How to Get Vessels in Attack on Titan Revolution: All Vessels and Buffs
Vessels are a special equipment system in Attack on Titan Revolution (AOTR) designed exclusively for players who use Titan Shifting. This feature gives Titan users additional abilities, passive effects, and combat bonuses, helping them compete with Titan Slayers in different game modes.
Each Vessel comes with its own set of buffs, and some can significantly improve your damage, survivability, skill cooldowns, and Titan abilities. There are currently two main Vessel rarities: Mythic and Divine. However, getting them requires you to meet certain progression requirements and collect specific materials.
If you want to improve your Titan build, this guide covers how to unlock Vessels, how to craft them, and all available Vessel buffs in Attack on Titan Revolution.
How to Get Vessels in Attack on Titan Revolution
Before you can obtain a Vessel, you need to unlock Titan Shifting and make sure your character meets the required progression level. Since Vessels are exclusive to Titan users, players who only use regular Titan Slayer builds cannot equip them.
Here are the requirements you need to complete:
- Unlock Titan Shifting: Obtain a Titan Serum and learn the Titan Shifting Skill. You can do this by selecting a compatible family, such as Zoe, Ackerman, or Helos.
- Max Out Resonance: Upgrade your Resonance Skill to R6 using Attack Shards or Titan Shards.
After completing both requirements, you can access the Vessel menu and start crafting your preferred equipment.
How to Craft Vessels
Vessels can be crafted using two types of materials: Vessel Shards or Titan Shards. The amount you need depends on the rarity of the Vessel you want.
Here are the crafting requirements:
- Mythic Vessel: 100 Shards.
- Divine Vessel: 400 Shards.
Divine Vessels require four times as many Shards as Mythic Vessels, so you will need to collect more materials if you want to obtain the highest rarity.
How to Get Vessels From Raids
If you don’t want to craft Vessels using Shards, there is another way to obtain them. You can participate in Aberrant difficulty raids or higher and defeat the Titans inside these raids.
After completing a raid, you have a chance to receive a random Vessel from the reward chests. This gives you another way to collect equipment without spending your Shards directly.
Keep in mind that raid rewards are random, so you may not get the Vessel you want immediately. You might need to complete multiple raids before finding a specific one.
All Divine Vessels and Buffs in Attack on Titan Revolution
Divine Vessels are the highest rarity equipment currently available in the Vessel system. They require 400 Shards to craft, but their powerful effects can greatly improve your Titan’s combat performance.
Each Divine Vessel focuses on different abilities, including critical attacks, defensive effects, Awakening recovery, and skill improvements.
Here are all five Divine Vessels and their effects.
1. Atomic Armageddon
Atomic Armageddon focuses on improving Colossal Titan abilities, Burn effects, and Awakening Bar generation. It is a useful option for players who want to increase their damage potential while making better use of Colossal skills.
Its buffs and passive effects include:
- Allows critical hits against Titans affected by Burn.
- Reduces Colossal skill wind-up time by 15%.
- Anguish now affects you, and Heatwave’s radius increases by 20%.
- Awakening Bar Gain is multiplied by 2.00x.
The biggest advantage of this Vessel is its Awakening Bar bonus. The additional recovery makes it easier to build up Awakening while fighting enemies, while the Colossal skill improvements provide extra combat benefits.
2. Impenetrable Shield
Impenetrable Shield is designed around defensive mechanics and Shield Strength. However, it also provides several offensive bonuses, making it a balanced option for players who want to improve their survivability without sacrificing too much damage.
Here are its effects:
- Every 10 Shield Strength increases Damage, Skill Cooldown Reduction, and Movement Speed by 1%.
- While Courage is active, every second hit deals 20% Bleed Damage.
- Earth Breaker splits into multiple paths.
- Every hit taken counts twice toward Warrior’s Brawn, and its buffs are multiplied by 1.20x.
This Vessel is especially useful if your build relies on blocking and defensive abilities. Its additional bonuses also help improve your overall combat performance while taking damage.
3. Impure Savior
Impure Savior focuses on improving projectile skills, Quakeslam, and support effects. It also provides additional Awakening Bar recovery when attacking Titans affected by Fear.
Its buffs and passives include:
- Gain 20% additional Awakening Bar when hitting Titans affected by Fear.
- Quakeslam can be used a second time before its cooldown activates if it hits four or more Titans.
- Projectile skills have 15% less wind-up time.
- Projectile skills have a 35% chance to inflict Corrosion for 10 seconds on impact.
- Higher Purpose effects are multiplied by 1.40x when applied to Shifter allies and now also affect you.
The extra Quakeslam usage is one of its main advantages, especially when fighting groups of Titans. Its projectile improvements also make it easier to apply additional effects during combat.
4. Primordial Devil
Primordial Devil is a damage-focused Vessel that improves Burn damage, Hardening, and Berserk Mode. It is a strong choice for players who want to increase their offensive potential while using Titan abilities.
Here are all the bonuses provided by this Vessel:
- Deal 20% additional Damage to Titans affected by Burn.
- Hardening no longer increases Awakening Bar Drain.
- Hardening grants an additional 15% Damage.
- While Hardening is active, all skills can hit up to two additional Titans.
- While Berserk Mode is active, Damage increases by 1.5% and Shifter Punching Speed increases by 0.25% for every 1% of missing Health.
Primordial Devil becomes particularly useful when your character has low Health because Berserk Mode provides additional bonuses based on your missing Health. It also makes Hardening more valuable by removing its additional Awakening Bar Drain penalty.
