Spark is a Great Email Client for Apple Watch
Spark puts the power of desktop email clients on your wrist. So far, you’ve brought different types of applications for Apple Watch, but none had been a mail client. The Mail client will help to manage effectively and easily the messages that come daily to our inbox. Watch OS and incorporates has its own Mail application, but has a major limitation that we can not respond to messages from the wrist.
Therefore, I want to talk about Spark, a new e-mail client that has just been released for iPhone and Apple Watch, and promises to give much to talk about. Of course, we will focus on analyzing the watch version, but we recommend you give him a chance in the version for iOS devices.
As in the default Mail application for Apple Watch, Spark notified us every time we receive an important message. We can configure the messages that you want to mark as important depending on the subject or theme, and these will only vibrate to make our Apple Watch. This is a very smart for those with inboxes with intense daily activity and wants a solution to avoid that your watch is ringing every few minutes.
Clicking on these notifications can be directed to the application in the Apple Watch. We can mark it as read, archive, delete and obviously answer it. How a mail message is answered from the wrist? The application has support for some predefined response as a “Thank you”, but for more complex messages we can use the dictation function to transcribe voice to text.
With Spark, we can reply to messages using our voice to text transcribing
The Spark application has been developed by the team of Readdle, responsible for such popular apps like Documents 5 to Scanner Pro. Themselves have called Spark as the most ambitious product that worked so far, so it definitely deserves worth giving a try.
Although we still can not download Spark for iPhone and Apple Watch, the app will be available in the App Store soon and will be completely free. If you want to know more interesting applications for Apple Watch do not hesitate to consult our special section.
As we read in 9to5mac, there’s certainly a whole lot more to Spark’s customization options and smart filtering behaviors, but on the surface Spark is an easy-to-use and potentially more capable email app on the iPhone. On the Apple Watch, Spark is a must-have if you want to do more quick actions than Apple allows in its own app.
