The Ten Shadows Part 2 update in Jujutsu Zero expands the skill tree with powerful new abilities, including Max Elephant upgrades, Divine Dog Totality, Shadow Chimera Garden, and new Mahoraga enhancements. However, unlocking every node requires a significant amount of farming, with many of the required materials coming from the new Megumi Raid and Chimera Crates. This guide explains every material you’ll need, where to farm them, the cost of each node, and the recommended upgrade order to unlock everything as efficiently as possible.

Prerequisites Before Starting

Before accessing the new Part 2 upgrades, make sure you’ve already unlocked Ten Shadows and completed the previous sections of its skill tree. You’ll need access to the following branches:

  • Shiro Path
  • Mahoraga Path
  • Shikigami Path

Once those are completed, you’ll be able to begin unlocking the new Part 2 nodes.

Total Materials Needed

Unlocking every new Ten Shadows Part 2 node requires the following resources:

  • 44 Elephant Tusks
  • 4 Purified Tusks
  • 5 Ten Shadows Extras
  • 9 Silicores
  • 2 Dark Fur
  • 2 Light Fur
  • 3 Garden Hearts
  • 3 Domain Fragments

Since several of these items have very low drop rates, expect to spend a considerable amount of time farming the new raid.

How to Get Every Material

Chimera Crates

Most Part 2 materials come from Chimera Crates, which are rewarded after completing the Megumi Raid. It’s important to note that these materials do not drop directly from Megumi. Instead, you’ll earn Chimera Crates after clearing the raid, then open them for a chance at the required items.

Megumi Raid Overview

The raid consists of multiple phases.

  • Fight Megumi until he reaches 75% HP.
  • Defeat the summoned Shikigami.
  • Continue damaging Megumi until roughly 10% HP.
  • Defeat Mahoraga, who appears as the final boss.

Completing the raid rewards Chimera Crates that contain the majority of Part 2 materials.

Chimera Crate Drop Rates

Opening Chimera Crates can reward numerous crafting materials. Known drop rates include:

  • Elephant Tusk — 10.8%
  • Purified Tusk — 1.6%
  • Adaptive Core — 1.6%
  • Garden Heart — 0.8%
  • Domain Fragment — 0.1%
  • Totality (Rare Reward) — 0.5%

The crates can also contain:

  • Catalyst
  • Cursed Essence
  • Vows
  • Index Boosters
  • Various upgrade materials

Because Domain Fragments have an extremely low drop rate from Chimera Crates, farming them through their regular sources is generally much faster.

How to Get Silicores

Silicores are obtained by defeating Shikigami summoned at the Shadow Altar. Simply continue summoning Shikigami and defeating them until you’ve collected the required amount. You’ll need nine Silicores to complete every Part 2 upgrade.

How to Get Dark Fur and Light Fur

Jujutsu Zero

While farming Silicores, continue defeating:

  • Kuro
  • Shiro

These two enemies drop:

  • Dark Fur
  • Light Fur

You’ll need:

  • 2 Dark Fur
  • 2 Light Fur

These materials are required to unlock Divine Dog Totality.

How to Get Ten Shadows Extras

Ten Shadows Extras are earned by obtaining duplicate copies of the Ten Shadows technique. If you don’t want to rely entirely on RNG, you can also obtain missing materials through trading with other players.

Max Elephant Upgrade Path

The Max Elephant branch adds several powerful improvements that dramatically increase the Shikigami’s durability and offensive potential.

Node 1 — Max Elephant

Cost:

  • 1 Elephant Tusk

Reward:

  • Unlocks Max Elephant.

The Shikigami immediately gains its default automatic attack.

Node 2 — Falling Calamity

Cost:

  • 3 Elephant Tusks
  • 1 Purified Tusk

Reward:

  • Unlocks Falling Calamity, an active skill that can be manually triggered while Max Elephant is summoned.

Node 3 — Enhanced Durability

Cost:

  • 15 Elephant Tusks
  • 1 Purified Tusk

Reward:

  • Doubles Max Elephant’s HP.
  • Doubles summon duration.

Node 4 — Flood Burst

Cost:

  • 25 Elephant Tusks
  • 2 Purified Tusks

Reward:

  • Unlocks Flood Burst.
  • Adds another automatic attack.

At this point, Max Elephant has its complete moveset.

