Finding all 25 Tropical Fruits is the first step toward completing Fruit Lover Frank’s questline in Fisch. Every Tropical Fruit can be found on Skycrest Island, with the fruits appearing in yellow, green, red, white, and black varieties.
The fruits are spread across different parts of the island, with some hidden behind houses, buildings, and other objects. Once you reach a fruit, simply walk close to it and press the interaction button to collect it. You need all 25 fruits to finish the first part of Frank’s questline. Below are the locations and GPS coordinates for every Tropical Fruit on Skycrest Island.

Fruitline Rod Stats
The Fruitline Rod is the final reward from Fruit Lover Frank’s questline. Here are its main stats:

The rod stands out because of its 200% Luck, 100% Lure Speed, and unlimited Max Weight. It also has a special fruit mechanic that activates during the fishing minigame.

Where to Find Fruit Lover Frank
Fruit Lover Frank is the NPC responsible for the questline that eventually rewards the Fruitline Rod. He can be found on Skycrest Island near the Hayate Idol and the giant Windmill. His approximate location is:

Once you have collected all 25 Tropical Fruits, return to Frank and talk to him to complete the first quest.
Fruit Lover Frank Questline
Collecting the 25 fruits is only the beginning. Frank has four quests that need to be completed before you can claim the Fruitline Rod.
Quest 1: The Empty Basket
The first quest requires you to collect all 25 Tropical Fruits scattered around Skycrest Island. Once you have everything, return the fruits to Fruit Lover Frank.
Quest 2: The Ocean’s Pulp
The second quest sends you fishing. You need to catch one of each of the following fish:
- Pineapple Pufferfish
- Banana Eel
- Smoothie Stingray
- Coconut Crabstle
- Hammock Halibut
- Hawaiian Shirt Shark
- Sunbed Stingray
- Watermelon Walrus
- Cabana Carp
After catching all nine fish, return them to Frank to move on to the next part of the questline.
Quest 3: The Ritual of Sweetness
For the third quest, you need to offer all Limited Skycrest fish at the Fire of Spirits.
There is an additional requirement for this step. The offering must be done while the Tropical Sun weather event is active, so make sure the weather condition is correct before attempting the ritual.
Quest 4: The ULTIMATE Blend
The final quest requires you to catch one Fruity Abaia and return it to Fruit Lover Frank.
Once all four quests are completed, Frank will reward you with the Fruitline Rod.
How the Fruitline Rod Works
While using the Fruitline Rod during the fishing minigame, a fruit drops every 0.45 seconds. Picking up one of these fruits gives you +1.2% Progress Speed.
The fruit also activates the Fruity Blessing effect. This buff affects you and nearby players within 10 studs. It lasts for six seconds and increases certain stats by 1.1x.
There is also a streak system. Collecting fruits within 1.5 seconds of each other builds your streak, with the streak reaching a maximum of 10. A higher streak extends the duration of the Fruity Blessing.
However, the rod does come with a downside during the fishing minigame. Its bar size is reduced by 0.8x, meaning the smaller bar can make the reeling section harder to manage.
Is the Fruitline Rod Worth Getting?
The Fruitline Rod is mainly worth pursuing if you want a rod with very high Luck and a unique fishing mechanic. The 200% Luck is one of its biggest advantages, while Infinite Max Weight removes the normal weight limit when catching fish.
The fruit drops also make the rod more interesting than a standard fishing rod. If you can consistently collect the fruits during the minigame, the Progress Speed bonus and Fruity Blessing can provide useful benefits for both you and nearby players.
The main issue is the lack of Control and Resilience, along with the reduced minigame bar. Because of this, getting the Fruitline Rod is not only about completing Frank’s questline. You also need to be comfortable handling its fishing minigame.
The easiest way to complete the first part of Fruit Lover Frank’s questline is to work through the 25 Tropical Fruit locations using the GPS coordinates above. Pay extra attention to the fruits hidden behind the Fugo Ancient Idol and the Windmill, since they do not have separate coordinates.
After collecting all 25 fruits, continue with Frank’s fishing quests until you reach the final Fruity Abaia requirement. Completing the entire questline will unlock the Fruitline Rod, which comes with 200% Luck, Infinite Max Weight, and its own fruit-based fishing mechanic.
