Aniimo Tier List Global Launch, Best One to Use!

Aniimo has arrived with a large roster of creatures, different combat roles, elemental types, evolution paths, and exploration abilities. With so many options available from the start, choosing which creatures deserve your resources can be difficult, especially if you are used to more straightforward monster-catching games.

This Aniimo tier list focuses mainly on PvE combat, including normal progression and boss fights. It also considers Break strength, damage, healing, support abilities, survivability, team synergy, mobility, Pathfinding, and Homeland Abilities. A lower tier does not automatically mean an Aniimo is bad, as some creatures become much stronger when placed into the right team.

How the Aniimo Tier List Works

The rankings below are based on final forms, branching endpoints, standalone Aniimo, and the two starter transformations. They are not intended to represent every individual creature or every possible build in the game.

The main ranking assumes similar investment between Aniimo. PvE performance receives the most weight, while boss and exploration ratings are considered separately because an Aniimo that performs well against bosses may not necessarily be useful when traveling around the world.

Some Aniimo are also heavily dependent on team composition. An elemental support creature can look average in a random team but become much more valuable when paired with several attackers of the same element. Because of this, the letter tier should not be treated as the only thing that matters.

Regional forms can also change an Aniimo’s typing and available abilities. The information below generally follows the basic form, so players should check the specific form they are using before assuming that every skill or elemental effect works the same way.

PvP and Egg Heist are not included as major ranking factors because there is not enough reliable mode-specific testing at launch. These rankings should therefore be treated as an early global-launch guide rather than a permanent meta list.

S Tier – Standout Aniimo

S Tier creatures are the strongest general recommendations from the launch roster. They either provide exceptional value in their intended role or have a kit that can make difficult PvE encounters considerably easier.

Irisalis – Grass DPS

Irisalis is a strong Grass damage dealer and one of the most interesting choices for players building a developed roster. Its high Attack and ranged area-damage options allow it to maintain pressure without needing to stay directly beside the enemy.

It works particularly well when another Aniimo handles Break while Irisalis focuses on converting those openings into damage. Leafy and Melloblum are useful partners for Grass-focused teams, although Irisalis should still be supported with proper healing and defensive options.

Gracewing – Wind HEAL

Gracewing is one of the safest general-purpose healers available at launch. It can provide sustained recovery, remove debuffs, create shields, and deliver a powerful emergency heal when the team starts taking heavy damage.

Its ability to heal without constantly remaining on the field makes it useful across many different encounters. Gracewing does not provide exceptional Break pressure, however, so teams using it should still bring a dedicated breaker when facing enemies that rely heavily on stagger mechanics.

Inferlupa – Fire/Dark BREAK

Inferlupa is an excellent Break specialist that focuses on helping the entire team create damage windows. Its Unbroken Flameruff Spirit ability improves Break efficiency against affected targets, making its utility more important than its personal damage numbers suggest.

The general rotation involves building Full Energy through basic attacks before using its stronger abilities during the right opening. Inferlupa also has clones and ranged options that give it more flexibility when remaining in close range becomes dangerous.

Tubster – Wind BREAK

Tubster combines strong Break performance with defensive utility. Its Victory Concerto increases Break efficiency while shielded, making Gale Guard an important part of its setup before committing to an offensive sequence.

Ceasefire Drum can also provide significant damage reduction inside its field. This makes Tubster particularly useful when a boss encounter becomes dangerous, although its physical defense is noticeably weaker than its magic defense. It is a defensive breaker rather than an invincible frontline tank.

A Tier – Very Good Aniimo

A Tier creatures are strong choices with clear purposes. Many can compete with S Tier options when used with the correct team, element, or combat strategy.

Eklue – Wind SUPPORT

Eklue is an excellent support for Wind-based teams. It can lower Wind resistance and provide bonuses that become more valuable when several Wind attackers are present.

Its Detect Weakness ability can also reduce critical resistance while providing additional control opportunities. Eklue has respectable Attack, but its biggest contribution comes from making other Wind Aniimo stronger.

Tromber – Wind SUPPORT

Tromber specializes in grouping enemies and reducing Wind resistance, making it a useful partner for area-focused Wind attackers. Zephyr’s Breath can further increase the team’s Wind damage.

Its family-based energy mechanic also works especially well with other Chirpi evolutions such as Cornet and Tubster. Tromber is best treated as a Wind specialist rather than a universal energy battery.