5. Scarlet Blossom
Scarlet Blossom focuses on critical attacks and the Crimson Bloom state. Its effects improve Super Crit chances, Roundhouse Kick damage, and damage reduction.
Here are its buffs:
- Every critical hit gains an additional 20% Super Crit Chance.
- Super Crit attacks deal 45% additional Super Crit Damage.
- Roundhouse Kick deals 75% additional Damage.
- Roundhouse Kick’s radius increases by 30%.
- Roundhouse Kick’s cooldown is reduced by 10 seconds.
- While in the Crimson Bloom state, gain 25% Damage Reduction and reduce Awakening Bar Drain by 15%.
This Vessel is a good option for players who want to build around critical hits. The Roundhouse Kick improvements also make it more effective against multiple enemies, while Crimson Bloom provides additional protection.
All Mythic Vessels and Buffs in Attack on Titan Revolution
Mythic Vessels are the second rarity available in the system. They require 100 Shards to craft, making them considerably cheaper than Divine Vessels.
Although they have a lower rarity, Mythic Vessels still provide useful bonuses that can change how your Titan fights. Some focus on heavy attacks and punching, while others improve blocking, healing, and crowd control.
Here are all the Mythic Vessels and their effects.
1. Brute Force
Brute Force is designed for players who prefer using heavy attacks during combat. It removes the endlag from heavy attacks while providing additional damage and critical damage bonuses.
Its effects include:
- Heavy attacks no longer have endlag.
- Heavy attacks deal 25% additional Damage.
- Heavy attacks gain 25% additional Crit Damage.
- Heavy attacks force bosses to drop any players they have grabbed.
This Vessel is particularly useful for aggressive Titan builds. Removing heavy attack endlag allows you to attack more smoothly, while the additional damage makes each heavy hit more effective.
2. Counter Guard
Counter Guard improves your blocking ability by allowing you to activate a block during the endlag of punches and heavy attacks. It also introduces a short parry window that rewards players who time their blocks correctly.
Here are its bonuses:
- Blocking can be activated during punch and heavy attack endlag.
- Blocking activates a 0.5-second parry state.
- Successful parries grant 20% Damage, 15% Crit Damage, and 10% Crit Chance for your next three hits.
- A successful parry resets your Block Cooldown.
Counter Guard is a good option for players who prefer a defensive fighting style. Instead of relying entirely on damage, you can block incoming attacks and use successful parries to strengthen your next attacks.
3. Noxious Blood
Noxious Blood focuses on Corrosion and Health recovery. Its passive ability automatically applies Corrosion to Titans that manage to hit you, giving you an additional way to damage enemies.
Its effects include:
- Titans that hit you receive Corrosion for 5 seconds.
- Hitting Titans affected by Corrosion restores 3% Health.
This Vessel is useful for players who want additional survivability during longer fights. Since enemies can trigger Corrosion by attacking you, it also provides a simple way to activate its healing effect.
4. Pugilist
Pugilist is another offensive Vessel, but unlike Brute Force, it focuses on regular punches instead of heavy attacks. It increases punching damage and Shifter Punching Speed while removing punch endlag.
Here are all its effects:
- Punches no longer have endlag.
- Punches deal 45% additional Damage.
- Shifter Punching Speed increases by 20%.
- Block Bar becomes 25% more effective.
- All active Shifter Skills are disabled.
The increased punching speed and damage make Pugilist a strong choice for players who want to focus on basic Titan attacks. However, there is an important drawback: all active Shifter Skills become unavailable while using this Vessel.
Because of this limitation, you should consider whether your build depends on active Shifter Skills before choosing Pugilist.
5. Thunderous Attunement
Thunderous Attunement improves critical attacks by providing additional Awakening Bar Gain and Shifter Punching Speed. It also introduces a chance to inflict Shock on enemies.
Its buffs include:
- Critical hits provide 15% additional Awakening Bar Gain.
- Critical hits increase Shifter Punching Speed by 10% for 5 seconds.
- Critical hits have a 15% chance to inflict Shock for 3 seconds.
- Shock can affect bosses as long as they are not using a skill.
- Shock does not stack.
This Vessel is a useful option for players who frequently land critical hits. The additional Awakening recovery helps with progression during combat, while Shock provides an extra effect that can also work against bosses under the right conditions.
6. Void’s Call
Void’s Call is focused on crowd control and weakening enemies through Fear. Its main ability allows your Roar to inflict Fear on Titans, making it useful for controlling enemies during combat.
Here are its effects:
- Roar inflicts Fear on Titans for 15 seconds.
- Bosses affected by Fear have most of their skills disabled.
- Affected bosses cannot regenerate Health until the Fear effect expires.
This Vessel can be especially useful when fighting bosses because disabling most of their skills makes encounters easier to manage. Preventing Health regeneration also gives you more opportunities to finish the fight before the effect expires.
Vessels are an important equipment system for Titan users in Attack on Titan Revolution. They provide additional passive abilities and combat bonuses that can improve your damage, defense, healing, and overall Titan performance.
To unlock the system, make sure you have Titan Shifting and Resonance R6. After meeting both requirements, you can craft Mythic Vessels with 100 Shards or Divine Vessels with 400 Shards. You can also obtain random Vessels from reward chests in Aberrant difficulty raids or higher.
Before spending your Shards, consider your preferred combat style. Some Vessels focus on heavy attacks, punching, and critical damage, while others provide better survivability, crowd control, and Awakening recovery. Choosing the right Vessel can make a significant difference in your Titan build.
