Your Clan in Slayers 2 is much more than a name that appears beside your character. A good Clan can give you better stats, unique combat skills, passive bonuses, and special effects that can completely change how your build performs. Because Clans are obtained through rerolls rather than simply selected from a menu, knowing which ones are worth keeping can save you a lot of time and spins.
This Slayers 2 Clans tier list ranks the currently listed Clans according to their overall usefulness. Combat stats, passive effects, unique abilities, progression benefits, survivability, and synergy with Breathing Styles, Blood Demon Arts, weapons, and different playstyles are all considered when placing each Clan.
Slayers 2 Clan Tier List
The strongest group currently includes Kamado, Rengoku, Himejima, Uzui, Soyama, Iguro, and Shabana. These Clans provide either powerful universal bonuses or extremely valuable specialist effects that can define an entire build.
- S Tier: Kamado, Rengoku, Himejima, Uzui, Soyama, Iguro, Shabana
- A Tier: Shinazugawa, Agatsuma, Douma, Tamayo, Urokodaki, Tomioka, Kocho, Sabito
- B Tier: Ubuyashiki, Makomo, Yahaba, Susumaru, Kaneki, Yamagiri, Kurotsume, Aoshima, Aori
- C Tier: Yukimori, Kanzaki, Mori, Kurosaki, Hozumi, Aokawa, Saito, Tsukino, Ando, Suzuki, Kuroaki, Fujiwara, Sakurai, Hagiwara, Kazetani, Fukukoshi, Toka
Clan rarity is useful when deciding how difficult a Clan may be to obtain, but rarity alone does not determine its place on this list. A Rare Clan with excellent synergy can be more useful to a specific build than a higher-rarity Clan with bonuses that do not match your character.
S Tier Clans
S Tier contains Clans with exceptional overall value or specialist abilities that can have a major impact on combat. These are the Clans you should generally think carefully about before rerolling, especially if their bonuses match your current build.
Kamado
Kamado is one of the most complete Clans available in Slayers 2. It combines excellent base stats with damage bonuses, defensive effects, crowd control, sustain, mobility, and special Demon-related benefits. Its versatility means that it can fit into a wide range of builds rather than being locked to one particular combat style.
- Rarity: Supreme
- Type: Ascendant
- Roll rate: 0.1%
- Key stats: +175 Health, +130 Stamina, +23% Additional Damage Factor, +2 Damage Reduction, +6% Damage Reduction Factor
- Best for: Hybrid, Demon, PvP, and high-survivability builds
Indomitable Will gives Kamado a strong PvP tool, while Headbutt provides another way to disrupt an opponent’s defense and create an opening. Combat Intuition can also turn damage taken into additional offensive pressure, giving the Clan value even when an exchange does not go perfectly.
Kamado becomes even more interesting for Demon characters because of its Sun Immunity and additional Demon regeneration. With such a broad collection of bonuses, there are very few builds that completely fail to benefit from having Kamado.
Rengoku
Rengoku is heavily focused on offensive performance while still offering several defensive benefits. Its combination of high Health, Stamina, Additional Damage Factor, Flame-related effects, and weapon progression makes it particularly attractive for aggressive players.
- Rarity: Supreme
- Type: Ascendant
- Roll rate: 0.1%
- Key stats: +185 Health, +125 Stamina, +26% Additional Damage Factor, +2 Damage Reduction, +6% Damage Reduction Factor
- Best for: Flame Breathing, Katana, aggressive weapon builds
Rengoku has the highest Additional Damage Factor among the Clan stats listed here. Flame mode can punish enemies for attacking while also improving damage, movement, stamina recovery, and Burn output.
Master Swordsman also helps Katana users progress more efficiently, while Ignition Hit adds further pressure to M1 attacks and Flame abilities. Rengoku additionally reduces Flame damage taken and provides protection against Indomitable Will, giving it more defensive value than a simple glass-cannon Clan.
Himejima
Himejima is a powerful choice for players who enjoy durable melee builds. It combines offensive pressure with defensive bonuses, making it difficult for opponents to simply overwhelm the player through basic attacks.