Glacy – Water/Ice HEAL

Glacy offers reliable healing with high HP and strong magic defense. Its ultimate can restore health inside a water zone, giving teams a dependable source of sustain during longer fights.

Glimmer Shot can also increase team damage, while water terrain helps reduce its energy costs. Its healing becomes less convenient when the party has to constantly move, which is where Gracewing can offer more flexibility.

Leafy – Grass/Water REGEN

Leafy is a strong support option for Grass teams. Vitality Blooms can restore energy to Grass teammates, while Lotus Bloom provides healing and increases Grass damage.

Its abilities can also create Grass terrain after teammates use skills. This gives Grass attackers additional opportunities to activate their own bonuses. However, much of Leafy’s strongest utility is tied to Grass, so mixed teams may not get the same level of value.

Somniwing – Wind/Grass REGEN

Somniwing focuses on energy management and support rather than direct damage. Its additional team energy capacity and projectile absorption give it a useful role beside Aniimo that frequently spend energy.

It can also use sleep as temporary crowd control, although damage immediately wakes sleeping targets and Grass enemies are immune. Energy Orb requires charging, so Somniwing is generally better used to support the team’s rotation than trying to become its main attacker.

Tuckin – Grass BREAK

Tuckin uses summons as an important part of its Break-focused kit. Its Hummin assistants can remain active while Tuckin works on building pressure, while Draw Nourishment helps sustain both the main Aniimo and its summons.

Haunting Choir can pull the summons toward a target and briefly stun it. Tuckin is therefore much stronger when its supporting creatures remain active. Its sustain is not a replacement for proper team healing, and its setup can be expensive against fast-moving enemies.

Geoclaw – Ice BREAK

Geoclaw is a powerful Ice breaker with strong physical defense and useful exploration tools. Frostbite Sunder becomes particularly effective when enough Ice Debuff stacks have been applied.

Its Tunnel ability and ice-wall options also give it more utility outside of simply filling the Break meter. Geoclaw works naturally with Ice attackers such as Glynsera, although its lower magic defense means players should be careful against magic-heavy opponents.

Melloblum – Grass SUPPORT

Melloblum is built around Grass critical-hit teams. Rose Garden improves the value of Grass critical damage, while Thorny Blessing provides additional damage after those critical hits occur.

Its basic attacks can also help reduce energy costs, while Healing Rose offers recovery when its critical-hit conditions are met. Melloblum is therefore much more effective with a Grass DPS that can consistently trigger critical hits than as a generic support.

Fulmintis – Lightning DPS

Fulmintis is one of the strongest Lightning damage options at launch. Its high Attack combines with critical-based energy recovery, allowing successful skill crits to help maintain its rotation.

Its close-range attacks can deliver strong pressure, while ranged blade abilities give it another option when approaching an enemy is risky. Dazmand and Luminelle can further strengthen a Lightning-focused lineup. Fulmintis has weaker defenses, so Break support is still important.

Rookey – Dark BREAK

Rookey is a durable Dark breaker with repeat attacks, short stun potential, and a defensive stance. Bouncy Sling can increase the damage taken by enemies affected by its Break-related effects.

It works especially well with Pawney, which can take advantage of enemies after they have been broken. Rookey’s magic defense is its main weakness, but its field utility and Detection ability add value outside direct combat.

Grizbo – Earth DPS

Grizbo is an Earth damage dealer that revolves around its Enraged state. Building Rage allows it to increase attack speed, skill damage, and energy recovery, creating a strong window for sustained attacks.

Rock Smash can immediately build Rage and help begin the powered-up rotation. Bailite can support Earth damage, while Bouldus becomes more interesting when paired with Waleetle. Grizbo still benefits from having a breaker and healer supporting its uptime.

Luminelle – Lightning SUPPORT

Luminelle is designed to strengthen Lightning teams. Its buffs can improve Lightning damage and Break efficiency, while its attacks provide secondary healing options.

Its ultimate creates a Lightning damage field, giving the team another way to increase elemental pressure. Luminelle is not an exceptional universal battery, however, so it should be selected for its Lightning-specific buffs rather than its regeneration stat alone.

Lunara / Fennelun – Light DPS

Fennelun is the combat transformation associated with the Lunara starter path. It provides ranged Light damage, energy recovery, Light resistance reduction, and additional Break damage through Lunar Eclipse.

Its passive also helps maintain damage when elemental advantage is unavailable. Players should not assume that Fennelun is a permanent separate evolution, as it is a temporary combat transformation activated through Selene’s Judgment.

