Mac OS X El Capitan

After releasing a public beta version in July 2015 ago. Apple finally released the final version of Mac OS X El Capitan. As before, these updates can be downloaded for free.

But before doing the update, make sure your devices support El Capitan. The device that supports (min system requirements):

MacBook:
13-inch aluminum: late 2008 – present.
13-inch plastic: 2009 – present.

MacBook Air:
Late 2008 – present.

MacBook Pro:
13-inch: mid-2009 – present.
15-inch: 2007 – present.
17-inch: 2007 – present.

Mac:

iMac: 2007 – present
Mac mini: 2009 – present.
Mac Pro: 2008 – present.
Xserve: 2009 – present.

Afterwards, follow these steps to update Mac OS X El Capitan:
1. Make sure you have an empty space of at least 6 GB of storage.
2. First, perform backup using Time Machine or other apps.
3. Make sure you use OS X at least Snow Leopard. Better yet when you have been used Yosemite. Then click the App Store in the Dock.
4. Click on the update to see any updates. When El Capitan updates available, click download.
5. Download speed depending on the speed of your internet.
6. When the download completes, OS X El Capitan will instantly install. Then, follow the instructions.

Mac OS X El Capitan Latest Features

Apple pinned many new features in the OS X El Capitan. More promising experience and performance are more powerful than ever.

1. Apple brings a new gesture that make the operation easily. Users can simply shake on the touchpad cursor then icon will be enlarged instantly. Or in the Mail app, simply swipe a finger to the left to delete an email.

2. Users can pinned a page in Safari. So users can easily access the page at any of the tabs.

3. Apple also brings a lot of improvement in OS X 10.11. Starting from Spotlight, Split View, and windows management. Spotlight, for example, can now look for more places so that the results are more useful, ranging from the weather to your favourite match.

4. When you open the Mail application in full-screen mode. El Capitan allows users to add a tab to the new message window.

5. Apple also made easier to use the Space Bar to create multiple desktops. Thus giving more room to work.

6. Most interesting is the availability of Split View which automatically puts the two applications side by side. It is certainly easier for the user while doing multitasking.

Talk on performance, OS X 10.11 claimed to be 1.4 times faster when opening apps, 2 times faster when switch display applications and email messages, as well as 4 times more quickly open the PDF in Preview.
