CookieRun: Crumble is getting its first official update, bringing a new SSR Cookie, a new daily dungeon, several events, quality-of-life changes, balance adjustments, and bug fixes. The update is also adding new ways to improve your Cookies and make daily progression less time-consuming. Update Maintenance Schedule
The first official update is scheduled for August 13. The maintenance period is expected to last around four hours. The announced schedule is:

- Central Time: August 12, 11:00 PM to August 13, 3:00 AM
During maintenance, players will not be able to access the game. Once maintenance is finished, the new content and changes should become available.
New SSR Cool Mint Cookie
The biggest addition in this update is Cool Mint Cookie, a new SSR Water Charge Cookie.
Her skill focuses on digging into the ground and attacking enemies in the area. The attack can knock enemies back while dealing damage, and Cool Mint can also summon skulls from the ground she excavates.
This gives her a strong combination of damage and crowd control. Players who have encountered Cool Mint as an enemy will also get the chance to use her on their own team after the update.
New Rune Crystal Dungeon
A new daily activity called the Rune Crystal Dungeon is being added. Players will face the White Sugar Guardian while farming materials used to improve Cookie stats.

The maximum number of items that can be baked at once is also being increased.
Previously, the maximum could reach eight simultaneous bakes depending on your Oven level. After the update, the maximum can increase to 20 bakes at once.
This is particularly helpful for players who have large amounts of ingredients waiting to be processed. Instead of repeatedly starting smaller batches, you can queue a much larger number of bakes at one time.
Resolve Balance Changes
Resolve stats are receiving a noticeable improvement.
Starting from Resolve Level 101, the bonuses for Attack and Defense will increase from 1 to 2 stats per level. HP bonuses will also increase from 10 to 20.
In simple terms, these values are being doubled at the higher Resolve levels. Players who have already invested heavily in Resolve should see a bigger improvement to their Cookie stats after the update.
Arena Match Recovery
The update also adds a useful change for Arena players.
If the game force closes during an Arena match, the match will now resume from where you left off instead of immediately restarting.
This should make accidental crashes or app closures less frustrating, especially during important Arena battles.
More Detailed Main Stats
Several stats will now display more precise values.
The following stats will show more detailed numbers, including decimal values:

- Evasion
- Focus

The change is meant to reduce confusion caused by rounding. Previously, the number displayed on screen could sometimes differ from the actual value being applied after Plating or other buffs.
Showing more decimal places should make it easier to understand the actual stats your Cookie has.
Skill and Summon Display Changes
Some skill descriptions are being adjusted to make their effects easier to understand.
For example, Scorpion Cookie’s skill description will now show the percentage of the caster’s Attack used in the calculation instead of simply displaying the number without enough context.
Summon stats are also getting a clearer display format. This applies to Cookies such as Licorice Cookie, making it easier to see how the final values are calculated.
The actual final attack values of the summons are not being changed by this adjustment. It is mainly a display and description improvement.
Free Cookie Level Reset Tutorial
A new tutorial explaining the Cookie level reset system is being added.
The level reset feature is free for everyone to use, and the new tutorial should help players understand what happens when they reset a Cookie’s level.
This is useful if you want to move resources from one Cookie to another without being unsure about how the reset system works.
Crumble Dungeon and Arena Changes
The timing for the daily Crumble Dungeon ranking is being adjusted. The schedule is being moved by around 12 hours, changing when the daily ranking period takes place.
There is also a new warning when refreshing the Arena. The warning is designed to let players know when a refresh will cost Crystals, helping prevent accidental spending.
Collection Reward Improvements
Collection rewards are also getting a small quality-of-life change.
If only Pet Collection rewards are available, opening the Collection menu will now take you directly to the Pet Collection section.

Flames of Bravery from the Oven Wanderer Cookie gacha will be converted after the gacha ends.
Unused Flames of Bravery will be converted into Crystals at a 1:1 ratio and sent to your mailbox.
This means you should still receive value from leftover Flames of Bravery even if you do not have enough remaining for another pull.