Helion / Soleon – Light DPS

Soleon is the temporary combat transformation associated with Helion. Compared with Fennelun, it offers a more direct melee-oriented approach while still using Light damage and energy recovery.

Holy Storm can gather vulnerable targets and improve Break pressure, while Solar Halo is built through basic attacks before spending the enhanced skill. Like Fennelun, Soleon should be viewed as a combat transformation rather than a separate permanent evolution.

Scorchhowl – Fire DPS

Scorchhowl is a practical Fire attacker with strong damage and useful dodge-based mechanics. Fire Kick costs no EP and can reward successful dodges, giving skilled players another way to maintain pressure.

Burn Break can turn stored energy into a stronger charged attack. Sparkelf is a natural support partner for Fire teams, while Scorchhowl still benefits greatly from having a dedicated breaker create safe attack windows.

Stellarys – Dark DPS

Stellarys is a ranged Dark attacker with several tools designed to keep it alive while dealing damage. Shadow Magic can create a clone, copy damage, and provide a position swap when the situation becomes dangerous.

Tracking Stars improves its sustained damage, while Fragrancier can increase the value of a Dark-focused setup. Stellarys is still relatively fragile, so players need to manage positioning and energy carefully.

Cornet – Wind DPS

Cornet is a strong ranged Wind attacker with excellent exploration value. Eklue can reduce Wind resistance, while Tromber can provide additional Wind buffs and family-based energy support.

Air Superiority rewards airborne combat with additional critical rate. Its expensive attacks are more effective after establishing the right setup, and players should remember that flying does not make Cornet completely safe from incoming damage.

Irisal – Grass DPS

Irisal is another Grass damage option and should not be confused with the separate Legendary Irisalis. Its damage improves while standing on Grass terrain, making Leafy a particularly useful teammate.

Dance Power builds through repeated skill hits and eventually provides a free cast, helping offset the energy cost of its beam. Maintaining the terrain and uptime is important because leaving the setup can reduce much of its potential.

Turbo – Wind SUPPORT

Turbo provides a mixture of damage assistance, Break utility, self-protection, and recovery options. Nimbi Burst can support both damage and Break pressure when used correctly.

Shrouded in Mist requires some preparation through basic attacks before the stronger ability rotation begins. Turbo also has Cloudwalk, giving it excellent exploration value. Its shield mainly protects itself, while healing pickups are less reliable than direct team healing.

Shrubclaw – Earth/Grass BREAK

Shrubclaw is a frontline Break specialist with a Momentum-based ability loop. Skill hits build Momentum, while Tunnel helps accelerate the process and gives it useful movement and defensive options.

Its charged attack allows movement during preparation, making repositioning easier than with some other breakers. Magic-heavy battles can expose its weaknesses, but it remains a reliable option when sustained Break pressure is more important than immediate burst.

Thornblade – Grass DPS

Thornblade focuses on alternating skills and basic attacks to activate Sword Dance. This creates stronger basic attacks while giving the player a consistent damage loop.

Defensive abilities can provide additional critical-rate support, making Melloblum a natural teammate for a Grass crit-focused build. Thornblade requires closer positioning and proper stack management, but its kit rewards players who can maintain the rotation.

Dazmand – Lightning SUPPORT

Dazmand is a Lightning enabler that offers grouping, critical-rate support, and debuff application. Fulmintis and Blazen can take particularly good advantage of these effects.

Its entry mechanic can make the first skill free within a short period, giving players an efficient way to begin a rotation. Dazmand’s Break is not strong enough to replace a dedicated breaker, so its main job remains Lightning support.

Blazen – Lightning BREAK

Blazen is a Lightning breaker that gains additional value from critical hits. Overcharged can reduce skill costs and provide a small shield, while several attacks can help increase its critical rate.

Its 104 base Break allows it to contribute meaningful stagger pressure without becoming a pure support character. Dazmand and Luminelle fit naturally beside it. Players should remember that Overcharged also prevents ultimate-energy generation while active.

Pawney – Dark DPS

Pawney excels when enemies are controlled or broken. Its Pursuit mechanic increases damage against vulnerable targets, while its ultimate stance provides another opportunity to capitalize on Break windows.

Rookey is an obvious teammate because it can help create the conditions Pawney wants. Pawney becomes less impressive against enemies that cannot be controlled or broken, although Hookshot still gives it useful exploration utility.

