Weather Events are an important part of progression in Anime Breaker, especially when you are still starting out. Each weather effect gives you a temporary boost that can help with farming Energy, defeating enemies, collecting Drops, or getting better cards. Weather Events appear twice every hour at XX:00 and XX:30, and each one remains active for 15 minutes. Since every weather type provides a different bonus, knowing what each event does can help you decide what to farm while the effect is active.
All Weather Events in Anime Breaker
As of Update 2.5, Anime Breaker has eight different Weather Events. Some are focused on combat and farming, while others are much better when you want to open cards or use the game’s gacha systems.
Here are all of the current Weather Events and their effects.
Lightning Storm
Effect: Increases Energy Gain by 1.5x.
Duration: 15 minutes.
Lightning Storm is useful when you need to build up Energy quickly. During this event, focus on fighting as many mobs and bosses as possible so you can take advantage of the increased Energy Gain.
Meteor Shower
Effect: Increases Damage by 1.5x.
Duration: 15 minutes.
Meteor Shower is mainly a combat-focused weather event. The extra Damage makes it a good opportunity to farm regular enemies, bosses, and Secret Bosses. If you have a strong team ready, use this event to push through enemies faster.
Blessed Skies
Effect: Increases Card Luck by 0.5x.
Duration: 15 minutes.
Blessed Skies is designed for players who want to open Cards. The increased Card Luck improves your chances of obtaining higher-rarity cards from the game’s gacha systems, making this a good time to spend your available spins.
Rain
Effects:
- Adds +1 Gacha Spin.
- Adds +1 Card Spin.
- Increases Spin Speed by 25%.
Duration: 15 minutes.
Rain is another strong event for opening Cards because it improves several parts of the spinning process. You get additional spins while also opening cards faster, allowing you to get more results during the 15-minute event.
Snow
Effect: Increases Attack Speed by 25%.
Duration: 15 minutes.
Snow is useful for combat and farming because your units can attack more quickly. Use this opportunity to clear mobs, bosses, and Secret Bosses at a faster pace, especially if your team already has good Damage.
Aurora
Effects:
- Increases Card Luck by 0.5x.
- Increases Gacha Luck by 0.5x.
Duration: 15 minutes.
Aurora is one of the better choices when your main goal is opening cards or using the gacha. Both Card Luck and Gacha Luck receive a boost, giving you better chances of getting higher-rarity rewards from the available systems.
Eclipse
Effects:
- Increases Damage by 1.5x.
- Increases Drops by 0.5x.
Duration: 15 minutes.
Eclipse combines a combat boost with an increased Drop rate. This makes it useful for farming mobs, bosses, and Secret Bosses while also giving you a better chance to collect additional rewards from your battles.
Toxic
Effects:
- Increases Energy Gain by 1.5x.
- Increases Damage by 1.5x.
Duration: 15 minutes.
Toxic is especially useful for general farming because it improves both Energy Gain and Damage. You can defeat enemies faster while also collecting Energy at a higher rate, making the event useful for players who want to make solid progression during its limited duration.
How to Use Weather Events Effectively
The best way to use a Weather Event depends on what you currently need. Combat-focused events should be used for farming enemies and bosses, while Luck-based events are better saved for opening Cards and using the gacha.
If you see Lightning Storm or Toxic, focus on Energy farming. Meteor Shower, Snow, Eclipse, and Toxic are useful when you want to farm enemies or bosses. For Cards, look for Blessed Skies, Rain, or Aurora.
Because every event only lasts 15 minutes, it is worth preparing before the weather starts. Have your team ready, save your spins when appropriate, and head to the content that benefits most from the current bonus.
When Do Weather Events Spawn?
Weather Events can appear twice every hour, with new events starting at:
- XX:00
- XX:30
Each event lasts for 15 minutes before ending. This gives you regular opportunities throughout the hour to take advantage of different bonuses. Since the active weather can change, check the current event before deciding what activity to focus on. You can then adjust your farming strategy around the available boost instead of wasting the event on activities that do not benefit much from it.
