All Breathing Trainer Locations in Slayers 2 Guide & Requirement to Unlock Each Style!

Slayers 2 has eight different breathing techniques, and each one comes from a specific trainer hidden around the map. Some trainers are fairly easy to reach, while others require climbing, underwater exploration, or additional weapon requirements before you can actually use the breathing style.

Before traveling to a trainer, check the requirements for your chosen breathing. You will need different levels and materials for each technique, and some locations are much easier to reach after unlocking the Climbing skill.

All Slayers 2 Breathing Trainers

There are currently eight breathing trainers to locate in Slayers 2:

• Serpent Breathing — Mountain near the starting spawn.
• Insect Breathing — Roof of the main building at Butterfly Mansion.
• Flame Breathing — Inside a house near the red bridge from Mistfall Village.
• Thunder Breathing — Mountain route near the bear village; requires Climbing.
• Stone Breathing — Lower route near the bear area; requires the Axe and Mace.
• Sound Breathing — Near the snowy biome.
• Wind Breathing — Snow biome route from the bear area.
• Water Breathing — Hidden underwater passage beneath a cliff near the small island house.

Serpent Breathing Trainer Location

The Serpent Breathing trainer is one of the easiest trainers to find because it is located relatively close to the starting spawn. From the starting area, move past the nearby NPCs and climb up the mountain ahead.

Once you reach the top, zoom your camera out and look around the area. The Serpent trainer should be nearby. You can visit this location early, but you still need to meet the requirements before starting the training questline.

To unlock Serpent Breathing, you need:

• Level 25
• 20 Demon Horns
• 5 Beast Cores

Demon Horns can be farmed from demons in the snowy area to the left of the bear area. Each demon drops Demon Horns, meaning you only need to defeat around 10 demons if you receive two horns from each one.

For Beast Cores, use the compass at the top of your screen and travel north toward the villages. Defeat the demons around these areas until you collect five Beast Cores.

Once you have everything, return to the Serpent trainer and pay to begin the questline. Most of the tasks involve training minigames, followed by a final battle against the Serpent Trainee.

Defeat the trainee to complete the final objective and unlock Serpent Breathing. This is a good breathing style to obtain early because its requirements are relatively affordable and it can be useful for farming.

Insect Breathing Trainer Location

The Insect Breathing trainer can be found at the Butterfly Mansion. The easiest way to reach this area is to start from Beginner Village.

Leave the village and follow the path toward the direction shown by the route. You will eventually need to drop down a cliff, with several large boulders along the way that can help confirm you are heading in the right direction.

Continue traveling until you reach Butterfly Mansion. Once inside the area, go past the Insect Trainee and look toward the roof of the main building.

The Insect trainer is located on top of the building. Climb onto the roof and interact with the trainer to begin the process of unlocking Insect Breathing.

Flame Breathing Trainer Location

For Flame Breathing, begin at the Mistfall Village spawn and follow the main route away from the village.

Continue moving until you reach a long red bridge with a boss located nearby. Once you reach the bridge, keep moving forward toward the house in front of you.

Enter the house and you will find the Flame Breathing trainer inside. Speak to the NPC to check the requirements and begin the Flame Breathing progression once you have the necessary materials.

Thunder Breathing Trainer Location

The Thunder Breathing trainer requires a slightly more complicated route. Start by reaching the village containing the bears, which you will encounter during the early progression quests.

From the bear area, travel downward and pass the nearby boss spawn. Continue following the path until you reach an area where you need to climb upward.

This route requires the Climbing skill. Make sure you have unlocked climbing through your skill tree before attempting to reach the trainer.

Once you climb up the required section, continue following the path until you reach the Thunder Breathing trainer.

Stone Breathing Trainer Location

The Stone Breathing trainer is also located along a route beginning near the bear area. Start from the bears and follow a similar path to the one used for Thunder Breathing.

However, there is an important difference. You do not need to climb the mountain for this route. Instead, follow the lower path toward the Stone trainer.

Stone Breathing also has an additional requirement involving weapons. You need to unlock the Axe and Mace before you can properly use the breathing style.

The weapons are tied to the Stone Trainee. Find and defeat the Stone Trainee near the route to unlock the required weapons before attempting to progress with Stone Breathing.

Sound Breathing Trainer Location

The Sound Breathing trainer is located close to the snowy biome. From the surrounding areas, travel toward the snow-covered region and follow the path leading deeper into the area.

Continue along the route until you reach the Sound Breathing trainer. Once you find the NPC, interact with them to see the requirements needed to begin the Sound Breathing questline.

The location is relatively straightforward compared with some of the more hidden trainers, so the main challenge is making sure you have the required materials and level before starting.

Wind Breathing Trainer Location

For Wind Breathing, start from the bear area once again. This time, travel toward the snowy biome instead of following the route used for Stone or Thunder Breathing.

Continue through the snow-covered area and follow the path until you reach the Wind Breathing trainer. The route is fairly easy to follow once you are in the correct section of the map.

Wind Breathing requires 50 Demon Horns, making its material requirement significantly higher than Serpent Breathing. If you do not have enough Demon Horns yet, you can still visit the trainer and locate it beforehand, then return after collecting the required amount.

Water Breathing Trainer Location

The Water Breathing trainer is hidden in a more unusual location. Start from the bear area and travel in the opposite direction from the route used for Wind Breathing.

Look below the cliff as you move through the area. You should eventually spot a small house sitting on an island below.

Head toward the house and search around the area for a hole containing water. Enter the hole and swim through the underwater passage.

Be careful while traveling through this section because you can drown if you remain underwater for too long. Keep moving through the passage until you reach the other side.

After exiting the underwater route, you will find the Water Breathing trainer. Speak with the NPC to begin checking the requirements for Water Breathing.

Finding the breathing trainers is only the first part of unlocking each technique in Slayers 2. Every breathing style has its own requirements, so it is worth checking the trainer before spending time farming materials you may not need.

If you are just starting out, Serpent Breathing is a practical option because its Level 25 requirement and material costs are relatively manageable. For the other styles, locate the trainer first, note down the requirements, and then start farming the necessary items.
