Where to Start the Race V2 Quest & How to Unlock

To begin unlocking Race V2, travel to the Starter Island in Sea 2. The Race V2 quest NPC can be found inside the same building as the Sea 2 spawn NPC. Speak with this NPC to begin the evolution questline. The NPC will assign three different quests, and you must complete all of them before your race can evolve into V2.
