David Martinez is an event-exclusive Spec that can be obtained by interacting with the David NPC on Event Island. Unlike some Specs that only require Beli or a few crafting materials, David is locked behind multiple event-specific requirements, making him one of the more time-consuming unlocks in the latest update.

Before you can recruit David, you’ll need to gather every required material listed by the Event NPC. Most of the requirements are relatively simple to complete through regular gameplay, but the biggest obstacle is collecting a large amount of Cyber materials, which are exclusive to the current event.

How to Farm Cyber Materials

The Cyber materials required for David primarily come from the new Event Shop located on Starter Island. There are two ways to obtain them:

• Spin the event banner for random Cyber materials.
• Purchase the materials directly using event points for guaranteed rewards.

If you want to avoid relying entirely on luck, saving enough event points to buy the materials outright is the more reliable strategy.

How to Earn Moonstones

The event banner uses Moonstones as its currency, so you’ll need to farm plenty of them before spinning or purchasing Cyber materials. To start farming Moonstones:

1. Visit the new dungeon NPC.
2. Spend a Space Ticket to enter the dungeon.
3. Defend your base against endless enemy waves.

Space Tickets can be obtained from treasure chests, so opening chests regularly is an important part of the farming process.

Complete the Moonstone Dungeon

The Moonstone dungeon is an endless survival mode where your objective is to protect your base while generating Moonstones. During each run:

• Drills automatically produce Moonstones over time.
• Every drill generates two Moonstones each production cycle.
• A new drill unlocks every five waves, significantly increasing your Moonstone income.
• Surviving longer means earning considerably more Moonstones before leaving the dungeon.

At the time of the update, Moonstone rewards were temporarily increased, making long farming sessions much more rewarding.

Best Farming Method

Since Moonstones are the only way to progress toward David’s Cyber materials, efficiency is important. For the fastest farming:

• Play with multiple teammates.
• Stay alive for as many waves as possible.
• Take advantage of every newly unlocked drill.
• Consider longer farming sessions instead of repeatedly restarting the dungeon.

Higher-wave runs generate far more Moonstones than short attempts, allowing you to purchase the required Cyber materials much faster.

After collecting every required Cyber material and completing the remaining unlock requirements, return to the David NPC on Event Island. Interact with the NPC, submit all the required materials, and David Martinez will be added to your collection. While the grind is fairly lengthy due to the Moonstone and Cyber material requirements, following the farming methods above will help you unlock him as efficiently as possible.
