Strength is one of the most important stats in +1 Superhero Evolution because it determines how powerful your character becomes. You need enough Strength to defeat enemies, clear stages, earn Wins, and unlock stronger superheroes.

The good news is that gaining Strength is simple at the beginning. Your main job is to train by punching the available sandbag. However, the amount of Strength you gain can increase significantly as you unlock better training options and stack different multipliers.

Start Training at the Sandbag

The easiest way to gain Strength is by heading to the training area and punching the sandbag. Every successful punch gives you Strength, allowing your character to gradually become stronger.

At the beginning of the game, you should spend plenty of time training because your character will not have many multipliers yet. Your first goal is to build enough Strength to start defeating the enemies on the map.

You do not need to overthink the early game. Simply keep punching the sandbag, watch your Strength increase, and move toward the requirements for your next progression upgrade.

Unlock Better Training Stations

Not every training station provides the same amount of Strength. As you progress through the game and complete more rebirths, you can gain access to higher-tier training stations.

These better stations are important because they provide significantly more Strength per hit. This means you can reach large Strength requirements much faster compared to using an early training station.

If your Strength gain starts feeling slow, check whether you have unlocked a better training area. Improving the amount of Strength you receive from every punch is much more efficient than simply spending longer at a weaker training station.

Rebirth to Increase Your Strength Multiplier

One of the best ways to improve your Strength progression is by using the Rebirth system. Rebirth resets your current level, but you receive a permanent power multiplier in return.

At first, resetting your progress might seem like a bad idea. However, the permanent multiplier makes your next training session much more efficient. You can rebuild your Strength faster and eventually reach another rebirth even more quickly.

This creates a progression cycle:

  • Train at the sandbag.
  • Increase your level and Strength.
  • Reach the rebirth requirement.
  • Rebirth to receive a permanent multiplier.
  • Train again with your improved multiplier.
  • Repeat the process.

The more you use this system, the faster your overall Strength progression becomes.

Use Stronger Superheroes

Your superhero also affects how quickly you can build Strength. After earning enough Wins from enemy stages, you can unlock stronger superheroes. Each new superhero provides a better power multiplier per punch. This means the same training action can give you much more Strength after upgrading your hero.

For example, early heroes such as Spider-Man can help you get started, while later heroes provide much larger multipliers. Because of this, saving your Wins for a useful superhero upgrade can be more beneficial than spending them randomly. Whenever you feel that Strength gains have slowed down, check whether you are close to unlocking a stronger superhero.

Equip Your Best Pets

Pets are another major source of Strength multipliers. Even an early pet can make your training noticeably faster, while stronger pets can provide extremely large bonuses later in the game. After obtaining new pets, open the Pets menu and use the Equip Best option. This makes sure that your strongest available pets are equipped.

You should also continue collecting better pets as you progress. Higher-rarity pets can provide much stronger multipliers, making them one of the best ways to increase Strength without simply spending more time punching the sandbag.

Keep Stacking Your Multipliers

The fastest Strength progression comes from combining several bonuses instead of relying on training alone.

Your overall Strength gain can be improved through:

  • Better training stations
  • Rebirth multipliers
  • Stronger superheroes
  • Better pets
  • Higher pet multipliers
  • Continued progression through the stages

These systems work together, so upgrading one can make the others more effective. For example, a stronger superhero increases your Strength per punch, while better pets add another multiplier on top of it.

What to Do When Strength Progress Slows Down

It is normal for Strength progression to become slower as you reach stronger stages. Instead of endlessly punching the same training bag, look at your available upgrades.

First, check whether you can rebirth. If you can, the permanent multiplier may provide a much bigger improvement than continuing to train at your current level.

Next, check your superhero and pet setup. You may be able to unlock a stronger hero or equip better pets that significantly increase your Strength gain.

If none of those options are available yet, continue training until you reach the next upgrade requirement.

Training at the sandbag is the foundation of Strength progression in +1 Superhero Evolution. While simply punching the training bag is enough to get started, you will eventually need to combine it with rebirths, stronger superheroes, pets, and better training stations.

The most important tip is to rebirth regularly when possible. The permanent multiplier makes future training much faster and helps you reach stronger progression milestones.

Once you combine rebirth bonuses with powerful superheroes and high-multiplier pets, your Strength can increase much faster than it does at the beginning of the game. Keep improving these systems and you will be able to tackle stronger stages and work your way toward the later worlds.
