How to Get All 10 Ship Pieces in Deep Fishing Guide
The Hollow Grin Ship is one of the rewards you can unlock during the Halloween event in Deep Fishing. To get it, you need to find 10 missing Ship Pieces for the Headless Horseman NPC at Haunted Hollow.
These items are spread across Haunted Hollow, Fernshore in World 1, and Dunehaven in World 2. Some pieces require fishing, while the others can be collected by exploring the map. Here is how to find all 10 Ship Pieces and unlock the Hollow Grin Ship.
How to Get All 10 Ship Pieces in Deep Fishing
You need to collect the following items:
- 3 Ship Pieces by fishing at Haunted Hollow
- 3 Ship Pieces hidden around Haunted Hollow
- 2 Ship Pieces at Fernshore
- 2 Ship Pieces at Dunehaven
Once you have collected everything, return to Haunted Hollow and speak to the Headless Horseman to claim your reward.
1. Pumpkin Head, Horse Figurehead, and Anchor
The Pumpkin Head, Horse Figurehead, and Anchor can all be obtained by fishing in Haunted Hollow.
When you first enter Haunted Hollow, you will receive a Gravedigger Rod. Equip it and start fishing in the area. Each of these three Ship Pieces has a 1 in 40 chance of appearing, so you may need to catch several items before finding them all.
Keep fishing until you have collected the Pumpkin Head, Horse Figurehead, and Anchor.
2. Ship Wheel
The Ship Wheel is located behind the mansion in Haunted Hollow.
Follow these steps to find it:
- Go to the stairs between the Upgrade Shop and Sell Shop.
- Climb the stairs and continue around to the back of the mansion.
- Jump down into the river behind the building.
- Look around the area to find the Ship Wheel.
Collect the item before moving on to the next location.
3. Flag
The Flag is hidden behind the Halloween Merchant’s shop in Haunted Hollow.
To find it, head toward the Halloween Merchant. Walk behind the shop, then turn left. The Flag should be waiting in that area.
You do not need to fish for this item, so simply approach it and collect it.
4. Lantern
You can find the Lantern near the Haunted Hollow board.
Start by climbing the stairs at Haunted Hollow. When you reach the board, look to your left. The Lantern is floating above the water drain.
Move close enough to collect it, then continue searching for the remaining pieces.
5. Spiked Rail
The Spiked Rail is located at Fernshore in World 1.
Travel to Fernshore and look for the Sell Shop. Once you reach the shop, walk behind it and begin climbing the nearby mountain.
As you make your way up, check the left side of the path. You should find the Spiked Rail there.
6. Throne Seat
The Throne Seat is another Ship Piece hidden at Fernshore.
Go to the leaderboards, which are located to the right of the Mutation Dealer. Walk behind the leaderboards and look between two rocks.
The Throne Seat is tucked into this small area. Collect it before heading to World 2.
7. Bat Sail
The Bat Sail can be found at Dunehaven in World 2.
Once you arrive, head behind the Baits Shop and continue straight into the narrow alleyway. Keep walking until you pass a tree.
Look to your right after passing the tree to find the Bat Sail.
8. Hull Plank
The final Ship Piece is the Hull Plank, which is also located at Dunehaven.
Make your way to the Enchant area and look for a tree on the left side of the Enchant platform. Walk behind the tree to find the Hull Plank.
After collecting it, check your inventory to make sure you have all 10 Ship Pieces.
How to Claim the Hollow Grin Ship
Once you have collected all 10 Ship Pieces, return to Haunted Hollow and talk to the Headless Horseman. He will take the missing pieces and reward you with the Hollow Grin Ship. Make sure you have collected all three fishing items and the seven pieces hidden around the different areas before returning to him.
