The easiest way to get Mythic Refinement Ore is simply by fighting bosses. Bosses can drop Mythic items, and these drops can also be useful for getting more Ore later.
Boss farming is worth doing because you are not only looking for Mythic Refinement Ore. Bosses can also give you money and exclusive Mythic drops, so you can make progress in multiple areas at the same time.
Keep fighting bosses regularly and check your drops after each run. Since Mythic drops can come directly from bosses, you may get some Ore without needing to spend Dungeon Points or other resources.
Method 2: Open Chests and Go Fishing
Bosses are not the only source of Mythic Refinement Ore. You can also find the material through different types of chests.
Some of the chests that can provide Mythic-related rewards include:
- T1 Snow Chest

Every boss has its own exclusive drops, and some of these items are Mythic rarity. Instead of keeping duplicates that you do not need, you can turn them into Mythic Refinement Ore.
This means the basic farming loop is simple: fight bosses, collect Mythic items, keep the useful ones, and convert your extra copies into Ore.
Go to Misfall Harbor Shrine
After collecting enough Mythic items, head over to Misfall Harbor Shrine. From there, make your way to the NPC named Ginszo.
Before you can use this feature, you need to complete the related quest. Make sure you have finished it because the conversion option will not be available until you unlock it.
Once the quest is completed, Ginszo allows you to convert eligible red or Mythic items into Mythic Refinement Ore.
How to Convert Mythic Items Into Ore
Talk to Ginszo and open the conversion option. You will see your eligible Mythic items listed there.
Select the items you have extra copies of and use them for the conversion. The more duplicate Mythic items you collect from boss farming, the more Ore you can get.
However, do not convert every copy of an item you own. It is better to keep at least one copy of useful or rare items in your inventory.
For example, if you have 15 copies of an item, you can convert 14 and keep one. This gives you a backup in case you need that item later for another part of your progression.
Which Mythic Items Should You Convert?

However, be more careful with rare items that are harder to obtain. If a specific boss drop has another use or is difficult to farm, keeping a copy is safer. A simple rule is:
- Keep at least one copy of useful Mythic items.
- Convert common duplicates.
- Do not immediately convert rare boss drops.
- Save items you may need for future upgrades.
- Focus on items you already have many copies of.

What Mythic Refinement Ore Is Used For