Minespine – Earth BREAK

Minespine uses Tunnel as part of its combat strategy rather than treating it purely as an exploration ability. Earth Affinity increases Break damage while tunneling, and the underground state can protect it from ranged attacks.

Its physical defenses are strong, but its magic defense is much lower. Seismic Wave is also expensive, so Minespine works best when players deliberately use its tunneling mechanics rather than simply relying on its base Break stat.

Fragrancier – Dark SUPPORT

Fragrancier is a strong support for Dark-based teams. Its abilities can lower Dark resistance, increase Dark basic-attack damage, and provide a teamwide Dark damage boost.

Pawney, Stellarys, and Ignitis can all take advantage of these effects. Fragrancier also has secondary healing through Withering Bloom. Its low defenses prevent it from being a universal support, so it is best used when the team is actually built around Dark damage.

Squashel – Fire BREAK

Squashel provides strong Fire Break performance with 108 base Break and a solid HP pool. Its Pinecone-mark mechanic rewards players for setting up the target before using the appropriate follow-up attacks.

Heavy Tail Strike can provide control against vulnerable enemies, while Blazing Fist Barrage strengthens follow-up basic attacks. Squashel is a useful offensive breaker, although it does not provide the same team protection as Tubster.

Sparkelf – Fire SUPPORT

Sparkelf is a specialist Fire support that becomes more valuable when paired with other Fire Aniimo. Its buffs can increase the team’s offensive potential, while Inspiration provides a damage boost without consuming EP.

Treat Feed gives it a useful single-target recovery option, while its fire-based attacks allow it to remain active between support abilities. Its physical defense is low, so it should not be treated as a replacement for a dedicated healer.

B Tier – Decent Aniimo

B Tier Aniimo can still perform well and may be excellent choices in specific situations. Their lower placement usually comes from narrower conditions, weaker general utility, or greater dependence on particular team compositions.

Dreaple – Dark SUPPORT

Dreaple is a Dark specialist focused on Drowsiness and Nightmare effects. Its resistance reduction and Dark team buffs can make it surprisingly useful when placed into the correct lineup.

Nightmare Devourer can provide recovery while consuming nearby Nightmare effects. However, the setup takes more planning than some higher-ranked supports, making Dreaple better suited to players who want to build around its specific mechanics.

Hexxin – Dark/Grass REGEN

Hexxin, formerly known as Witchin, focuses on disruption, grouping, energy recovery, and enemy debuffs. Some of its attacks can reduce incoming healing or future shield effectiveness.

This makes Hexxin more valuable against enemies that rely heavily on sustain. It should not be confused with a traditional healer simply because it has REGEN. Its main strengths are disruption and energy management.

Pomawk – Grass BREAK

Pomawk is a straightforward Grass breaker with a strong 107 base Break value. Its charged attacks reward proper timing and can provide additional Break damage.

Rhythm Combo helps build Volume, while its kit also contains control options. Pomawk does not offer the defensive protection of some higher-ranked breakers, but it remains useful when the team can cover its healing and defensive needs.

Ignitis – Dark DPS

Ignitis is particularly effective against groups of weaker enemies. Defeating targets helps build Battlelust, while Dark Soul rewards attacking weakened enemies and can potentially lead to another cast after a kill.

This makes Ignitis excellent for clearing mobs, especially with Fragrancier supporting the Dark setup. Against a single healthy boss, however, it loses much of the advantage created by its kill-based mechanics.

Glynsera – Ice DPS

Glynsera is an Ice damage dealer built around maintaining Ice Debuff stacks. Once enough stacks are applied, its critical-rate bonuses become more useful, while Frost Tail Strike can consume those stacks for additional damage.

Geoclaw is a natural teammate because it can help create the Ice-related setup. Glynsera performs better when players understand when to maintain stacks and when to spend them.

Piopiota – Water SUPPORT

Piopiota uses puddles, healing, and Water-based team bonuses to support its group. Surf helps establish the terrain needed for parts of its kit.

Some of its strongest effects depend on having teammates of the opposite sex, so players should check their actual lineup before assuming every bonus is active. Its Swim Lv.3 Pathfinding ability also gives Piopiota excellent exploration value.

Panpanta – Water BREAK

Panpanta is a Water breaker that benefits from water terrain and specific Susuta-family interactions. Hydro Roll can maintain pressure, while Splash Shield provides additional protection during its rotation.

