Anime Astral Update 4.5 Patch Notes
The latest update includes a variety of gameplay improvements and new content, including:

Although the list looks small at first glance, many of these additions have a big impact on progression.
Defense Mode Now Supports 2x and 3x Speed
One of the biggest improvements is the new Defense Mode speed settings.
Players can now increase the battle speed to either 2x or 3x, making long defense sessions much faster. Since Defense Mode contains many waves, this feature dramatically reduces the amount of time needed to farm tokens, swords, and other rewards.
For anyone grinding daily, this is easily one of the best quality-of-life updates released so far.
New Wano Yen Upgrades
Your Yen is now more valuable thanks to brand-new upgrades available in Wano.
These upgrades require a large amount of Yen, making them a useful long-term investment. Players who have been saving or farming Yen before this update will have an easier time upgrading these bonuses immediately.
If you haven’t focused on Yen farming yet, it’s worth adding it to your routine.
Progression Level Cap Increased
Another major feature is the progression expansion. The maximum progression level has increased from 45 to 60, allowing players to invest even more tokens into permanent upgrades. Fully upgrading the progression system provides a significant increase to your overall power, making this one of the highest-priority upgrades after the update.
Higher progression levels mean:
- More overall Power
- Better damage scaling
- Stronger late-game performance
New Divine Passive Gacha
Players can now roll for Divine Passives. These new passives provide additional bonuses such as:
- Increased damage
- More Yen gain
- Extra Luck
- Higher Power
This gives players another progression system to work on besides collecting pets and equipment.
New Divine Titan
A brand-new Divine Titan has also been added. The newest Titan becomes another high-end farming target for players looking to unlock stronger rewards. Since Divine units are among the rarest content in Anime Astral, expect this to become one of the main endgame grinds. You’ll likely need plenty of luck before obtaining it, so don’t expect to unlock it immediately.
World 8 Side Quest
World 8 also receives a new Side Quest.
Completing it rewards players with valuable permanent bonuses, including increased Power and additional Damage. While the quest requires defeating a large number of enemies, the rewards make it worthwhile for anyone progressing into late-game content.
New Quality-of-Life Improvements
Several smaller additions make everyday gameplay much smoother.
- Favorite Pets Players can now mark pets as favorites, making it easier to organize their collection and avoid accidentally replacing important units.
- Drop History Reset A Reset button has been added to the Drop History menu. Previously, the history would continue filling up over long play sessions, which could cause performance issues for some players. Now you can clear it instantly whenever needed.
- Claim All Battle Pass Rewards Instead of claiming every reward individually, players can now collect everything at once using the new Claim All feature. This saves plenty of time during Battle Pass progression.
Anime Astral Update 4.5 may be labeled as a small update, but it introduces several major progression systems. Faster Defense Mode, higher progression levels, new Divine content, and additional upgrades all help players become much stronger without changing the core gameplay.
If you’re actively playing Anime Astral, this is a great time to return and start farming the new upgrades. Even players who don’t immediately obtain the new Divine Titan can still gain a huge amount of power simply by upgrading their progression, farming Yen, and taking advantage of the new quality-of-life improvements.
