyss
  • Emperor of the Abyss
  • Knight of the Stagnant Abyss
  • Bearer of the Abyss

5. Sea 3 Boss Events

Sea 3 contains several unique world bosses that spawn using different methods. Each one drops crafting materials needed for powerful weapons, awakenings, and Race upgrades.

Red Emperor

The Red Emperor appears every 4 hours inside the Throne Room. Interestingly, every Super Boss defeated across servers reduces the timer by 10 minutes, up to a maximum reduction of 2 hours.

Drops

  • Gryphon (2.5%)
  • Emperor Cape (5%)
  • 2 Blade Fragments
  • 2 Levels
  • 50 Gems
  • 50,000 Money

  • Dominion Over Red

Raijin Boss

To summon Raijin, players must defeat 500 enemies on Rainbow Sky Island.

Once the objective is complete, the server announces:

“The heavens rumble… a god watches from above.”

Rewards

  • Raijin Core (100%)
  • Blade Fragment (10%)
  • 2 Levels
  • 50 Gems
  • 50,000 Money

Saturn Boss

Every 1 hour and 15 minutes, Egghead Island is attacked by pirates.

Players must successfully defend:

  • Wave 1
  • Wave 2
  • Wave 3

The final wave includes two Devil Fruit bosses.

After clearing all waves:

Saturn appears.

Rewards

  • Saturn’s Ring (100%)
  • Gravity Gauntlet (15%)
  • Blade Fragment (10%)
  • 2 Levels
  • 50 Gems
  • 50,000 Money

Dragon Hybrid Boss

Every two hours, a special trumpet can appear inside a random chest. There is also an extremely small chance for it to drop from any NPC in Sea 3. Using the trumpet summons Dragon Hybrid.

Rewards

  • Dragon Heart (100%)
  • Blade Fragment (10%)
  • 2 Levels
  • 50 Gems
  • 5,000 Money

Title:

  • Hybrid Slayer

6. Wandering Merchant

All Sea Events in Haze Seas Guide (Treasure Shrine, Storm, Ghost Ship, Cthulhu & More)!

The Wandering Merchant is another planned Sea 3 event. He appears every 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours 30 minutes in a random location. The merchant sells:

  • Ancient Blade Relic (1,000,000 Money)
  • Blade Fragment (300,000 Money)

Each item may only be purchased once.

If every item is bought, the merchant immediately disappears.

Titles include:

  • The One Who Found Him
  • Black Market Hunter

Sea Events are some of the most rewarding activities in Haze Seas, especially once you reach Sea 2 and Sea 3. Treasure Shrine Raids provide reliable Gems and Shrine Relics, Storm Events unlock exclusive bosses, while Sea 3 bosses drop materials needed for some of the strongest weapons, Race upgrades, and awakenings in the game. If you want to progress efficiently, it’s worth learning each event timer and joining whenever one appears, since many endgame items can only be obtained through these limited-time encounters.