- Rarity: Mythic
- Type: Sentinel
- Roll rate: 0.9%
- Key stats: +130 Health, +90 Stamina, +17% Additional Damage Factor, +2 Damage Reduction, +5% Damage Reduction Factor, +10% Block Regen, +5 Block Points
- Best for: Tanky melee, M1-heavy builds, PvP, bosses
Enhanced Hearing is one of Himejima’s most important abilities. It can mark an opponent for 14 seconds and cause them to take 25% more damage, making it useful regardless of your weapon or combat style.
Stone Skin adds another layer of defense by reflecting M1 damage while providing Damage Reduction, movement, stamina regeneration, and health regeneration. Repetitive Action then rewards players who combine skills with M1 attacks by building additional M1 damage.
Extra Block Points and Block Regen complete the defensive package. Himejima therefore works well for players who want to stay close to enemies while having enough defensive tools to survive prolonged exchanges.
Uzui
Uzui is a versatile Supreme Clan that works particularly well for technical PvP players and stamina-focused builds. It has strong offensive stats, defensive utility, and several unusual abilities that reward players who understand their opponents.
- Rarity: Supreme
- Type: Ascendant
- Roll rate: 0.1%
- Key stats: +165 Health, +135 Stamina, +21% Additional Damage Factor, +2 Damage Reduction, +6% Damage Reduction Factor
- Best for: Technical PvP, stamina-heavy builds, fists, general progression
Enhanced Hearing provides a 20% personal damage increase for 10 seconds, immediately giving Uzui a strong offensive window. Musical Score is a more technical defensive ability that allows you to learn an opponent’s important skill and perfectly block it when it is used again.
Vital Draw adds another layer of unpredictability because its result can provide healing, M1 evasion and fist damage, or a major stamina restoration. The random result prevents the ability from being completely reliable, but each possible outcome remains useful.
Uzui also provides Indomitable Will immunity, Poison Conversion, Pain Resistance, and a 25% Quest EXP bonus. This broad selection of utility makes the Clan useful across several different activities.
Soyama
Soyama is a Supreme Clan that combines strong stats with a counter-focused combat style. It is especially useful for PvP players who like reading opponents and turning successful defensive plays into offensive opportunities.
- Rarity: Supreme
- Type: Ascendant
- Roll rate: 0.1%
- Key stats: +170 Health, +128 Stamina, +22% Additional Damage Factor, +2 Damage Reduction, +6% Damage Reduction Factor
- Best for: PvP, counters, burst builds
Combat Intuition is central to Soyama’s identity. It can make you more difficult to eliminate while also storing damage dealt for a later bonus to Weapon, Breathing, or Demon Art damage.
Bell Splitter provides another punish tool. Successfully landing the counter can stun and slow the opponent while weakening their effectiveness with fists. However, missing the counter has a recovery penalty, so Soyama rewards players who understand when an enemy is likely to attack.
Iguro
Iguro stands out because of its exceptional movement-focused bonuses. It is especially effective for Serpent builds, Poison setups, Katana users, and players who want to maintain constant mobility during PvP.
- Rarity: Mythic
- Type: Duelist
- Roll rate: 0.9%
- Key stats: +110 Health, +85 Stamina, +20% Additional Damage Factor, +25% Movement Speed Factor, +1 Damage Reduction
- Best for: Serpent, Poison, Katana, high-mobility PvP
The +25% Movement Speed Factor is the biggest reason Iguro stands out. That speed advantage exists before Flash Step is even considered, allowing Iguro users to move around fights much more quickly.
Kaburamaru adds homing pressure, Poison, percentage-Max-Health damage, and a close-range bind. Serpent’s Wrath further strengthens a Serpent-focused build, while Master Swordsman makes Katana progression another natural fit.
Its defensive stats are not as strong as those of the Supreme Clans, but Iguro can compensate by making it much easier to control distance and reposition during fights.
