Choosing the right weapon in Anime Zero can make a big difference when clearing stages, fighting bosses, and farming materials. There are 20 weapons available, but not all of them are worth investing in for the long term.

This tier list ranks every weapon from D Tier to Meta Tier based on its damage, skills, usefulness, and potential for endgame content. Some weapons are good for beginners, while others work better as your main damage dealer or a support option.

Anime Zero Weapon Tier List

Anime Zero Weapon Tier List – All 20 Weapons Ranked from Worst to Best

Meta Tier – Best Weapons

  • Ye-O (Ye2): One of the best damage weapons in Anime Zero. Her skills can hit multiple enemies and deal heavy damage to bosses. Group enemies together before using her larger attacks to get more value from each skill. Complete her awakening and focus on damage and critical chance upgrades.
  • Crimson Eclipse: A powerful damage weapon that you can craft using materials from Tidal Highrise. Her skills feature multiple slashes and extended combos. Make sure to activate the additional attacks when available to get the most damage from her moveset. If damage is your main priority, Crimson Eclipse is a strong weapon to work toward.
  • Solar Radiance: Obtained from Evil Reflection, this weapon has several powerful sword attacks. Some of her skills can be extended with a second activation, so remember to use them instead of ending the combo early. Her awakening adds another large slash, and she can also perform a duo ultimate with Shadow Lord.
  • Astral Blossom: A support weapon that provides healing and damage buffs. Instead of using her as your main damage dealer, equip her in your second slot alongside a strong weapon like Ye-O or Crimson Eclipse. Her abilities can improve your damage and survivability, making her useful in solo and team play.

S Tier – Strong Weapons

  • Inferno Prince: This weapon combines sword attacks with blue flames, giving you a strong option for dealing damage. Try to keep enemies in front of you so your attacks can hit several targets. Inferno Prince is worth investing in if you already have him, especially when you can complete his awakening and build.
  • Silver Calamity: A strong magic-based weapon with ranged attacks, large area damage, and an ice golem. Her abilities let you attack enemies without constantly moving into melee range. Keep enemies inside your attack areas to get the most out of her skills.
  • Shadow Monarch: A powerful weapon with several progression upgrades. As you level up during runs, the Monarch path increases your damage and eventually unlocks Igris as a companion. Further progression gives you Demon King’s Long Sword, which extends normal attacks and adds 50% M1 damage. You can also upgrade the Igor tree to improve damage, speed, lifesteal, and shadows. After using Monarch’s Domain, activate the ultimate again to summon Kaisle.

A Tier – Good Weapons

  • Flame Director: A solid damage option with fire attacks and strong combos. Although she is not among the top choices for a new endgame build, she can still perform well if you have already farmed her from Spirited Away and completed her awakening. Keep using her while working toward a stronger weapon.
  • Cataclysm: Her frost-based combos make her a useful melee weapon. However, her normal attacks no longer provide invulnerability, so you need to watch enemy movements and avoid dangerous attacks. Wait for openings before using your combos, especially when fighting bosses.
  • Mochi Commander: This weapon has several attacks, including Mochi Barrage, Burning Mochi, and the Zaniri Mochi ultimate. One useful feature is the ability to place three Mochi turrets while the first skill is on cooldown. Use the turrets to keep dealing damage instead of waiting for your main skill to become available.

B Tier – Decent Weapons

  • Cursed King: A good budget damage option for players who are still progressing. If you have already upgraded this weapon and obtained a decent trait, it can help you clear content while farming for something stronger.
  • Dragon Eclipse: A usable progression weapon that can help you deal with regular enemies and continue farming. It is worth keeping if you already have a completed setup, but higher-tier weapons are better targets for your next major investment.
  • Immortal Sovereign: A decent choice for players who need a reliable weapon while progressing. Its usefulness depends on your current upgrades, awakening, and trait. You can continue using it until you obtain a stronger option.
  • Divine Emperor: Another weapon that can help with progression when properly upgraded. It is not the first choice for a new endgame build, but there is no need to replace it immediately if it is already helping you clear content.

C Tier – Below Average Weapons

  • Lights of Divinity: Despite its Mythic rarity, this weapon is not automatically stronger than every Legendary weapon. Its overall usefulness matters more than its rarity, so consider its performance before spending valuable resources on it.
  • Twisted Agony: A lower-priority option compared to weapons in the higher tiers. It can still be used while progressing, but you should consider replacing it when you have access to a stronger weapon.
  • Kings Gambit: Another weapon that falls behind the stronger choices available later in the game. It may help during early progression, but it is not a priority for a long-term endgame build.

D Tier – Beginner Weapons

  • Rubber Man: One of the starting weapons in Anime Zero. Use it to clear early stages and collect resources, but replace it when you obtain a better option.
  • Cosmic Warrior: A beginner weapon that helps you get through the early game. It can serve its purpose while you learn the combat system, but it should not be your main long-term investment.
  • Thunder Prodigy: Another starting weapon that is useful for collecting resources and progressing through the first stages. Save your valuable trade rolls for a weapon with better long-term potential.

Which Anime Zero Weapons Should You Build First?

If you want to focus on damage, Ye-O and Crimson Eclipse are strong options to work toward. Solar Radiance is another powerful choice, especially if you want to unlock her combined ultimate with Shadow Lord.

For players who already have a strong damage weapon, Astral Blossom is worth considering as a second-slot support. Her healing and damage buffs can improve your overall setup without requiring you to replace your main weapon.

Shadow Monarch and Silver Calamity are also strong choices, depending on your preferred playstyle. Shadow Monarch benefits from a longer progression path, while Silver Calamity is a good fit for players who prefer ranged magic attacks.

Before replacing a weapon, consider how much you have already invested in its awakening, traits, and upgrades. A fully built A Tier weapon may serve you better than a stronger weapon that you have not upgraded yet.

The best weapons in Anime Zero are Ye-O, Crimson Eclipse, Solar Radiance, and Astral Blossom, each offering a different benefit. Ye-O and Crimson Eclipse are strong damage choices, Solar Radiance provides powerful combos and a duo ultimate, while Astral Blossom supports your team with healing and buffs.

For beginners, the starting weapons are enough to collect resources and make early progress. As you advance, focus on building a stronger weapon instead of spending all your resources on every new option you obtain.
