Clover RPG Race Tier List, What Each Role Does!

Choosing the right race in Clover RPG can make your early progression a little easier because every race comes with its own passive benefits. Unlike games where races completely change your character, the bonuses in Clover RPG are mostly small boosts that can support different playstyles.

There are currently seven obtainable races in the standard race pool, ranging from the very common Human to the much rarer Lesser Angel and Lesser Demon. Below is a full Clover RPG race tier list, along with the benefits currently documented for each race. Aokiji

Clover RPG Race Tier List

For this tier list, the ranking is based on the usefulness of the currently documented racial bonuses rather than rarity alone. A rare race is not automatically better if its bonus does not fit your preferred playstyle.

• S Tier: Lesser Demon
• A Tier: Dark Elf, Elf
• B Tier: Eldritch, Human
• C Tier: Dryad, Lesser Angel

The placement can change depending on your build. Some races have benefits that are useful for specific content, while others are more convenient for general progression. Dryad and Lesser Angel are also harder to rank accurately because their current effects are still listed as TBA in the available race data.

S Tier

Lesser Demon

Lesser Demon is one of the strongest races to target if you are interested in Devil-related progression. It has only a 2% chance of being rolled, making it one of the rarest obtainable races in Clover RPG. Its bonuses include faster Devil contract progression, +10 Health, and +5% Magical Resistance. The combination makes Lesser Demon useful beyond just its rarity. The extra Health gives you some additional survivability, while Magical Resistance provides protection against magic-based attacks. The faster Devil contract progression can also make this race particularly valuable for players who plan to focus on Devil-related content.

A Tier

Dark Elf

Dark Elf has a 10% chance of appearing when rolling for a race. Its bonuses are +5% Shadow Resistance, +10 Energy, and +10% Mana Regeneration, giving it a useful combination of defense and resource management. Aokiji

Extra Energy can help with general gameplay, while increased reputation gain makes it useful if you are working toward reputation-related progression. Because of this, Elf is a solid race to keep instead of constantly rerolling.

B Tier

Eldritch

Eldritch has a 10% chance of being rolled and focuses more on survivability and resistance. It provides +1 Max Resolve, +5% World Tree Resistance, and +10 Health. Aokiji

The additional Health is useful for general combat, while Max Resolve and World Tree Resistance give Eldritch some more specialized benefits. It may not be the most exciting race for every player, but it can still be a useful option if you do not want to spend more rerolls chasing a rare race.

Human

Human is the most common race in Clover RPG, with a 50% chance of being rolled. Its main benefit is reducing the price of items purchased from shops. Aokiji

While Human does not provide the combat-focused bonuses that some other races have, cheaper shop purchases can be helpful throughout your progression. Since Human appears half the time on average, it is also very easy to obtain. For a new player, keeping Human while learning the game is perfectly reasonable.

C Tier

Dryad

Dryad has a 6% chance of appearing, which makes it considerably rarer than Human and Elf. However, its current racial effect is listed as TBA, meaning there is not enough confirmed information to properly judge its gameplay value yet. Aokiji

Because of this, Dryad is difficult to place based on its actual power. Its lower roll chance makes it uncommon, but rarity by itself should not be used as proof that it is stronger than races with confirmed useful bonuses.

Lesser Angel

Lesser Angel is tied with Lesser Demon as one of the rarest obtainable races, with only a 2% chance of appearing. However, its current benefit is also listed as TBA in the available Clover RPG race information. Aokiji

For now, players should avoid assuming that Lesser Angel is automatically the best race simply because it is extremely rare. Once its actual passive effects are confirmed, its position on the tier list can be judged more accurately.

Which Race Should You Keep?

If you want a race with confirmed combat and progression benefits, Lesser Demon is one of the best targets because it combines Health, Magical Resistance, and faster Devil contract progression. However, its 2% chance means getting it can require a lot of luck.

Dark Elf and Elf are also safe choices. Dark Elf is more focused on Energy, Mana, and Shadow Resistance, while Elf gives a straightforward Energy and reputation boost. Human is less impressive for combat but can help you save money through cheaper shop purchases.

Should You Reroll Your Race?

You do not necessarily need to reroll immediately after getting Human or another common race. The racial bonuses in Clover RPG are useful, but they are not so large that your entire character becomes unusable because of one race.

If you already have a race that fits your playstyle, it can be better to focus on leveling, equipment, quests, stats, and combat instead. Rerolling becomes more worthwhile when you specifically want a particular racial bonus or are building your character around a certain type of content.