Shabana
Shabana is a Legendary Clan that becomes particularly valuable when playing with teammates or using a Demon-focused build. Its personal stats are lower than those of Supreme Clans, but its team utility can make a huge difference in group content.
- Rarity: Legendary
- Type: Titan
- Roll rate: 4%
- Key stats: +72 Health, +25 Stamina, +13% Additional Damage Factor, +5% Movement Speed Factor
- Best for: Demon builds, M1 pressure, bosses, coordinated parties
Core Detachment creates an area that provides everyone inside it with +25% Additional Damage Factor, +15% Max Health Factor, and +6% Damage Reduction Factor. This gives Shabana substantial value when multiple players can stay within the effect.
Poison Generation adds stacking percentage-Max-Health Blood Poison to M1 attacks, which can become increasingly useful during long fights. Siblings Bond provides additional Damage Reduction and regeneration while also increasing the damage of nearby allies.
Shabana is less impressive when played entirely alone, but coordinated parties and boss groups can get tremendous value from its support-focused abilities.
A Tier Clans
A Tier Clans are excellent choices that can become extremely powerful when paired with the right build. Many of them have stronger specialist effects than some S Tier options in a specific situation, but their overall usefulness is usually more limited.
Shinazugawa
Shinazugawa is an excellent option for Wind Breathing and aggressive melee builds. Its combination of Wind bonuses, weapon progression, movement, regeneration, and low-health damage makes it particularly effective for players who enjoy staying on the offensive.
- Rarity: Mythic
- Type: Tank
- Roll rate: 0.9%
- Key stats: +135 Health, +90 Stamina, +18% Additional Damage Factor, +5% Movement Speed, +5% Health Regen, +2 Damage Reduction
- Best for: Wind Breathing, Katana, aggressive bruisers
Windstorm Vigor improves Wind damage, general damage, stamina efficiency, and movement. Weapon Versatility also provides +25% Katana and Weapon mastery, making Shinazugawa useful for both combat and progression.
Unyielding Spirit becomes especially useful when your Health drops below 30%. It makes the final portion of your Health harder to remove while increasing your damage.
Agatsuma
Agatsuma is one of the strongest choices for Thunder Breathing and fast-moving Katana builds. It improves damage, movement, cooldowns, and stamina regeneration while becoming even more effective when paired with Thunder abilities.
- Rarity: Mythic
- Type: Phantom
- Roll rate: 0.9%
- Key stats: +105 Health, +90 Stamina, +19% Additional Damage Factor, +5% Movement Speed, +4% Stamina Regen
- Best for: Thunder Breathing, Katana, aggressive mobility
Enhanced Hearing provides a 20% damage mark, while Sleepless Knight adds +20% Thunder Damage, significant Dash Speed, and 12% Cooldown Reduction after charging.
Agatsuma also gains additional benefits when its Health drops below 60%, increasing damage and stamina regeneration. Its heavy Thunder synergy keeps it from being quite as universal as the top-ranked Clans, but a properly built Thunder character can get excellent value from it.
Douma
Douma is a defensive Mythic Clan that can make PvP engagements much harder for opponents to finish. Its strongest features revolve around avoiding attacks, returning to a prepared position, and resisting troublesome damage types.
- Rarity: Mythic
- Type: Tank
- Roll rate: 0.9%
- Key stats: +120 Health, +95 Stamina, +18% Additional Damage Factor, +5% Stamina Regen, +1 Damage Reduction, +5% Damage Reduction Factor
- Best for: Demon builds, Evil Arts, PvP, defensive weapons
Extrasensory Perception can dodge the next three incoming attacks, which can completely change the outcome of a dangerous exchange. Speed & Reflex allows the player to return to a clone from any distance during its window and can also be activated while stunned.
Douma also provides Poison and Flame resistance alongside +25% Evil Art and Weapon mastery. This makes it more flexible than a Clan that only improves one particular combat style.
Tamayo
Tamayo is designed around support, control, and team-based PvE. Its base stats are not especially impressive for a Mythic Clan, but its abilities can become extremely valuable when multiple players are working together.