Its strongest setup becomes more demanding when terrain and family conditions are involved. Because of that, Panpanta is more attractive in a dedicated Water team than in a random mixed lineup.

Sherro – Water DPS

Sherro is a physical Water attacker that gains additional value from fighting around water terrain. Its slash-focused attacks work best when the player can create a safe opening for close-range damage.

Hydro Roll can create a puddle to help establish the required environment. Water teammates such as Erlath and Piopiota can improve its overall setup, although Sherro still needs Break support against mobile targets.

Waleetle – Earth DPS

Waleetle is a sustained Earth attacker that builds toward stronger attacks through its movement-based combat style. Sandstorm Spin rewards staying active and deals extra damage against broken targets.

Its interaction with Bouldus is particularly important. Waleetle can break Bouldus’ Rock Piles to trigger resistance-reducing shock waves, giving the pair a specific reason to work together.

Helgon – Wind BREAK

Helgon is a defensive Wind breaker designed around countering incoming attacks. Its Wind Counter and related abilities can improve Break efficiency when the player successfully reacts to enemy attacks.

Wind Tackle also provides damage reduction. The downside is that enemies that rarely attack Helgon reduce much of its special value, while its weaker magic defense can become a problem in the wrong matchup.

Infergon – Fire DPS

Infergon is a Fire damage dealer with 125 Attack and a kit focused on maintaining pressure. Sparkelf can help strengthen its Fire-oriented setup.

Its offensive numbers are good, but its defenses are less forgiving than those of some higher-ranked attackers. Infergon works best when another Aniimo creates the opening and allows it to focus on attacking rather than constantly avoiding enemy abilities.

Magmarex – Fire/Earth BREAK

Magmarex uses Fire Debuff stacks as the foundation of its Break rotation. Lava Punch can consume those stacks for additional effects, while its ultimate gains more value against already-affected enemies.

Lava Breath provides a way to establish pressure without immediately spending EP. The downside is that its setup takes more work than simpler breakers, especially against bosses resistant to its control effects.

Besauce – Lightning REGEN

Besauce is a Lightning-focused regeneration specialist. Its cheap recovery options and ultimate resistance reduction can help a Lightning carry maintain its damage rotation.

Power Surge becomes particularly useful when casting at low energy. Its 118 REGEN is impressive, but that number should not be interpreted as automatic teamwide regeneration. Besauce still needs another source of healing and Break support.

Erlath – Water REGEN

Erlath is an energy-focused Water support that works particularly well with Water skill users. Its bubble field rewards Water abilities, while its ultimate creates additional bubbles and improves Water damage.

Puddles increase the value of its energy mechanics, making Sherro and other Water Aniimo good partners. Its exploration value is also excellent, although it does not provide enough emergency healing to replace a dedicated healer.

Flamerion – Fire REGEN

Flamerion focuses on Fire Debuff stacking and energy recovery. Phantom Barrage helps restore energy, while Fire Orb and Trick Fire Ring help establish the debuffs required by its rotation.

Its ring ability rewards proper spacing, and its ultimate can apply a larger batch of Fire Debuff stacks. The main weakness is its low HP, which means mistakes can become costly.

Fenmane – Lightning DPS

Fenmane is a sustained Lightning attacker that becomes stronger as its Thunder Field and Thunder Imprint effects build. Its damage is better evaluated through its full rotation rather than the initial numbers on individual abilities.

Dazmand can help create the debuff setup needed by a Lightning-focused team. Fenmane also has excellent exploration utility thanks to Fly Lv.3 and Scurry, although its ramp-up makes it less consistent in short fights.

Bailite – Earth SUPPORT

Bailite helps Earth attackers by reducing Earth resistance and using a sentry that follows up when teammates use skills. Grizbo and Waleetle can both make good use of its elemental support.

Its physical defense is respectable, but Turret Mode consumes energy and restricts movement. Since Bailite also has only moderate Break, teams should pair it with a separate breaker.

C Tier – Highly Situational

C Tier does not mean unusable. These Aniimo simply have narrower applications and generally need specific teammates, mechanics, or situations to reach their full potential.

Bouldus – Earth SUPPORT

Bouldus is primarily a specialist for Earth teams, with its biggest strength coming from its interaction with Waleetle. Its Rock Piles can be broken by Waleetle’s Stone Ball Drift to create resistance-reducing shock waves.

The ultimate can create additional Rock Piles, allowing the partnership to continue throughout a fight. Outside this specific setup, its expensive rolling mode and extremely low magic defense make it harder to justify compared with more flexible Earth supports.