Node 5 — Final Enhancement

Cost:

  • 1 Ten Shadows Extra

Rewards include:

  • 10% Health Amplification
  • 50% More Damage
  • 30% Cooldown Reduction
  • Double HP
  • 50% Longer Duration

Max Elephant Total Cost

To fully complete the branch, you’ll need:

  • 44 Elephant Tusks
  • 4 Purified Tusks
  • 1 Ten Shadows Extra

Divine Dog Totality

A new branch connected to the Divine Dog path unlocks Twin Calamity, allowing Shiro and Kuro to fuse into a stronger Shikigami.

Requirements

  • 1 Ten Shadows Extra
  • 1 Silicore
  • 2 Dark Fur
  • 2 Light Fur

After unlocking this node, summoning both Divine Dogs causes them to combine into Divine Dog Totality, replacing their original attacks with an upgraded moveset featuring:

  • Two player-controlled attacks
  • One automatic attack

Shadow Chimera Garden

Part 2 also introduces a brand-new Domain Expansion.

First Node

Requirements:

  • 3 Garden Hearts
  • 1 Silicore
  • 3 Domain Fragments

Unlike traditional Domains, Shadow Chimera Garden creates an open-area field instead of trapping enemies inside a barrier.

While standing inside the Domain, you receive:

  • 50% Ten Shadows Damage
  • 50% Critical Chance
  • 50% Cooldown Reduction
  • 50% Cursed Energy Regeneration

These buffs greatly increase your overall damage output, especially when multiple Shikigami are active.

Domain Duration Upgrade

Requirements:

  • 1 Ten Shadows Extra
  • 2 Silicores

Reward:

  • Increases Domain duration by 50%.

Total Domain Costs

You’ll need:

  • 3 Garden Hearts
  • 3 Domain Fragments
  • 3 Silicores
  • 1 Ten Shadows Extra

Mahoraga Part 2 Upgrades

Mahoraga receives two new endgame nodes that significantly change how the summon functions.

Mahoraga Focus

Requirements:

  • 1 Ten Shadows Extra
  • 2 Silicores

After unlocking this node, visit the Focus Switcher NPC to swap between standard Mahoraga and the new Focus version.

Mahoraga Focus replaces your normal abilities with Mahoraga’s own moveset, including:

  • Divine Barrage
  • World Cutting Slash

Enemies will prioritize attacking Mahoraga instead of your character.

Adaptation

Requirements:

  • 1 Ten Shadows Extra
  • 3 Silicores

Whenever Mahoraga takes damage, its Adaptation meter fills.

The mechanic works as follows:

  • 3 hits fill the meter.
  • The 4th hit activates Adaptation.

Once activated:

  • Mahoraga becomes immune to the enemy that triggered it.
  • That enemy takes 30% additional damage from every source.

This upgrade pairs exceptionally well with Mahoraga Focus because enemies naturally attack Mahoraga, allowing Adaptation to trigger much faster.

Total Mahoraga Costs

Completing both upgrades requires:

  • 2 Ten Shadows Extras
  • 5 Silicores

Shadow Teleport

The update also introduces Shadow Teleport. This utility ability allows you to instantly travel through shadows to a selected destination up to 1,000 studs away. Ten Shadows also receives exclusive cosmetic improvements, including unique Super Dash visuals and a custom stamina bar appearance.

Craft the Divine Will Accessory

While opening Chimera Crates, don’t throw away your Adaptive Cores. You’ll need:

  • 3 Adaptive Cores
  • 5 Cursed Essence
  • 5 Infusion
  • 3 Catalyst

Bring these materials to the Smelter to craft the Special Grade Divine Will accessory. Since Chimera Crates also drop Cursed Essence and Catalyst, farming the Megumi Raid lets you collect several crafting materials simultaneously.

Ten Shadows Part 2 is one of the largest progression updates in Jujutsu Zero, introducing powerful new Shikigami upgrades, an open-world Domain Expansion, Mahoraga Focus, and the Adaptation mechanic. While completing every node requires extensive farming through the Megumi Raid and Chimera Crates, the rewards dramatically strengthen the Ten Shadows technique. Focus on gathering Elephant Tusks, Silicores, and Ten Shadows Extras first, then gradually work through each branch until you’ve fully completed the expanded skill tree.