- Rarity: Mythic
- Type: Titan
- Roll rate: 0.9%
- Key stats: +75 Health, +25 Stamina, +12% Additional Damage Factor, +4% Health Regen
- Best for: Support, parties, PvE, boss fights
Pharmaceutical Skills can restore 20% Max Health and reset a full cooldown, potentially turning a dangerous situation around. Demon Coagulant can hold targets while reducing their Additional Damage Factor by 20%.
Blood Bewitchment also punishes enemies that attack into its aura by applying movement, stamina, and Block Regen debuffs.
Tamayo is less appealing for completely solo players because of its weaker base stats. In coordinated PvE, however, its support abilities can provide significant value.
Urokodaki
Urokodaki is a good example of why rarity should not be the only thing considered when deciding whether to reroll. Despite being Rare, it has some of the most useful bonuses available to Water Breathing players.
- Rarity: Rare
- Type: Technician
- Roll rate: 12%
- Key stats: +46 Health, +9% Additional Damage Factor, +4% Movement Speed
- Best for: Water Breathing, mask users, progression, parties
Urokodaki provides +15% Water damage and -10% Water stamina costs, making it an excellent specialist choice. It also grants +25% Water Breathing mastery and additional EXP benefits.
Mask of the Master is another major advantage. Wearing any mask provides +15% Damage Reduction Factor, giving Urokodaki surprising defensive value for a Rare Clan.
If Water is your main build, Urokodaki can be more useful than a higher-rarity Clan that has no meaningful Water synergy.
Tomioka
Tomioka is another strong Water Breathing option. Its main strengths appear during longer encounters, where its cooldown, damage, stamina, and defensive mechanics have more time to contribute.
- Rarity: Legendary
- Type: Technician
- Roll rate: 4%
- Key stats: +78 Health, +24 Stamina, +15% Additional Damage Factor
- Best for: Water Breathing, longer fights, progression
Flowing Motion can reset two random skill cooldowns, potentially allowing you to access abilities sooner than expected. Water’s Clarity gradually builds toward +9% Water Damage and -9% Water stamina costs during extended fights.
Flowing Counter also rewards successful blocks by adding 15% damage to your next Water skill. The random nature of the cooldown reset and strong dependence on Water prevent Tomioka from reaching the highest tier, but it remains an excellent Water Clan.
Kocho
Kocho is an excellent specialist Clan for Insect Breathing, Poison builds, and mobile sword users. Its strength comes from combining status effects with aerial and movement-based combat.
- Rarity: Legendary
- Type: Phantom
- Roll rate: 4%
- Key stats: +75 Health, +26 Stamina, +12% Additional Damage Factor, +5% Movement Speed
- Best for: Insect Breathing, Poison, mobile sword builds
Poison Draw can produce different effects, including heavy movement or attack slows, stamina disruption, or Viral Decay’s percentage-Max-Health damage.
Insect Breathing is the obvious partner because its skills can automatically apply Poison, while Kocho adds another +15% Poison Damage Factor. Aerial Sword attacks also receive a 25% damage increase.
The random nature of Poison Draw and lower raw stats compared with the strongest Clans make Kocho less consistent, but an experienced Insect player can take advantage of its specialized toolkit.
Sabito
Sabito is a Rare Clan that specializes in Water Breathing and Katana builds. Its rarity makes its combat bonuses particularly attractive for players who are still progressing through the game.
- Rarity: Rare
- Type: Duelist
- Roll rate: 12%
- Key stats: +50 Health, +10% Additional Damage Factor
- Best for: Water Breathing and Katana
Ghost Attendance provides +100% Dash Speed Factor and +15% Sword Damage Factor. Expert Swordsman then adds +20% Katana mastery, creating a natural progression path for Katana users.
Family Bond can also provide another +15% Water Damage Factor when the required party condition is active. Sabito does not have the huge collection of abilities found on the highest-rarity Clans, but its Water and Katana specialization makes it a strong focused choice.
B Tier Clans
B Tier Clans can still be useful, particularly during progression or when their specific bonuses match your build. They generally lack the broad combat packages of the higher tiers, but some can remain valuable for specific activities.
