Unlocking every badge in Ice Tycoon 2 takes more than simply completing your tycoon. Several achievements require finishing hidden puzzles, collecting gems, completing platforming challenges, and even reaching multiple endings. If you’re aiming for 100% completion, this guide explains every badge and the fastest way to unlock them.

1. Escapist Badge

The Escapist Badge is one of the earliest secret achievements you can earn. Before attempting it, make sure you’ve upgraded your Crystal twice. Once that’s done, head toward the challenge building. If it hasn’t been completed before, the building will still appear yellow.

Inside, you’ll enter a timed escape sequence where rising water slowly fills the building. Climb through the rooms as quickly as possible, making your way onto the rooftop before the flood catches you. At the top, you’ll find a trophy waiting to be collected. Picking up this trophy immediately unlocks the Escapist Badge.

Tips

• Upgrade your Crystal two times first.
• Don’t stop moving during the escape.
• Reach the rooftop before the water rises too high.
• Collect the trophy to earn the badge.

2. Voyager Across the Frozen Canyon Badge

After upgrading your Crystal for the third time, you’ll gain access to another challenge. This badge requires riding a moving platform across the frozen canyon while avoiding deadly spikes. Shoot each spike before your platform reaches it, allowing you to pass safely. Some sections are randomized, meaning the openings you need to travel through may change each attempt.

Although optional, you can also collect cash during the ride for extra rewards. At the end of the course, you’ll find another trophy. Collecting it unlocks the Voyager Across the Frozen Canyon Badge.

Tips

• Upgrade the Crystal three times.
• Destroy spikes before reaching them.
• Pass through the correct openings in later sections.
• Grab the trophy at the finish.

3. Up and Running Badge

The Up and Running Badge revolves around restoring the abandoned factory. Locate the hidden factory entrance behind the bushes and enter the building. Purchase a water bucket, then repeatedly gather water and clean every dirty area inside the factory. You’ll also repair various structures like lights and stairs during the process. After everything has been cleaned, interact with the control switch to restore power. Activating the machine awards the Up and Running Badge.

4. Collector Badge (All Gem Locations)

The Collector Badge requires finding every colored gem hidden throughout Ice Tycoon 2.

Yellow Gem

Start by completing the three escape challenge levels inside the escape building. Each level becomes more difficult, with faster rising water and additional obstacles. Successfully finishing Level 3 rewards you with a key. Use the key to unlock the hidden door nearby, complete the short obstacle course inside, and collect the Yellow Gem.

Blue Gem

Unlock your Mine before searching for this collectible. On the left side of the mining area is a breakable rock. Mine through it to reveal a hidden passage leading to the Blue Gem.

Purple Gem

Travel toward the military area and enter the underground tunnels. Follow this route:

• First left
• Right
• Right again
• Final right turn

Eventually you’ll reach a platforming section. Complete the obstacle course and press the escape button afterward to obtain the Purple Gem.

Green Gem

Visit the factory and climb along the platforms on the left side. Follow the elevated walkway until you discover the hidden Green Gem tucked away inside.

Red Gem

Earlier during the escape building, you’ll find an item called Frozen Magma. You don’t need to complete the timed challenge to grab it—you can simply revisit the room later. Once obtained, use the Frozen Magma at the lava area to cool it down, allowing access to the hidden Red Gem.

Place every gem into the collection pedestal. Doing so unlocks the Collector Badge.

5. Secret Finder Badge

The Secret Finder Badge requires discovering several hidden secrets scattered throughout the map.

• Secret 1 Head toward the well area and navigate through the cave system until you reach a hidden chamber containing a secret collectible. Interact with it before leaving.
• Secret 2 Fill your bucket with water and jump into the designated flooded chamber. Remain inside until the room completely fills with water. You’ll respawn afterward, and the game counts this hidden event as another discovered secret.
• Secret 3 Purchase the statue area, then climb behind the statue using the hidden ladder. Press the concealed button at the top.
• Secret 4 Visit the nearby factory section and continue forward until a hidden mechanism launches your character out of the area. After triggering every hidden event, you’ll receive the Secret Finder Badge.

6. Drop Badge

This badge is surprisingly simple but easy to overlook. Your objective is to completely drain every water source found across the map. These include:

• Main water pool
• Underground water source
• Fountain
• Lower cave water
• River
• Well

After draining every location, the Drop Badge unlocks automatically.

7. Complete Badge

The Complete Badge is awarded for fully finishing your tycoon. Purchase every available construction button until nothing remains. Once the entire tycoon has been built, you’ll immediately earn the achievement.

8. Ending One Badge

Unlocking Ending One requires multiple rebirths. Complete your tycoon four separate times. During the fourth rebirth:

• Purchase every build button.
• Do not buy any path upgrades.

After meeting those requirements, you’ll be able to open the final gate and trigger the first ending, earning the Ending One Badge.

9. Ending Two Badge

The second ending has an additional restriction. Repeat the Ending One process, but avoid purchasing upgrades from the shopkeeper. This means you cannot upgrade:

• Buckets
• Crystals

Complete the ending without buying those upgrades to unlock the Ending Two Badge.
