How to Install and Download Monster Hunter Rise Netflix Mobile on Android

Monster Hunter Rise is now available as a Netflix mobile game for Android, allowing players to experience the hunting action on their phones and tablets. The game requires a Netflix account and is currently available through the Philippine Google Play Store based on the available release information. If you want to try the Android version, the installation process depends on your Google Play region. Here is the basic process to download and install Monster Hunter Rise Netflix Mobile.

Check the Requirements First

Before downloading the game, make sure your Android device has enough free storage. Monster Hunter Rise is a large game, so you will need more space than the initial Play Store download may suggest because additional game data can be installed afterward.

You also need an active Netflix account because the mobile version is distributed as part of the Netflix Games library.

It is also recommended to use a stable Wi-Fi connection when downloading the game and its additional files.

How to Download Monster Hunter Rise on Android

The game is currently listed on the Philippine Google Play Store in the available release information. If it is already available in your Play Store region, you can download it normally. Follow these steps:

1. Open Google Play Store on your Android device.
2. Search for Monster Hunter Rise.
3. Check that the listing is the Netflix version of the game.
4. Tap Install.
5. Wait for the game and additional files to finish downloading.
6. Open Monster Hunter Rise after installation.
7. Sign in using your Netflix account.
8. Complete the initial setup and start the game.

If the game does not appear in your local Play Store, availability may not have reached your region yet.

What If Monster Hunter Rise Is Not Showing?

The current release information indicates that the Android version is available through the Philippine Play Store. Because Google Play content can vary between regions, players in other countries may not see the game when searching normally.

A VPN may be used to access a supported Play Store region during the download process, depending on your account and device setup. However, simply connecting to a VPN does not always change the Google Play country because Google also uses account and payment-region information.

Avoid downloading random APK files from unknown websites just because the game is missing from your Play Store. These files may not be official and can also contain modified or unsafe software.

Can You Disconnect the VPN After Downloading?

Based on the available gameplay information, the VPN was only needed for accessing the supported Play Store region during the download process. After the game was installed, the player was able to launch it using a global Netflix account.

However, regional availability can change, so players should check whether the game launches normally after installation without a VPN.

Sign In With Netflix

Monster Hunter Rise Netflix Mobile is not a standalone free game. You need an active Netflix account to access the game. After launching it for the first time, follow the login instructions shown on screen. Once your Netflix account has been verified, you can continue into the game.

Make sure you use the Netflix account that has access to Netflix Games.

Connect a Controller

Monster Hunter Rise supports controller input on Android. This can be useful because the game has more complex combat controls than many mobile games. To use a controller:

1. Turn on your Bluetooth controller.
2. Open your Android Bluetooth settings.
3. Pair the controller with your device.
4. Launch Monster Hunter Rise.
5. Open the game’s control or options menu.
6. Check that the controller is detected.
7. Adjust the controls if necessary.

You can also use the touchscreen controls if you prefer playing without an external controller.

Check the Language Settings

After entering the game, open the settings and check the available language options. The available voice options include Japanese and Monster Hunter’s fictional language. Language availability can vary depending on the version and region, so check the current settings directly after installation.

Is Monster Hunter Rise Free to Download?

The game itself is included with a Netflix subscription rather than being sold as a separate mobile purchase. You still need a valid Netflix account to play. There may also be device and regional requirements that affect whether you can install the game. Check the current Google Play listing before attempting to download it.

Installing Monster Hunter Rise Netflix Mobile on Android is straightforward when the game is available in your Google Play region. Search for the official Netflix version, install the game, download its additional data and sign in with your Netflix account.

For regions where the game is not yet listed, availability may be the main obstacle. The release information currently points to the Philippine Play Store, while players outside that region should avoid unofficial APK downloads and check the official Google Play availability instead.
