How to Get Scarlet Doll in Dress to Impress Summer 2026

The Scarlet Doll has returned to Dress to Impress as part of the Summer 2026 content. This secret accessory was first introduced during the Summer 2025 update, but players can now complete the quest again to get it. Getting the Scarlet Doll is not as simple as finding it on the map. You need to complete five different quests and collect five Gems first. Each Gem has its own challenge, and once you have everything, you can finally enter the hidden cave near the Beach and claim the secret treasure. Here is a complete guide to finding every Gem and getting the Scarlet Doll.

How to Start the Scarlet Doll Quest

The Scarlet Doll quest can only be completed while playing Freeplay Mode. From the main area, use the Teleport button in the bottom-left corner and travel to Freeplay. Once you arrive, your goal is to collect five Gems:

  • Red Gem
  • Purple Gem
  • Blue Gem
  • Yellow Gem
  • Green Gem

You can complete these quests in any order. Each one is found in a different part of the Freeplay map, so exploring the area will help you find them.

How to Get the Red Bird Gem

The Red Gem is one of the easier Gems to obtain. Start near the Scarlet NPC and cross the water toward the nearby hill. There, you will find a bird trapped in the sand. Interact with the bird to start a small minigame that works similar to Flappy Bird.

Your objective is to fly through the rings and reach 35 points. Yellow rings are especially useful because they give three points, allowing you to finish the challenge faster. Once you reach the required score, the game will reward you with the Red Gem.

How to Get the Purple Volleyball Gem

The Purple Gem quest starts at the Beach Volleyball area, which is located close to the cave. Talk to the NPC at the volleyball court and she will ask you to bring her a Beach Ball. You need to return to the Dressing Room to get the item. However, you won’t find a Beach Ball directly in the accessories section.

Instead, equip the soccer ball and open its customization options. Change its style from the default appearance to the Beach Ball style. Return to the volleyball court with the customized ball to begin the minigame.

Your goal is to successfully hit 20 Beach Balls. Stand inside the blue circles and hit the ball when it gets close. Be careful because coconuts can also fly toward you. Getting hit by one will stun your character temporarily.

There is no major punishment for missing a ball or getting stunned, so simply continue until you reach 20 successful hits. After completing the challenge, the Purple Gem will appear near the left side of the volleyball net.

How to Get the Blue Fountain Gem

The Blue Gem requires you to complete a short treasure-style quest involving a Hammer, Coconut, and Fountain. Start by going to Lana’s beach house, which can be found to the right of the staircase when coming from the Dressing Room.

Enter the house and climb the ladder. Look around the shelves in the corner to find a Hammer. After picking it up, you will receive a message indicating that you can break something.

Leave the house and cross the road toward the fruit stand. Look for the large Coconut nearby. Use the Hammer on it to break the Coconut and obtain the Coin.

Now you need to find a Fountain.

Head toward the left side of the map, away from the Scarlet NPC. Look for the pink building marked as the Recording Studio. Enter the building and go toward the second-to-last scene on the right.

You will find a Fountain inside the scene. Throw the Coin into the Fountain to complete the final part of the quest.

The Blue Gem will then be awarded to you.

How to Get the Yellow Lantern Gem

The Yellow Gem requires you to find and light five Lanterns scattered around the Freeplay map. Here are the Lantern locations:

  • Outside the Recording Studio, turn right after exiting and check the wall of the building connected to the studio.
  • From the Recording Studio, go up the stairs on the left and follow the path until you reach an orange house. The Lantern is beside the entrance.
  • From the Freeplay entrance, go up the stairs on the left and look at the blue house on the right.
  • Return to the Freeplay entrance and go down the stairs on the left. Follow the path until you reach another orange house with yellow and green flags. The Lantern is next to the house.
  • Go toward the road beside the Beach and look for the pink house near the orange house. Climb the stairs to find the final Lantern.

Light all five Lanterns to complete the challenge.

After completing the Lantern quest, the Yellow Gem will appear near the main stairs leading toward the Freeplay area.

How to Get the Green Backrooms Gem

The Green Gem is probably the strangest quest of the five because it takes you into a Backrooms-style area. Start near Scarlet and look toward the tunnel and rocks. You should notice a strange drawn door. Walk through it to enter the Backrooms.

The area can be confusing, so follow this route:

  • Walk past the chairs and continue down the path.
  • Climb onto the runway on your left and go behind it.
  • Turn left, then immediately turn right.
  • Continue until you reach a wall.
  • Turn left and look for a Lana cardboard cutout.
  • There will be a door behind the cutout.
  • Enter the door and begin searching the treasure area.

Several fake Gems can appear during this section. Don’t worry if some of them disappear. The fake ones will vanish, while the real Green Gem remains available.

Pick up the real Gem to complete the final part of the Scarlet Doll quest.

How to Get the Scarlet Doll

Once you have collected all five Gems, you can finally return to the Beach area and head toward the hidden cave.

The five Gems you need are:

  • Red Gem
  • Purple Gem
  • Blue Gem
  • Yellow Gem
  • Green Gem

With all five Gems collected, the cave entrance will become accessible. Enter the cave and follow the path. You will need to jump across the bubbles to reach the other side. Continue through the cave until you reach the treasure chest.

The Scarlet Doll will be waiting inside the chest. If you are also working on the Treasure Hunt content, make sure you complete that quest as well while exploring the area.

The Scarlet Doll is a secret accessory that requires some work before you can claim it. The main challenge is collecting all five Gems, with each one tied to a different activity around the Freeplay map. The five quests include a bird minigame, Beach Volleyball, a Fountain puzzle, five Lanterns, and a Backrooms treasure hunt. After collecting every Gem, enter the hidden cave near the Beach and cross the bubble section to reach the treasure chest. Open it to claim the Scarlet Doll and add the returning Summer accessory to your collection.