Ubuyashiki
Ubuyashiki is more focused on progression, farming, and utility than raw combat performance. Its EXP and Drop Luck bonuses can be useful when you are spending a lot of time completing quests and collecting resources.
- Rarity: Legendary
- Type: Titan
- Roll rate: 4%
- Key stats: +85 Health, -10 Stamina, -6% Additional Damage Factor
- Best for: Farming, progression, utility, PvE
Soothing Voice can disable an opponent’s block for five seconds, while the Demon Slayer summon provides another combat tool for PvP and PvE.
Self-Destruct gives Ubuyashiki another offensive option, while its 50% resistance to Poison, Flame, and Frost provides useful defense.
The biggest downside is its negative Stamina and Additional Damage Factor stats. This makes it more attractive as a progression or farming Clan than as a dedicated endgame combat choice.
Makomo
Makomo is a defensive Rare Clan that works well for Water and Katana players. It provides useful block-related bonuses while also offering substantial movement and sword benefits.
- Rarity: Rare
- Type: Sentinel
- Roll rate: 12%
- Key stats: +48 Health, +10% Block Regen, +4 Block Points
- Best for: Defensive Water and Katana builds
Ghost Attendance provides +100% Dash Speed and +15% Sword Damage, giving Makomo much more combat value than its rarity might suggest.
Its additional Block Regen and Block Points make it the more defensive counterpart to Sabito. Family Bond can provide +15% Water Damage when its party requirement is met, although this makes the bonus less consistent than Urokodaki’s built-in Water benefits.
Yahaba
Yahaba is a useful choice for Arrow Evil Art and Demon party builds. Its main utility comes from disruption and stamina support.
- Rarity: Rare
- Type: Technician
- Roll rate: 12%
- Key stats: +43 Health, +10% Additional Damage Factor
- Best for: Arrow Evil Art and Demon party builds
Disruption Pulse can knock enemies backward while reducing their movement and damage. This makes it useful in PvP situations where controlling an opponent’s position matters.
Arrow Evil Art abilities can also support stamina regeneration, helping the intended build maintain its resources. A Yahaba and Susumaru party combination can provide another +10% Evil Art Damage and +10% Additional Damage Factor.
Susumaru
Susumaru is primarily valuable for Tamari and Evil Art builds. Its strongest feature is its ability to turn successful Tamari attacks into additional stamina and damage resources.
- Rarity: Rare
- Type: Technician
- Roll rate: 12%
- Key stats: +40 Health, +9% Additional Damage Factor, 50% Additional Damage as displayed
- Best for: Tamari and Evil Art builds
Landing a Tamari skill restores 5% Max Stamina and temporarily adds another 2% Additional Damage Factor. This makes accurate attacks more valuable because they help maintain the resource loop.
The Susumaru/Yahaba party effect can also provide additional Evil Art and general damage bonuses. The separate 50% Additional Damage value should be treated carefully until its exact scaling compared with Additional Damage Factor is fully understood.
Kaneki
Kaneki is a straightforward Uncommon Clan that works well for general early-game progression. It combines Health, movement, and universal damage rather than locking the player into a specific Breathing Style.
- Rarity: Uncommon
- Type: Titan
- Roll rate: 23%
- Key stats: +27 Health, +5% Movement Speed, +5% Additional Damage Factor
- Best for: General early-game builds
The combination of movement and Additional Damage Factor makes Kaneki useful regardless of your eventual build. Family Bond can also provide 5% Health Regen when the required matching party is available.
It does not have the specialized abilities of higher-rarity Clans, but it is a perfectly usable early-game roll.
Yamagiri
Yamagiri focuses more heavily on stamina than the other Uncommon offensive options. It is useful for players whose builds constantly spend stamina on abilities and movement.
- Rarity: Uncommon
- Type: Titan
- Roll rate: 23%
- Key stats: +28 Health, +22 Stamina, +5% Stamina Regen
- Best for: Stamina-heavy builds and leveling
The combination of additional Max Stamina and Stamina Regen can make longer fights more comfortable. Family Bond also adds 5% Health Regen when the matching group condition is active.
