Roblox RUNAWAYS Update 3 Guide, New Codes & More!

Roblox RUNAWAYS has received Update 3 with a large amount of new content. The update adds four robbery locations, new loot, food items, vending machines, coffee machines, vehicle skins, and a new Career menu. It also introduces the BOTCHER code, which gives players 2,500 Credz. The update went live on September 5, 2026, and the related event is scheduled to run until September 12.

The new locations are placed along the normal highway route, so players do not need to travel far away from their usual path. This makes it easier to include the new stores in a regular robbery run while also looking for valuable loot.

How to Redeem the BOTCHER Code

The newest code in RUNAWAYS is BOTCHER, and it gives 2,500 Credz. This is useful for buying equipment, preparing your vehicle, or getting other items before starting another escape attempt. The code is currently listed as active alongside the older RUN and SUPERCAT codes.

To redeem the code, follow these steps:

  1. Open RUNAWAYS on Roblox.
  2. Wait until you are inside the lobby.
  3. Open the Shop menu.
  4. Find the Codes section near the bottom.
  5. Enter BOTCHER.
  6. Press Use to claim the reward.

If the reward does not appear, check the spelling and make sure there are no extra spaces. Codes can also stop working after they expire.

Other active codes currently include:

  • BOTCHER — 2,500 Credz
  • RUN — 1,000 Credz
  • SUPERCAT — Pistol

Four New Robbery Locations

Update 3 adds four new places that can be robbed during your trip. Each building has its own selection of items, giving players more reasons to stop along the highway instead of only visiting the older locations.

Botched Butcher

The Botched Butcher is the new butcher shop. You can search the building for register cash along with food such as steaks and ribs.

These food items are not only useful for selling. Some consumables can also help you recover health while you are still on the run.

Kinda Sushi

The Kinda Sushi shop contains sushi, ramen, water, and cash from the register. Water and other food items can be useful if you take damage while escaping from the police.

Because these items can be carried with you, consider keeping some food instead of selling everything immediately.

Worst Buy

The Worst Buy is the new electronics store. It can contain expensive items such as laptops and consoles, including PS5s.

Electronics are useful targets when your vehicle still has enough storage space. Try to focus on valuable items instead of filling your car with low-value loot.

OOPS Parcel Office

The OOPS parcel office works differently because its packages have randomized values. You will not always know exactly how much a package is worth before selling it.

This makes the location a good option when you want to add some random-value loot to your haul.

Vending Machines and Coffee Machines

Two new machine types have also been added to the robbery route: vending machines and coffee machines. Both can be broken for small amounts of cash.

The payout is not as large as some of the more valuable loot, but these machines are still worth hitting when you are already inside one of the new locations. There is no reason to make a separate trip just for them.

Coffee has another benefit because drinking it can give you a temporary movement speed boost. This can be useful when you need to get back to your vehicle quickly after an alarm or police encounter.

Food Can Restore Your Health

One of the most useful changes in Update 3 is the addition of food that can be consumed during a run. Items such as sushi and water can restore health, making them more than simple items to sell.

Food can appear in several places, including gas stations, Slopmart, and the four new buildings. Because of this, you can pick up a few consumables and keep them for emergencies.

This is especially helpful when you are far from a safe area and take damage during a robbery. Instead of immediately ending the run or searching for another way to recover, you can use food from your inventory.

Career Menu Tracks Your Progress

Update 3 also adds a Career menu that works as a collection tracker. It records the locations and items you have discovered while playing RUNAWAYS.

This is useful for players who want to find everything added to the game. New food, packages, secret items, and other discoveries can be tracked through the menu.

You can check your progress from the lobby alongside the other available menus. This gives players another reason to visit different locations instead of always repeating the same robbery route.

Car Skins and Other Changes

Vehicle customization has also been expanded with the addition of car skins. These are cosmetic options that let you change the appearance of your vehicle without changing the basic robbery gameplay.

Paintings have also been changed so that they now appear properly on walls instead of being left loose. Update 3 also introduces a new end screen for runs.

The patch includes more than 50 bug fixes, making the update more than just a content drop. The official Roblox event page confirms the new locations, machines, items, Career menu, car skins, new end screen, and large batch of fixes.

Best Way to Try the New Locations

If you want to explore Update 3 without competing with other players, starting a solo lobby is a good option. Set the lobby to one player, choose your vehicle, and begin the run. Start by clearing the first house and taking useful loot back to your car. After selling your first haul at Trash America Pawn, use the money to prepare for the rest of the trip. Keep an eye on your fuel as you continue down the highway. Fuel becomes more expensive later in a run, so filling up earlier can save some of your money.

Once you are ready, visit the four new locations in sequence:

  • Botched Butcher
  • Kinda Sushi
  • Worst Buy
  • OOPS Parcel Office

Take valuable loot first because vehicle storage is limited. Food can also be kept for healing if you expect to take damage later.

Missions Can Be Completed While Driving

The mission panel continues to track objectives while you are moving around the map. Some missions involve destroying vehicles, finding certain food items, or driving a specific distance.

This means you do not always have to stop what you are doing to complete a mission. Distance-based objectives can continue progressing while you travel between robbery locations.

If several missions are active at once, try to complete them together. For example, you may be able to find a required food item at a new store while also making progress toward a driving-distance objective.

Loot and Fuel Tips

Some items are worth prioritizing when your vehicle has limited storage. Based on the current Update 3 information, several valuable items include:

  • Guitar — $1,000
  • Computer — $360
  • PS5 — $275
  • Parcel packages — Random value
  • Vending and coffee machines — Small cash payouts

Fuel prices can also change during a run. Early fuel can cost around $10.00, while the price can increase to around $17.65 later.

For this reason, avoid waiting until your tank is almost empty before refueling. Filling up earlier can leave more of your robbery profits available for weapons, upgrades, and other expenses.

What Comes After Update 3?

More content is already planned for RUNAWAYS. Update 4 is scheduled for September 12, 2026, while Update 5 is scheduled for September 19, 2026. Their exact features have not been officially revealed yet, so players should be careful with unofficial leaks or feature lists.

For now, Update 3 gives players plenty of new things to discover. The best starting point is to redeem BOTCHER for 2,500 Credz, then take a full trip along the highway and visit all four new robbery locations.

RUNAWAYS Update 3 gives the robbery and escape loop more variety with four new buildings, new food mechanics, vending and coffee machines, car skins, and a Career collection system. The new locations also fit naturally into the highway route, so you can add them to normal runs without changing your entire strategy.

The BOTCHER code is also worth claiming as soon as possible because the free 2,500 Credz can help with your next run. After redeeming it, try a solo lobby and explore the Botched Butcher, Kinda Sushi, Worst Buy, and OOPS parcel office to see everything Update 3 has added.
