If you are working on Brayden’s Star Projector quest in Fisch as part of the Anomaly Investigation and Telescope task, you will need to collect six Broken Star pieces scattered across the map. Some of them are easy to spot, while others are hidden in elevated areas or behind structures. Where to Find All Six Broken Stars in Fisch
The six Broken Stars are spread across Terrapin Island, Roslit Bay, Mushgrove Swamp, Ancient Isle, Snowcap Island, and Moosewood. You do not need to search randomly around these areas because each piece has a specific location. Here is where you need to go:
- Terrapin Island
- Roslit Bay Volcano
- Mushgrove Swamp
- Ancient Isle
- Snowcap Island
- Moosewood
Some locations require climbing or gliding, so bringing an Advanced Glider or Gravity Coil can make the search much faster.
Broken Star Location 1: Terrapin Island

- The first Broken Star can be found on Terrapin Island. Its GPS coordinates are (124, 200, 1978).
After reaching Terrapin Island, make your way toward the upper part of the island. The Broken Star is located near the top on the right side. Because the area is elevated, reaching it normally can take some time.
The easiest method is to use an Advanced Glider or Gravity Coil to climb toward the top. Once you reach the upper area, look around the right side of the island to find the Broken Star.
Broken Star Location 2: Roslit Bay Volcano

- The second Broken Star is located around the Roslit Bay Volcano at approximately (-2001, 190, 389).
Getting to this one requires some climbing because the Broken Star is positioned high on the volcano. Instead of trying to climb straight up, slowly move around the side of the mountain while using your Advanced Glider.
Continue toward the top until you reach the cliff area underneath the volcano’s highest section. The Broken Star can be found on this cliff.
Take your time while moving around the volcano because falling can send you back down and make the climb more annoying.
Broken Star Location 3: Mushgrove Swamp

For the third Broken Star, travel to Mushgrove Swamp. Once you arrive, head toward the left side of the island.
You should eventually come across a small watchtower. There is a Guard sitting in a chair nearby, making this location easier to identify. Instead of looking around the front of the tower, walk behind the Guard.
- The Broken Star is hidden behind him at approximately (2519, 156, -921). You should be able to spot it once you get behind the watchtower area.
This is one of the simpler Broken Star locations because you do not need to climb a large mountain or use special movement equipment.
Broken Star Location 4: Ancient Isle

The fourth Broken Star is found on Ancient Isle. Travel to the island using your boat and follow the island marker until you arrive.
Once you reach Ancient Isle, move toward the left side and start climbing toward the highest section. Continue upward until you reach an area with a tent.
- When you reach the tent, check behind it and look into the corner. The Broken Star is located there at approximately (6142, 391, 657).
The piece can be easy to miss if you only search around the main path, so make sure to check behind the tent rather than simply walking past it.
Broken Star Location 5: Snowcap Island

The fifth Broken Star is located in the snowy area of Snowcap Island.
After reaching Snowcap Island, climb toward the upper part of the island. Look for a large icicle positioned around the center of the area. This large icicle is the main landmark you need to find.
Once you locate it, check around its bottom section. The Broken Star is sitting near the base of the icicle, next to a tree.
Compared with some of the other locations, this one does not require complicated navigation. Finding the large icicle first makes the Broken Star much easier to locate.
Broken Star Location 6: Moosewood

The final Broken Star is at Moosewood, making it one of the easiest pieces to collect.
After spawning at Moosewood, head toward the back of the island until you reach the lighthouse. Enter the lighthouse and climb all the way to the top.
At the top, look near the wooden railing. The sixth and final Broken Star is located beside it.
Because Moosewood is the starting area for many players, you should not have much trouble reaching this location. Once you collect this piece, you will have all six Broken Stars needed for Brayden’s Star Projector quest.
What to Do After Finding All Broken Stars
Once you have collected all six Broken Star pieces, you can continue with the Brayden’s Star Projector quest. The pieces are required to repair the Star Projector as part of the Anomaly Investigation and the main Telescope task.
If you are still missing one piece, check the six locations again rather than searching the entire Fisch map. The most commonly overlooked spots are behind the Guard at Mushgrove Swamp, behind the tent at Ancient Isle, and near the large icicle at Snowcap Island.
With all six Broken Stars collected, you can move forward with the rest of the investigation and continue progressing through the Telescope-related questline.