It lacks the direct damage and movement bonuses of some other Uncommon Clans, but its resource management makes it a reasonable leveling option.
Kurotsume
Kurotsume provides a simple combination of movement and offensive power. It is a useful general-purpose Clan while you are still searching for a more specialized endgame option.
- Rarity: Uncommon
- Type: Titan
- Roll rate: 23%
- Key stats: +23 Health, +5% Movement Speed, +5% Additional Damage Factor
- Best for: General mobility and offense
The 5% Movement Speed and 5% Additional Damage Factor bonuses work with almost any build. Its slightly lower Health compared with Kaneki is the main reason it sits behind that Clan here.
Aoshima
Aoshima is another general-purpose Uncommon option. It provides Health, movement, and universal Additional Damage Factor without requiring a specific weapon or combat style.
- Rarity: Uncommon
- Type: Titan
- Roll rate: 23%
- Key stats: +24 Health, +4% Movement Speed, +5% Additional Damage Factor
- Best for: General early-game offense
Aoshima is useful before you have settled on a permanent build. Its movement bonus is slightly lower than Kurotsume and Kaneki, but its overall stat spread remains useful during progression.
Aori
Aori focuses on Health and universal offensive value. Its bonuses are simple, making it another reasonable temporary Clan for early-game characters.
- Rarity: Uncommon
- Type: Titan
- Roll rate: 23%
- Key stats: +26 Health, +3% Movement Speed, +5% Additional Damage Factor
- Best for: General early-game builds
The 5% Additional Damage Factor works with practically any combat setup. Its lower movement bonus places it below several other Uncommon options, but the difference is not large enough to make Aori unusable.
Family Bond can also provide Health Regen when the matching party condition is fulfilled.
C Tier Clans
C Tier consists mostly of Common Clans with simple stat bonuses and little or no additional build-defining utility. These are perfectly fine while starting the game, but most players will eventually want to reroll them when better options become available.
Yukimori
Yukimori provides a displayed 30% Additional Damage bonus, making it one of the more interesting Common offensive rolls.
- Rarity: Common
- Type: Technician
- Roll rate: 60%
- Bonus: 30% Additional Damage as displayed
- Best for: General offense
The displayed Additional Damage stat should not automatically be interpreted as a 30% increase to final damage because it is presented separately from Additional Damage Factor.
Without additional skills or passives, Yukimori still has a much lower overall ceiling than the Clans that provide complete combat packages.
Kanzaki
Kanzaki provides 20% Additional Damage as displayed, giving it a straightforward offensive benefit during early progression.
- Rarity: Common
- Type: Technician
- Roll rate: 60%
- Bonus: 20% Additional Damage as displayed
- Best for: Basic offensive leveling
The bonus can be useful while starting out, but the Clan does not have additional skills or passives to raise its long-term value. Players should consider it a temporary roll.
Mori
Mori is a simple defensive Common Clan that grants +1 Damage Reduction.
- Rarity: Common
- Type: Tank
- Roll rate: 60%
- Bonus: +1 Damage Reduction
- Best for: Basic defensive builds
The bonus is universally useful, but the Clan lacks additional abilities or scaling effects. It can help during the earliest stages of progression but becomes much less attractive once defensive Rare or Mythic options start appearing.
Kurosaki
Kurosaki focuses on blocking by providing +10% Block Regen.
- Rarity: Common
- Type: Sentinel
- Roll rate: 60%
- Bonus: +10% Block Regen
- Best for: Block-focused players
The bonus has a clear purpose and can be useful for players who rely heavily on blocking. However, the Clan does not provide the additional effects found on stronger defensive Clans such as Himejima or Makomo.
Hozumi
Hozumi adds three Block Points, giving defensive players a little more room before their guard breaks.
- Rarity: Common
- Type: Sentinel
- Roll rate: 60%
- Bonus: +3 Block Points
- Best for: Defensive early-game builds
The bonus is useful when learning the combat system, but its effect is limited almost entirely to blocking. It therefore works better as an early-game defensive roll than a long-term Clan.
