How to Get Flashy Flash in Legacy Piece

Flashy Flash is obtained through a special banner located on Legacy Island. Unlike regular banners, this one doesn’t use the standard Shards currency. Instead, you’ll need a special item called Flashy Tokens to summon for the weapon. To begin:
