Mogra Cookie is a new Support Cookie in Cookie Run: Kingdom with a kit that focuses on healing, shields, Damage Resist, Critical buffs, and enemy control. Unlike a simple healer, Mogra can gradually build Story Records during battle and use those stacks to make her next skill more powerful.
Her kit also has a special connection to Burning Spice Cookie, giving him a stronger Damage Resist effect than other allies. This makes Mogra especially interesting for teams that rely on Burning Spice or need additional defensive support.

Mogra Cookie Skill Explained
Mogra Cookie is positioned in the Rear and does not have an elemental type. Her skill, Storytelling, has a 13-second base cooldown and combines several different effects into one ability.
Her basic attacks also provide healing while generating Story Records. These records are important because Mogra consumes them when using her skill, increasing the strength of several buffs based on how many stacks she has collected.
At the start of battle, Mogra receives Storyteller’s Wisdom. She can gain Story Records from her regular attacks and automatically gains additional stacks over time. The maximum is 10 Story Records.
When Mogra uses her skill, she opens a scroll and heals the entire team over several seconds. The skill heals allies every 0.5 seconds for 5 seconds, with each healing instance reaching 67.6% of her Attack.
The skill also gives allies an HP Shield equal to 35% of their maximum HP for 15 seconds. On top of that, allies receive 20% Damage Resist for the same duration.
Burning Spice Cookie receives an improved version of this Damage Resist effect, reaching 30%. This makes Mogra particularly useful when building a team around Burning Spice.
After the healing and defensive effects are applied, Mogra consumes her accumulated Story Records. The consumed stacks determine the strength of the additional effects from Storytelling.
Mogra Story Records and Buffs
The Story Record mechanic is the main reason Mogra can provide more than ordinary healing. Every stack consumed improves her Storytelling effects, meaning you generally want her to build as many records as possible before activating the skill.
Storytelling also stuns enemies for 2.5 seconds, giving Mogra some crowd control alongside her defensive utility. The skill then spreads the story to allied Cookies, with the buffs becoming stronger according to the number of Story Records consumed.
Her Damage Resist bonus starts at 20% and increases by 1.5% for every Story Record consumed. With enough stacks, the defensive boost becomes significantly stronger.
Mogra can also increase the team’s All-Type Crit percentage. The effect starts at 20% and increases by 2.5% for every Story Record consumed, lasting for 15 seconds.
At maximum Story Record usage, Mogra additionally provides 17.5% All-Type Crit Damage for 15 seconds. This gives her team a useful offensive boost without sacrificing her main defensive role.
How to Get 10 Story Records Quickly
Getting Mogra to maximum Story Records is not particularly difficult if she has enough Cooldown. This is one of the most important parts of building the Cookie correctly.
Her Storyteller’s Wisdom passive gives her an additional three Story Records whenever she uses her skill if her Cooldown Speed has been increased by at least 30%.
This means reaching the 30% Cooldown threshold should be one of your main priorities when preparing Mogra.
Once she reaches that requirement, her Story Records can accumulate extremely quickly. The testing shown in the source also demonstrates that reaching 10 stacks can happen much faster than expected.
Because of this mechanic, Mogra does not necessarily need to sacrifice her entire build toward Attack. Getting enough Cooldown to activate this passive can make her much more effective during longer fights.
Best Mogra Cookie Toppings
A Cooldown-focused build is one of the most useful starting points for Mogra Cookie because her kit heavily benefits from reaching the 30% Cooldown requirement.
Swift Chocolate
Swift Chocolate is a strong option for Mogra because it directly helps reduce her skill cooldown. More frequent skill usage means more healing, shields, Damage Resist, stuns, and opportunities to activate her Storyteller’s Wisdom passive.
Try to reach the required Cooldown threshold first. Once you have enough Cooldown, the remaining substats can be adjusted depending on the content you are playing.
Searing Raspberry
Searing Raspberry can be considered when you want Mogra’s healing to become stronger. Since several of her healing effects scale from Attack, additional Attack can improve her overall sustain.
