Lightning Fruit V2 is one of the strongest fruit evolutions currently available in Sailor Piece. It offers stronger attacks, improved damage, and an exclusive F Move Mastery that makes the fruit even more powerful during combat. However, unlocking it is far from easy.

You’ll need to defeat the Lightning Boss multiple times, collect several rare materials, and obtain one of the rarest titles in the game before you can evolve your fruit. This guide covers every step you need to take, including where to get Lightning Fruit, how to evolve it into V2, and how to unlock its F Move Mastery.

How to Get Lightning Fruit in Sailor Piece

The first thing you’ll need is the base version of Lightning Fruit. Head over to Sailor Island and speak with the Coin Fruit Dealer. You can roll for random fruits at this NPC, but Lightning Fruit is one of the rarer options available. Because of that, you may need to spend hundreds of rolls before finally getting lucky.

Once you obtain the fruit, consume it to unlock Lightning Fruit V1. From there, you can begin farming the materials needed for its evolution. Lightning Fruit V1 is already a powerful fruit. Its skills deal high damage, and its V Move includes a cinematic attack that can defeat many bosses in a single hit when using a strong damage build.

Where to Find the Lightning Boss

The Lightning Boss is your main farming target for Lightning Fruit V2. You can find this boss on Flying Ship Island in Sea 2. It stands near the front of the ship and respawns every 10 minutes, allowing you to repeatedly farm the required materials. The Lightning Boss can drop the following rewards:

  • Lightning Flash (100% drop chance)
  • Lightning Fragment (100% drop chance)
  • Thunder Stone (100% drop chance)
  • Taiko Drums (32.86% drop chance)
  • Golden Staff (29.03% drop chance)
  • Thunder God Title (0.1% drop chance, guaranteed after 70 kills through the pity system)

The hardest reward to obtain is the Thunder God Title. While the pity system guarantees it after 70 boss defeats, you may still have to spend a considerable amount of time farming before unlocking it.

Materials Needed for Lightning Fruit V2

After collecting every required material, head to the back of the Flying Ship to find the Lightning Fruit V2 NPC. The easiest way to reach the NPC is by climbing onto the ship’s roof and dashing across to avoid falling into the water. You’ll need:

  • Lightning Fruit V1
  • Thunder God Title
  • 4 Taiko Drums
  • 15 Lightning Flash
  • 5 Thunder Stones
  • 3 Lightning Fragments

Once you have everything listed above, interact with the NPC to evolve your fruit into Lightning Fruit V2.

How to Unlock Lightning Fruit V2 F Move Mastery

After evolving your fruit, you can unlock its exclusive F Move Mastery. Another NPC is located on the Flying Ship, standing behind one of the ship’s pillars. Before speaking with him, you’ll also need to obtain the Amaru Clan.

You can get the Amaru Clan by using Clan Rolls found in the Settings menu. Continue rolling until you receive the clan, then equip it before returning to the NPC. To unlock the F Move Mastery, you’ll need:

  • Lightning Fruit V2 equipped
  • Amaru Clan equipped
  • 1 Golden Staff
  • 4 Taiko Drums
  • 30 Lightning Flash
  • 10 Thunder Stones
  • 5 Lightning Fragments

Since most of these materials come from the Lightning Boss, expect to continue farming even after unlocking Lightning Fruit V2.

Is Lightning Fruit V2 Worth It?

Lightning Fruit V2 is one of the best fruit upgrades available in the current Sailor Piece update. It offers noticeably higher damage than Lightning Fruit V1, while the F Move Mastery gives you an even stronger skill to use during boss fights and other challenging content.

Although the grind is lengthy—especially because of the Thunder God Title requirement—the final reward is worth the effort. If you’re looking for one of the strongest fruits in the game, Lightning Fruit V2 is definitely a worthwhile upgrade to pursue.
