The latest Fisch update introduces a small but enjoyable addition to the ongoing FischFest event. While this week’s update doesn’t add a major island or large-scale gameplay system, it does include a brand-new Water Park area featuring exclusive fishing spots, several NPC quests, and a handful of event rewards.
Your first objective in the new region is the Clogged Pipes quest, which restores water to the park and unlocks additional activities. Here’s everything you need to know to complete it.
How to Reach the Water Park
To begin the quest, travel to the FischFest event area. After spawning at FischFest, summon your boat and sail toward the island located on the right side of the spawn point. This small island is the new Water Park region. When you arrive, you’ll notice something unusual—the entire park is completely dry.
The empty pools and water attractions are part of the questline, so don’t worry if everything looks unfinished. Head to the center of the Water Park and speak with the NPC waiting there. After interacting with him, you’ll receive the Waterpark: Clogged Pipes quest.
How to Complete the Clogged Pipes Quest
The quest is straightforward and only requires you to fish at three different locations inside the Water Park. You’ll need to catch a total of 15 fish, with five catches required at each location.
Catch 5 Fish at the Water Park Slides
Your first destination is the water slides. Climb to the top of the slide structure and fish from the designated area. Continue fishing until you’ve caught five fish to complete this objective.
Catch 5 Fish at the Water Park Pool
Next, head to the small inflatable kiddie pool inside the Water Park. Despite its size, this is the correct fishing location. Catch another five fish here to complete the second objective.
Catch 5 Fish at the Lazy River
The final task takes place in the Water Park’s lazy river. Fish in the canal-like waterway running through the attraction until you’ve caught five more fish. Once you’ve completed all three objectives, you’ll have caught a total of 15 fish and finished the quest requirements.
Clogged Pipes Quest Rewards
Return to the Water Park NPC after completing every fishing objective to claim your rewards.
You’ll receive:
- Rubber Ducky Floatie (Floatie Rod Skin)
- 500 Sunshells
The Rubber Ducky Floatie is a cosmetic skin for the Floatie Rod, allowing you to customize its appearance without changing its performance.
Although the Water Park is a smaller addition compared to previous Fisch updates, the Clogged Pipes quest is quick, easy, and offers free event currency alongside an exclusive cosmetic reward. Since all three fishing locations are close together, the quest can be completed in just a few minutes, making it an excellent activity for anyone participating in FischFest or looking to earn a few extra Sunshells before moving on to other content.