Best Aniimo for Beginners

New players should generally avoid building a team around only one strong damage dealer. Aniimo’s combat system rewards having different roles available, especially when enemies require Break, healing, or elemental support.

Gracewing is a comfortable early investment for players who want dependable healing and protection. Its ability to cleanse, shield, and recover the team gives beginners more room to learn boss patterns without immediately losing a fight.

Inferlupa and Tubster are also useful choices when Break becomes an important part of combat. Inferlupa is more focused on aggressive Break setups, while Tubster adds more defensive protection around its Break rotation.

For damage, Irisalis is an attractive Grass option for a developed roster, while Scorchhowl, Fulmintis, Pawney, Grizbo, and the two starter paths can all provide useful damage depending on the element and team being built.

Most importantly, do not replace a creature simply because another Aniimo has a higher tier. A well-built team with complementary abilities can perform better than a collection of individually strong creatures that do not support one another.

Best Aniimo by Role

Best DPS Aniimo

Irisalis is the provisional Grass carry recommendation for players looking for a powerful late-roster damage dealer. Fulmintis offers strong Lightning damage, while Scorchhowl is a practical Fire choice.

Pawney is especially useful when the team can consistently create Break windows. Grizbo offers strong Earth damage with its Rage mechanics, while Stellarys and Cornet provide ranged options for Dark and Wind teams.

Best Healing Aniimo

Gracewing is the most flexible general healing recommendation because its kit combines recovery, cleansing, shields, and emergency healing.

Glacy is another strong choice, particularly when a team benefits from Water terrain and fixed recovery zones. Leafy provides healing and energy support for Grass teams but is more specialized than a traditional healer.

Best Break Aniimo

Inferlupa and Tubster stand out among the launch breakers. Inferlupa focuses on increasing Break efficiency and opening targets for the rest of the team, while Tubster adds shielding and damage reduction.

Geoclaw, Rookey, Blazen, Shrubclaw, Minespine, and Squashel are also strong choices depending on the element and situation. The best breaker for a particular team can depend heavily on what elemental bonuses the rest of the lineup uses.

Best Support Aniimo

Eklue is a strong Wind support because it can reduce Wind resistance and improve a Wind team’s overall output. Fragrancier fills a similar role for Dark-focused teams.

Dazmand and Luminelle are useful Lightning supports, while Melloblum can become especially valuable in Grass critical-hit teams. Sparkelf is another strong specialist when the entire team is built around Fire.

Best Exploration Aniimo

Cornet, Turbo, Rookey, Minespine, Fulmintis, Fenmane, Piopiota, and Erlath all provide useful exploration abilities.

The exact choice depends on which Pathfinding levels and Mobility skills your team needs. A creature that ranks lower for combat can still be worth keeping because its field abilities save time while exploring the world.

Recommended Team Building

A balanced team should normally cover several jobs instead of stacking as much DPS as possible. A simple structure is one main damage dealer, one Break specialist, one healer or regeneration support, and one flexible support or secondary damage dealer.

Elemental synergy should also be considered. For example, a Lightning team can benefit from pairing Fulmintis with Dazmand or Luminelle, while Dark teams can combine Pawney or Stellarys with Fragrancier.

Grass teams have several useful combinations, including Irisalis with Leafy or Melloblum. Wind teams can use Cornet alongside Eklue or Tromber. These combinations allow support abilities to amplify the main attacker’s strengths instead of wasting support slots on effects that the team cannot use.

The same principle applies to Break. A powerful DPS Aniimo does not need to handle every job. It is often better to let Inferlupa, Tubster, Geoclaw, Rookey, or another specialist create the opening while the main attacker focuses entirely on dealing damage.

The Aniimo launch meta is still developing, so these rankings should be treated as an early guide rather than a permanent list. More testing will be needed before PvP, Egg Heist, detailed damage rotations, and less common team combinations can be judged with confidence.

For general PvE progression, focus on building a team with complementary roles rather than collecting the highest letters possible. A strong DPS needs reliable Break support, while supports need teammates capable of taking advantage of their elemental buffs.

Gracewing, Inferlupa, Tubster, and Irisalis are some of the standout choices for their respective jobs, but the A Tier roster contains plenty of creatures that can perform extremely well with the right setup. As you explore Aniimo, pay attention to team synergy, elemental requirements, terrain effects, and each creature’s unique combat loop rather than relying on tier placement alone.
