Norse Saga has officially launched, and new players have plenty of things to do during the first day. With quests, daily activities, guilds, events, gear upgrades, Spirits, the Codex, Home State, and several other systems, it can be easy to miss something important.
The first day is also a good time to build a strong base for your character. You do not need to spend all your resources right away. Instead, focus on unlocking content, completing available activities, and improving anything that gives you extra stats or power.
1. Redeem All Available Norse Saga Codes
The first thing you should do after starting the Norse Saga codes. To use a Norse Saga code, open the game menu and enter Settings. Look for the Redeem Gift Pack option and enter your codes there. Make sure you claim every available code before continuing with your progression. The free rewards can help you get through the early stages faster.
2. Push the Main Quest
After redeeming the codes, focus on the main quest. Try to push the main story as far as your current character can go. Main quests are important because they help unlock more parts of the game and give you useful rewards along the way.
If you reach a point where the main quest requires more power, that is the time to move over to daily activities and other available content. Do not spend all your time farming random enemies while there are still main quests that you can complete.
3. Complete Daily Activities
Once the main quest is blocked, start working on your Daily activities. Try to complete as many daily tasks as possible and increase your Activity value. These activities are an important source of regular rewards, so leaving them unfinished means missing out on free progression. You should also check the different sections of the Daily menu instead of focusing on only one activity.
4. Join a Guild Early
Joining a guild should also be one of your Day 1 priorities. A guild gives you access to additional features and benefits, including guild shops and other progression systems. There are also Guild Donations that you should remember to use. Staying active in your guild can help you collect more resources while also giving you access to additional content.
5. Upgrade Your Skills
Check the skill section after joining a guild and progressing through the game. There are skills that can improve your character’s attributes, giving you another way to increase your power. Whenever you have the required materials and an upgrade is available, check whether it gives a useful increase to your current build.
6. Complete Events and Challenges
Do not ignore the event menu during your first day. Norse Saga has several events and challenges that can provide useful rewards. Some of them may also give items that directly increase your stats. One important challenge is Demon Hunt. Demon Hunt can reward Fruits that increase character attributes. These Fruits can provide one point to different stats, including:
- STR
- AGI
- INT
- Endurance
- Stamina
The first day has several attempts available, so make sure you challenge the available stages from the lower-power opponents to the stronger ones. After receiving the Fruits, open your Bag and use them. Leaving them in your inventory will not increase your stats.
7. Finish the Seven Day Celebration
The Seven Day Celebration is another system you should check immediately. It contains missions that can be completed over several days. On the first day, try to finish every available mission so you can claim the first set of rewards. Do not stop after Day 1. Return to this menu every day and complete the new objectives as they become available. These rewards can add up over the full seven-day period.
8. Complete Side Missions
If you have spare time after finishing the main quest and daily content, work on the available side missions. There is no reason to leave easy missions unfinished if you can complete them with your current character. You should also check Eternal Hourglass content. 9. Get Gear From Bosses

15. Improve Your Ring and Mount

17. Work on Enhancement Perfection

18. Upgrade Divine Set and Accessories
The Divine Set is another system worth checking. Some of these items can be obtained through normal in-game progression, while certain rewards can also provide exclusive outfits. Accessories should also be upgraded whenever you have enough materials.
As a general rule, check every character system after receiving new resources. If an upgrade is available and does not interfere with a more important goal, it can help increase your overall power.
19. Build Your Home State
The Home State feature should not be ignored. You can plant things inside your Home State and work on its development. There is also a stealing feature that allows you to take certain plants from other players when they are marked as available to steal. Check the plants that can be stolen and complete the action when possible. You can also visit the Home State shop to purchase seeds and other available items.
20. Complete Events Every Day
Keep checking the Event menu because some activities are only available at certain times. Guild events and other scheduled activities can appear throughout the day. Missing these events can mean missing useful rewards. Make it a habit to check the event schedule whenever you log in.
21. Collect Spirits for Codex Bonuses
Do not ignore low-rarity Spirits. Even Spirits that are not strong enough to use in your main setup can still contribute to your Codex. Collecting Spirits and advancing their related Codex entries can provide additional stats and power.
After obtaining a new Spirit, check the Codex and claim any available rewards. Even lower-rarity Spirits can still contribute to your overall progression.
22. Add as Many Friends as Possible
Adding friends is another small task that can become useful later. The game has a gifting feature that allows players to send and receive gifts. Having more friends gives you more opportunities to exchange gifts and claim rewards.
The game also has an S Gift feature. According to the in-game description, certain unbound items from the inventory can potentially be gifted. However, not every item is necessarily eligible, so check whether the item is marked as available for gifting before trying to send it.
Norse Saga gives new players a lot of systems to explore, so the first day can feel overwhelming. The easiest way to handle it is to focus on unlocking content first and then use your spare time to improve your character. Main quests should be your first priority. When progress is blocked, move to daily activities, guild content, challenges, events, and other progression systems.