However, going full Attack is not necessarily the first priority. Mogra’s special passive makes Cooldown particularly valuable, so make sure you can maintain her 30% Cooldown requirement before focusing heavily on Attack.
Juicy Apple Jelly
Juicy Apple Jelly can also work if you want to take advantage of Mogra’s Crit-related utility. Her skill already provides All-Type Crit buffs, so a Crit-oriented setup can be considered for certain builds.
This is more situational than Cooldown, though. For general use, building enough Cooldown to activate Storyteller’s Wisdom remains the more important consideration.
Mogra Cookie Topping Stats
When choosing topping substats, prioritize stats that help Mogra activate her passive and survive long enough to keep supporting the team.
A general priority can look like this:
- Cooldown until reaching the 30% requirement
- Damage Resist
- Attack
- Crit
- HP
- Additional Cooldown beyond the requirement
Damage Resist and HP become particularly useful if Mogra is struggling to survive against strong enemies. A dead healer cannot provide her team with any of the buffs from Storytelling.
Best Mogra Cookie Teams
Mogra is flexible because she provides several different types of support at once. She can function as a primary healer in some situations, but her defensive buffs also make her useful as a secondary healer or support Cookie.
One of her most obvious team combinations is with Burning Spice Cookie. Mogra specifically gives Burning Spice a higher Damage Resist bonus than the rest of the team, making the two Cookies naturally compatible.
She can also fit into teams that need additional survivability. Her healing, HP Shields, Damage Resist, and stun can all contribute to keeping the team alive while creating more opportunities for damage dealers to attack safely.
For content where Critical effects are valuable, Mogra becomes even more interesting. Her All-Type Crit percentage and maximum-stack Crit Damage buffs can provide additional offensive support while she continues healing the team.
Mogra Cookie in Nether-Gloom Realm
Nether-Gloom Realm is one of the places where Mogra’s support-focused kit can become useful. Her ability to provide healing, shields, and Damage Resist gives teams another way to survive difficult encounters.
She can be especially useful as a secondary healer when your main team already has enough damage but struggles to stay alive.
The combination of defensive buffs and Critical-related bonuses also means Mogra is not simply sitting in the back and healing. She can contribute to both sides of the team by keeping Cookies alive while improving their offensive potential.
Mogra Cookie in Burning Spice Content
Mogra becomes even more relevant in content involving Burning Spice Cookie because of her unique interaction with him.
Certain Burning Spice encounters can apply a debuff that weakens the team’s attack. Mogra Cookie is specifically able to dispel this effect, giving her a special role in the encounter.
This makes her less of a general-purpose healer and more of a specialized support option for particular game modes and events.
If you are struggling with a Burning Spice-focused encounter, Mogra’s ability to remove the relevant debuff can be more important than simply looking at her raw healing numbers.
Is Mogra Cookie Worth Building?
Mogra is an interesting Support Cookie because her value comes from combining several effects rather than relying on one extremely powerful mechanic. She can heal, create HP Shields, increase Damage Resist, stun enemies, provide Critical buffs, and support Burning Spice Cookie.
Her 30% Cooldown requirement is also relatively manageable, especially with modern topping builds. Once that requirement is met, she can generate Story Records much more efficiently and make better use of her skill.
You also do not necessarily need to heavily promote Mogra immediately. Her utility comes primarily from her skill and support effects, so getting the Cookie and building her properly can be more important than rushing toward maximum promotion.
Mogra Cookie offers a different type of Support role in Cookie Run: Kingdom. Instead of focusing exclusively on healing, she combines sustained recovery with shields, Damage Resist, crowd control, and Critical-based buffs.
The biggest thing to remember is her Story Record mechanic. Building toward at least 30% Cooldown allows Storyteller’s Wisdom to provide additional records, making it much easier to reach the 10-stack maximum and unlock stronger versions of her buffs.
For general builds, prioritize Cooldown first, then adjust Attack, Damage Resist, Crit, and HP depending on the content. Her special interaction with Burning Spice Cookie also gives her a clear niche in specific teams and events, making Mogra a Support Cookie worth considering for players who want more defensive and utility options.