Aokawa
Aokawa gives a universal 3% Additional Damage Factor, making it useful for almost every early-game build.
- Rarity: Common
- Type: Technician
- Roll rate: 60%
- Bonus: +3% Additional Damage Factor
- Best for: General early offense
The biggest advantage is that Aokawa does not care which Breathing Style, weapon, or Demon Art you eventually choose. However, 3% is relatively small compared with the bonuses available from higher-rarity Clans.
Saito
Saito offers a 2% Additional Damage Factor bonus.
- Rarity: Common
- Type: Technician
- Roll rate: 60%
- Bonus: +2% Additional Damage Factor
- Best for: Generic early offense
The bonus works with practically any build, but Aokawa provides a stronger version of the same general benefit. Saito is therefore best viewed as a temporary Clan while progressing.
Tsukino
Tsukino provides 12 Max Health, making it one of the more noticeable Common Health bonuses.
- Rarity: Common
- Type: Titan
- Roll rate: 60%
- Bonus: +12 Max Health
- Best for: General survivability
Additional Health is useful regardless of your build, especially during early quests and PvE encounters. However, the amount is small compared with the Health bonuses provided by Rare and higher Clans.
Ando
Ando grants 11 Max Health with no special requirements.
- Rarity: Common
- Type: Titan
- Roll rate: 60%
- Bonus: +11 Max Health
- Best for: General survivability
It is a simple and useful early-game stat, but Tsukino offers slightly more Health. There are also no additional abilities to give Ando more long-term value.
Suzuki
Suzuki provides 1% Damage Reduction Factor.
- Rarity: Common
- Type: Tank
- Roll rate: 60%
- Bonus: +1% Damage Reduction Factor
- Best for: Basic defensive builds
Damage Reduction Factor can benefit every character, but a single percent is not enough to define a build. Stronger Clans provide significantly larger defensive bonuses alongside additional abilities.
Kuroaki
Kuroaki gives 9 Max Health.
- Rarity: Common
- Type: Titan
- Roll rate: 60%
- Bonus: +9 Max Health
- Best for: Basic leveling
Extra Health is always useful during early progression, but Kuroaki is outperformed by Common options such as Tsukino and Ando that provide a larger Health bonus.
Fujiwara
Fujiwara increases Max Stamina by 9.
- Rarity: Common
- Type: Technician
- Roll rate: 60%
- Bonus: +9 Max Stamina
- Best for: Early stamina management
The additional Stamina gives you slightly more room for abilities and movement. Resource-heavy builds can benefit from it, but the improvement remains small compared with the Stamina bonuses offered by stronger Clans.
Sakurai
Sakurai provides 7 additional Max Stamina.
- Rarity: Common
- Type: Technician
- Roll rate: 60%
- Bonus: +7 Max Stamina
- Best for: Early stamina management
It performs the same general role as Fujiwara but provides less Stamina. It can make early progression a little more comfortable, although there is little reason to keep it once stronger options become available.
Hagiwara
Hagiwara increases Health Regen Speed by 2%.
- Rarity: Common
- Type: Titan
- Roll rate: 60%
- Bonus: +2% Health Regen Speed
- Best for: Early sustain
Health regeneration can be useful during repeated PvE encounters and questing. However, 2% is not enough to compete with Clans that combine regeneration with major Health, damage, or defensive bonuses.
Kazetani
Kazetani provides 2% Stamina Regen Speed.
- Rarity: Common
- Type: Technician
- Roll rate: 60%
- Bonus: +2% Stamina Regen Speed
- Best for: Early stamina sustain
The effect can help characters that frequently spend stamina, but the increase is small. Yamagiri provides a much more substantial stamina-focused package and is a stronger choice for players who prioritize resource management.
Fukukoshi
Fukukoshi provides a 2% Movement Speed Factor bonus.
