Haze Seas Upcoming Updates Leaks: Every New Weapon, Fruit, Awakening, Boss, and Rework!

Haze Seas continues to expand with a long list of exciting content planned for future updates. From powerful legendary weapons and brand-new boss fights to fruit awakenings, fighting style upgrades, and major reworks, players will have plenty of new challenges waiting across the seas.

Several of these additions have already been showcased through development previews, while others have appeared in official sneak peeks, giving the community a good idea of what’s coming next.

In this guide, we’ll go through every major upcoming feature currently teased for Haze Seas, including new swords, transformations, bosses, fruits, and events. Keep in mind that some mechanics and requirements may still change before their official release.

Griffin Sword and Shanks Boss Raid

One of the most anticipated additions is the Griffin sword, inspired by Shanks’ legendary weapon. Rather than being purchased or crafted, this sword is expected to become a boss drop through an entirely new Shanks-themed raid.

According to the preview, the Shanks boss will appear inside the Throne Room every four hours. Players may be able to reduce the respawn timer by defeating other Super Bosses around the world. Successfully defeating Shanks offers a chance to obtain the Griffin sword along with an Emperor Cape reward.

The Griffin features three offensive abilities:

• Crimson Barrage
• Death Cross
• Vanquishing Tornado

Each skill focuses on wide-range sword attacks with stylish visual effects, making Griffin one of the most desirable legendary weapons once the update arrives.

Dual Dark Blade

Instead of dropping directly from a boss, players will reportedly craft the weapon through the Forger NPC located in the Third Sea. Crafting materials have not been fully revealed yet, but the showcased moves indicate this weapon is designed for aggressive close-range combat.

Players using Electric fighting styles have another major update to look forward to with the arrival of Golden Staff V2 and Electric Awakening. The update introduces a new lightning-themed boss inspired by Enel.

Defeating this boss is expected to reward players with important crafting materials, including the Thunder Core needed for unlocking Electric V2 and crafting the upgraded Golden Staff. The Golden Staff V2 includes three new attacks:

The boss itself also demonstrates several lightning abilities, suggesting the encounter will be significantly more challenging than standard bosses currently available.

Dragon Hybrid Awakening

Dragon users will soon receive one of the game’s largest transformation upgrades through the Dragon Hybrid form. Unlike a simple awakening, this system introduces a hybrid transformation with several exclusive attacks. Based on current information, players may need at least 350 Dragon Mastery before unlocking the questline.

Players will likely battle a new Dragon Hybrid Boss located on a new Third Sea island. Early previews suggest the awakening may require materials such as Dragon Hearts and Blade Fragments dropped from the boss.

Spider Fruit and Egghead Island Update

The Egghead Island expansion introduces an entirely new fruit currently referred to as the Spider Fruit. This fruit is based on one of the Egghead Arc’s strongest enemies and appears to focus on high damage alongside a unique transformation.

One of its strongest showcased abilities is Saturn’s Ring, which appears capable of dealing massive damage over a large area. Early previews also suggest the fruit could become one of the rarest obtainable fruits in Haze Seas.

Developers have hinted that players may need to defeat a special Spider Boss or complete a transformation requirement before unlocking its full potential.

Cyborg V2 Fighting Style

Arriving alongside Egghead Island is the Cyborg V2 fighting style, bringing several technology-based attacks inspired by advanced weapon systems. To unlock this fighting style, players are expected to collect two Saturn Rings obtained from the Saturn Boss encounter. A special puzzle may also be required before the boss can be summoned.

The revealed moves include:

• Radical Smash
• Radical Beam
• Radical Barrage

Each attack emphasizes ranged damage and mobility, making Cyborg V2 a strong option for players who enjoy aggressive combat from a distance.

Black Leg V2

The popular Black Leg fighting style is also receiving an upgraded version with stronger attacks and enhanced flame effects.

Unlike the original version, Black Leg V2 introduces blue flames through Azure Inferno, increasing both visual quality and overall combat power.