- Rarity: Common
- Type: Phantom
- Roll rate: 60%
- Bonus: +2% Movement Speed Factor
- Best for: General movement
Movement Speed is useful across most parts of Slayers 2, but 2% is not enough to create a major mobility advantage. Clans such as Iguro and Sabito provide substantially stronger movement effects.
Toka
Toka also provides a 2% Movement Speed Factor bonus.
- Rarity: Common
- Type: Phantom
- Roll rate: 60%
- Bonus: +2% Movement Speed Factor
- Best for: General movement
Toka has essentially the same role as Fukukoshi. The movement bonus can make early progression slightly smoother, but it does not offer any additional combat ability or specialist synergy.
Best Slayers 2 Clans by Playstyle
The strongest Clan for you can change depending on what you want your character to do. A Clan designed around Water Breathing, for example, may be less useful if you plan to switch to a different combat style.
Some useful combinations include:
- Best all-round Clan: Kamado
- Best offensive Clan: Rengoku
- Best defensive melee Clan: Himejima
- Best technical PvP Clan: Uzui
- Best counter-focused Clan: Soyama
- Best mobility Clan: Iguro
- Best group support Clan: Shabana
- Best Wind Clan: Shinazugawa
- Best Thunder Clan: Agatsuma
- Best defensive Demon Clan: Douma
- Best support Clan: Tamayo
- Best Water Clan for progression: Urokodaki
- Best Water Clan for longer fights: Tomioka
- Best Insect Clan: Kocho
- Best Water/Katana specialist: Sabito
- Best farming and progression utility: Ubuyashiki
- Best Tamari synergy: Susumaru
- Best Arrow synergy: Yahaba
These are build-specific categories rather than replacements for the overall tier list. A Clan can be extremely effective for one particular setup while being much less useful for another.
What Makes a Clan S Tier?
An S Tier Clan needs to provide more than one impressive number. The strongest options either have powerful universal stats, unique abilities that can change combat, or specialist bonuses that make an important build significantly stronger.
The main factors to consider are:
- Base Health and Stamina
- Additional Damage Factor
- Damage Reduction
- Movement Speed
- Stamina or Health regeneration
- Unique active skills
- Passive effects
- PvP utility
- PvE performance
- Weapon synergy
- Breathing Style synergy
- Blood Demon Art synergy
- Progression benefits
- Party utility
- Defensive options
A Clan does not need to excel in every category to be valuable. Shabana is a good example because its biggest strength comes from helping nearby teammates. Urokodaki is another example, as its value becomes much higher when playing Water Breathing.
How to Reroll Your Clan in Slayers 2
Because Clans are obtained through rerolls, getting the Clan you want can take time. The first thing to consider is whether your current Clan actually fits your planned build before spending additional rolls.
If you receive a Clan with strong specialist synergy, you should compare its benefits with the build you are currently using. For example, a Water player may get more practical value from Urokodaki or Tomioka than from a higher-rarity Clan that provides no Water bonuses.
When you eventually decide to reroll, keep your target Clan and intended build in mind. Supreme Clans have extremely low listed roll rates, while Common Clans appear much more frequently. This means chasing a specific top-rarity Clan can require considerably more rolls than simply looking for a useful temporary Clan.
The current Slayers 2 Clan tier list puts Kamado, Rengoku, Himejima, Uzui, Soyama, Iguro, and Shabana in S Tier because they provide particularly strong combinations of stats, abilities, and build synergy. Shinazugawa, Agatsuma, Douma, Tamayo, Urokodaki, Tomioka, Kocho, and Sabito follow in A Tier with excellent specialist options.
The most important thing is to consider what you are building rather than chasing rarity alone. A Rare Clan such as Urokodaki can be a fantastic choice for a Water character, while Iguro becomes much more valuable for Serpent and mobility-focused builds. Meanwhile, Common Clans are mainly useful as temporary options while you continue progressing and searching for a stronger long-term setup.
As Slayers 2 continues to develop, Clan abilities, stats, and build synergies can change. That means a Clan that looks average today could become much more valuable after a balance change or the release of a new Breathing Style, Blood Demon Art, weapon, or progression system.
